Find it unacceptable to have spent over £250 in the restaurant for them to tell us that there card machines not working and to go next door to Tesco and get the cash out luckily for me I did have a cash card with me as I normally use my phone won’t be going back anytime soon

It was absolutely delicious, I had prawn and scallops' main meal. The only reason I put 4 stars for atmosphere was because there weren't many other customers

From the telephone call to book the table , the welcome and servise wen you arrive there is second to none The food is exceptional and has got to be the best in Saundersfoot

Stunning meal from start to finish, my partner had the halloumi cheese balls in curry sauce which was too good not to share. I requested some garlic sauce with my main which the chef kindly made fresh for me this was stunning and complement the steak perfectly. The food here is complimented by lovely staff and service. They couldn’t do enough for us. We spent time after our meal working through their cocktail menu (which is fantastic) such a lovely chilled atmosphere 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be returning

Excellent dinner with really friendly and helpful staff, there is a good atmosphere with pleasant music, I had a sirloin steak and my wife a curry both delicious, we have been here many times and will come again. There is a small carpark at the side or a large public one at the rear.

What a wonderful restaurant. Let down at the very last minute by another restaurant ~ so lucky they could accommodate us all. Food was outstanding and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We had a great evening celebrating a family birthday. The restaurant had a lovely ambience. We were a party of 8 adults and each one of us couldn’t stop raving about the presentation, quality of ingredients and taste of each dish we received. Menu had a great variety of dishes and each one we tried was delicious. Staff were friendly and very attentive. Can’t wait to visit i it again.

During our stay at Saundersfoot we visited the mulberry at the recommendation of the accommodation we were staying at as the best Sunday lunch in Saundersfoot. Sunday lunch was 1st Class food and 1st Class service and undoubtedly the best Sunday roast we have ever had. Following this we booked for an evening meal which didn’t disappoint, Fillet steak cooked to perfection, lamb shank with the most amazing jus. It’s a must if visiting the area and highly recommended! Special mention to all the staff who deliver exceptional service!

Delicious food, cosy atmosphere and welcoming staff! Even put a candle in my panna cotta for my birthday and wiped the cost of the dessert from the bill!

Booked a week in advance, and we were so pleased we did so. From walking in, we were greeted like royalty. The menu is extensive and full of value. Likewise, the wine choices are first class. We had scallops with black pudding, fillet steak in madera sauce, and sea food linguine. All sensational. Definitely worth a visit.

Booked this for a business evening meal with 10 colleagues, it was fabulous, food was delicious, great service and a huge variety in the menu.

Excellent food. My husband asked for a Madras and it was the nicest curry he has had in a while. I ordered the Rolled lamb and Ratatouille with a lovely jus. The lamb was melt in the mouth. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Visited Friday 13 October this year for 50th wedding anniversary with my wife. We have a a great night food well cooked and presented, We booked again for the following night and had same experience, we can highly recommend this restaurant if you are in area, we were on a short break from midlands.

This is definitely the place to eat when you want a brilliant meal. The food is incredible and the staff are really attentive. Visited this restaurant twice and was really impressed.

I haven't visited the Mulberry since the owners have changed hands.... When I visited previously the food and atmosphere was always lovely.... However on Saturday we were met at the entrance by some disgruntled customers who obviously had an issue... This was extremely embarrassing not only for us but for the others who were dining there... A lot of foul language was being used, not something you want to witness. We had the best experience, and the staff were very attentive and polite. The food was absolutely delicious, and we would definitely return and recommend.. you can't always please everyone. We had a lovely evening.

We have been to the mulberry many times and have had the most incredible food and have been so wonderfully welcomed by staff. It is the only restaurant we frequent when in saundersfoot as we know that it will be an incredible experience. In fact we were actually in the restaurant at the time of the incident of the last review and all we could hear was swearing and abusive language from the customer and not from the staff. We and many of the other customers were really embarrassed. Their review was so different to what actually happened.

Very poor experience at this restaurant. My 14 year old disabled son, was discriminated against at this restaurant by the owner. Once we had ordered our food, my son who has autism had a little wander around the restaurant chatting to a few customers, it was very quiet at the time with only a handful of people in the restaurant. They were all lovely with him and enjoyed talking to him, infact a couple actually commented at how lovely and chatty he was. the Owner stormed over to our table and said "your kid is walking over my restaurant talking very rude to my customer, put him down on a chair" My husband said, I'm sorry, he has autism i will ask him to sit down, she rolled her eyes and replied said "just put him on a chair". My husband was extremely upset and replied to her, he is not a dog, i wont be putting him anywhere. We sat for a few minute gathering our thoughts over what had happened and decided to leave the restaurant as we were too upset to eat, as we got up to leave our starters had arrived. We told them we will not be eating at the restaurant due to her behavior, she followed us to the door, shouting at us trying to to blame my husband. It was humiliating and very upsetting for us. We told the other members of our party not to let it upset their night and enjoy the meal so they stayed. Once they arrived home following the meal, they were extremely upset with the owners attitude for the remainder of the meal, she was argumentative over mistake over a larger that tasted stale. she was reluctant to change the drink, the food wasn't great, they were rushed through the meal and then charged for our starters that we didn't eat. When they challenged her over the additional charge for the starters that we didn't have, again she was extremely confrontational.

Excellent food and service in a very pleasant atmosphere

After reading through previous reviews we opted for Sunday lunch at the Mulberry. So glad we did - we are very fussy about our food being hot and are often disappointed. Lovely cosy restaurant with excellent staff, service and food. Very busy on the Sunday but never felt rushed or left for too long. The food was delicious, we both had lamb and it was served with a good choice of vegetables including cauliflower cheese (paid extra for a Yorkshire pudding) and a separate jug of gravy. Only a small point is that I would have liked the roasties more well done. We went back on a wet Monday lunchtime and were the only people in. It was obviously a totally different experience atmosphere wise but once again very impressed with our burgers and the service we received. We will definitely go back to the Mulberry if we are ever in the area.

Lovely little gem in the centre of Saundersfoot. Went in this evening on a last minute impulse, fortunately they had a table available ( highly advise you book even out of season as they were busy this evening, a good sign ) The steak I'm usually worried about as I'm picky with cooking them but it was cooked to perfection, good quality meat too. The vegetable curry they tweaked as not a fan of cumin however it was the best curry she'd ever tasted ( she eats alot of curries so that's high praise ) Chicken with mushroom sauce amazing. Staff lovely, excellent service, atmosphere lovely. Couldn't fault the place will definitely be one of the places to visit on future trips.

Another fantastic meal! After a wonderful Sunday lunch we booked for dinner later in the week. I had the steak which was perfectly cooked and beautifully served and partner had the chicken curry which was amazing. Great service yet again and would highly recommend.

Enjoyed our vegan meal. Staff were very friendly and were helpful regarding vegan options. Highly recommend the vegetable curry, a relaxed place to eat, we will be back again when next in the area 🙂

Visited for the first time in Sept 23 whilst staying in Saundersfoot for a weekend to celebrate our 34th anniversary. Love West Wales and stayed in Tenby many times. Usually catch the bus to Saundersfoot but thought we'd give it a try for the weekend. Well this resteraunt is a real find of a hidden gem. Booked 2 weeks in advance for our anniversary meal. Reviews were good and we were certainly not dissapointed. There is parking behind the building, but we walked from our accommodation. Firstly, welcome was warm and very friendly and informative. We were shown to our table immediatley on checking our booking. Menu in the evening is a la carte, which some may find limited compared to a pub menu, but some very good steak and fish options seemed great to us. Good wine menu. From the drinks, to the starters, to the main course and deserts, everything was extremely well presented, cooked and served. My Rossini fillet steak was cooked to perfection with a beautiful unique madiera sauce. They even gave us a complimentary desert as it was our anniversary. All thoroughly enjoyed and worthy of, what we thought, reasonable rates for the standard of food and drinks. Service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended for a good meal if in the area. Will be visiting again, even if staying in Tenby.

We booked for Sunday lunch to celebrate our 40 th wedding anniversary. It was amazing! We asked for the beef to be cooked through and the vegetables cooked through, nothing was too much trouble. Vegetables served separately which was nice and the selection was lovely....

We tried this restaurant after a disastrous meal at a local 4star hotel, everything about our experience was 5 star. Our food was some of the most delicious we have ever tasted, and the staff were very attentive, saved our holiday. We would highly recommended this restaurant to anybody.

Amazing food and amazing service! The Indian fusion works amazingly- the lamb shank with an Indian twist was great. The rogan Josh starter and confit duck was also particularly good! Definitely worth the visit- better food than st Brides for a much better price too!

Don't be put off by the slightly dated facade, really good quality ingredients, well cooked and great tasting food, friendly (and very patient with us plus young roaming kids!) service. The aloo tikka starter and pannacotta were the highlights, but all 7 of us were impressed with our food. Would definitely come back here

We tried the Mulberry based on its reviews on here and TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed. The venue from the outside doesn't look much, but once inside you are treated to a wonderful experience. The food, (especially the fish dishes ) were exceptional. We were so impressed by our first visit we booked to return the following day. Exceptional service, very attentive staff and nothing was to much trouble. Very reasonably priced compared to other eateries in Saundersfoot. I rarely give 5 stars, but the Mulberry have earned all five from me. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
