Very disappointing curry sauce tasted like gravy, chips tasted old all Luke warm 🤦‍♀️all went in the bin

Quantity poor very little boiled rice container not filled to capacity only a small amount of chicken

Ordered sweet n sour Cantonese with boiled rice , Rice container not filled to capacity came out as single grain rice not sticky as normal ,hollow bit in container sweet sour sauce was bitter ,got 10 Small pieces of chicken was charged 8.70 expensive,I liked going to the lee lam but portions are really small and has got very expensive.most places charge 7.80 for this item

Was one of my favourite places and have been getting from LeeLam for many years it is clean and spotless and Raymond the owner friendly and polite fella but over the past few weeks I have noticed it has got very expensive with the prices creeping up bit by bit £9.10 for a chicken curry. Mini meals are mini wont be rushing back. Needs to review his prices.

i purchesed a special fried rice it was far from special iumps of dry chicken in soggy rice no taste just bland also more expencive than other chines takeaways in belfast i dont normaly write reviews on line but i just had to say something about the bland food

I have had takeaways from here for as many years as I care to remember. The food has always been great with a wide variety of hot freshly made meals. The take away service is second to none with food arriving promptly straight from the wok. The meal for two is a particular favourite for the weekend munchies. Fabulous selection which makes it difficult to chose between and a prompt and pleasant service. Highly recommend.

I had the misfortune of consuming some of the Special Fried Rice from this establishment and all I can say is that it was most horrific horrid meal I've ever eaten from a Chinese in my entire existence on this mortal coil, the whole meal was covered in gravy that wasn't asked for! A rather unpleasant surprise to start the ball rolling and things only got worse from there as the first scoop of this sludge entered my chat box I knew my evening was ruined a cacophony of rancid tastes tickled my taste buds into submission, I had three more scoops, each one more wretched than the last, then the rest entered the bin. Also the chips were anemic to the point they looked like they did a stretch in a bowl of bleach. All in all it was an utter travesty I would rather eat a packed of soggy hobnobs than have the displeasure of having to endure another portion of the gruel they produced under the banner of food. Avoid.

The Singapore chow mein is edible once drowned in sweet chilli sauce. Apart from this everything else is not good.

If your hungry then I would avoid ordering from Lee lam, the portions are quite small compared to other Chinese takeaways around the place and it is so overpriced for what you get. The same thing on the ormeau road is 7 pound cheaper with double the portion size oh and there gravy is definitely something to avoid

This is my favourite Chinese takeaway by far. Mainly because of the Crispy Shredded Beef and great rice too. They can be busy but that's a sign of a good takeaway.

Never disappointed with this place. I don't eat a lot of Takeaway meals but this place always pleases!

The Lee Lam has been part of the scenery in Belfast since at least the 1990s when, along with my colleagues, we used to order a delivery as a weekly treat whilst working shifts at a local company. Since moving permanently to the area about fifteen years ago, a takeaway from the Lee Lam has remained a regular family treat and is always delicious, fast and excellent value. Their barbeque spare ribs are the best in Belfast and I've yet to find another Chinese that can match their curry dishes.

Whenever I’m in Belfast I have to pick up a Lee Lam with my family. Their honey chilli chickens is fantastic and I’ve never been able to get the sticky beef starter in England anywhere! The food always arrives quickly and it is a very popular place with the locals. All in all a great places for take out and will be returning for many years.

I have been getting deliveries from Lee Lam most weekends for the last 16 years and I can't recall ever receiving a wrong delivery or cold food in all that time. Excellent Carry out service

I recently returned to Belfast and visited Lee Lam House for a family treat. The food quality and quantity for the price paid is great value and fantastic quality. The staff, especially Raymond make customers feel welcome and appreciated. My favourite is the Peking Ribs which comes served in the best Peking sauce you will ever taste. The rest of the family had Chicken Satay and Crispy Shredded Beef which we’re both incredible. You cannot go wrong by visiting Lee Lam House if you are in the area.

Me había olvidado de la casa Lee Lam pero ¿cómo me atreví a decir que era hermosa, fresca y sabrosa? ¡Probablemente una de las mejores en mucho tiempo! Lee Lam is a great takeaway Chinese. Food is always very tasty and it is very reasonably priced! Friendly staff and good food.

Started using this 3 weeks ago. It is to die for. There salt and chilli chicken chicken comes in big bits than thin but still really nice. Curry sauce with noodles is to die for. A def recommend for people!

Have been going here for about twenty years. We drive about ten miles because the food is so good and reasonably priced. Crispy shredded beef is a taste sensation and is our favourite.

Lee Lam is an excellent Chinese Carryout! Big portions and really reasonable prices. Good for groups of mates who like to share a couple of dishes! Well worth a visit of you live locally.
