What a gem of a place! My mountain burger was stunning, the place is spotless and the staff are polite and professional, we travelled from Swansea, well worth the drive.

Arrived on motorbikes wet and cold. Immediatly made to feel very welcome, excellent bacon and egg butty alongside warming tea. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. What an excellent place!

It was good meeting up with new people that have the same interests in motorcycles, I am new to riding so was introduced to the owner by a friend of mine, the owner seems nice but I won't say to much about him as I don't want his head to swell and get big headed 😂🤣 Joking aside it's a good place for food, meet new people. Have good banter etc. Give it a visit.

Great stop off if you are cycling, motorcycling or cars. Reasonably priced and friendly atmosphere.

If you are a Harley rider, you will be ok, but if you are a normal biker with a normal sport bike, not much people will talk to you, if you know what I mean

Great location for a motorbike cafe service and food always too a high standard the owner is always friendly and talks with the customers and selection of food and hot and cold drinks is great and good price point can't fault Ian and his team.

Great place for food and very biker friendly

We stopped here whilst out with Breacon trike tours. It's tucked away, but worth finding it. All food is cooked fresh and the cakes were delicious. Now we know where it is we'll definitely be going back. Really good biker café 🏍️

Outdated, chairs were dirty and some held together by tape. I did not like the thought of having food there.

It's always a pleasure to arrive at this venue. A warm welcome always awaits and the food and drinks are excellent vfm.

Went there as it was voted best bikers cafe UK. What a disappointment. Very outdated, broken plastic chairs. Overpowering smoke from griddle resulting in having to go outside. Only had a cold bottled drink and went elsewhere.

All the food was gone by the time we got there.. coffee and bun..😩

came for a spot of lunch with mates whilst out motorcycling. it was busy but offered a warm welcome, brilliant service and didnt have to wait too long for our food, not that we were in any type of hurry. The food was fabulous.

Wow, picked my daughter up from school for a quick lunch and a catch up! Friendly, happy, lovely people and the food was so tasty and loads of it! What an experience, will most definitely be back!

As one of the bikers who has now discovered this little gem, fantastic breakfast amongst other riders, out for a 4 hour ride and back around again for tea and cake. Great service, great food. Lovely.

As a member of the biking fraternity, this place is great. For me, it's a sensible distance for travelling to and a good way to kill a few hours with the round trip.

Welsh weekend trip with the Mrs to Llandovery, discovered this place, really good, the Welsh equivalent of the ACE cafe but with according to Mrs H "better food" . Friendly young staff, good location just outside the town near the camp site and rugby club. Good size car park which means that at the weekend when we visited plenty of room for the bikes which enjoy the location as a lunch break or evening stop for tea and a meal.Probably on a sunny sunny day it's going to be very busy.Food is plain and simple with good quality product and they don't skimp on the serving size, very reasonable price.

Stopped here for lunch I ordered a large salad my hubby ordered a burger well I have to say both lunches were huge. A lot of bikers stop here and I can so understand why they also have a good selection of cakes which pleased the hubby. Very good value for money and pleasant staff.

Biggest and best ploughman's ever and we have had a few 😂 Don't ever think only bikers go here, lots do but you can see why. Going to try the breakfast on the next visit.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting owls nest today with my partner and we will definitely be visiting again. The atmosphere was lovely, staff were really friendly and the food was absolutely superb and served quickly, we had the ploughman's and I can honestly say it's the best one I've ever eaten, all the salad was lovely and fresh and as a cheese lover the amount you get was fantastic and was very reasonably priced too. Thankyou owls nest for an amazing couple of hours we will see you again very soon 🙂

Cannot speak highly enough of Leanne and the Owlets! Fantastic 5 🌟 food and atmosphere. Always someone to chat to and always welcoming. Busy bike heaven every dry/sunny day. When visiting as a group let them know and they make sure your well looked after. No qualms about visiting on own as always great chat n banter. Ian (owner) is ok too i spose!!!!!

Stopped here for brekkers before going on ride out with m8s, most impressed, reasonably priced, lovely food, friendly staff and prompt service, right up there with the best and I eat out a lot. Will be returning.

Owner is a lovely man. Sometimes wears a pink shirt but absolutely lovely to talk to and the staff is absolutely lovely too. Very efficient and insightful. The food is made by an expert cook no doubt and never fails to satisfy expectations. The place is always clean and so welcoming. Could not recommend anymore than it possibly deserves.....which is 10/10

Rode down to owls nest café after reading reviews however was very disappointed. The wait in the queue for food was about 20 minutes and then another 15 minutes staff seam very disinterested Ride down was good though

Good food and relaxed atmosphere. Caters for multiple diet types, nothing is a problem, for example the keto breakfast. Highly recommend.

Pretty good biker stop. The food portions are massive and it’s pretty basic, cheap food which is pretty greasy, I’d definitely stop for cake and coffee again but might avoid the heart attack food.

Called into the Owl's Nest for lunch been out on the motorcycle all morning so we were feeling a bit hungry. Very good value for money with secure off road parking. Tables inside and out under gazebo's. Highly recommended when your up around Llandovery 👍

Large car park. No wonder it’s a popular bikers stop off. Great roads around it, before you stop off for a coffee and sample some of their fabulous cakes!! Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Great motorbike friendly cafe with great food and hot drinks. Always good banter to be had with Ian, the owner. There is now a really nice outdoor area which is covered to protect you from the rain or the sun.

This is my (and the people I ride with) favourite stop for food on the bike. Brilliant locally sourced food at great prices. Normally swift service considering food is cooked fresh to order, though at bussy times like bank Holidays it can get very busy...

Food still made to order so fresh. Very busy today. They have some new tables & outside seating for 80 people. They also have limited indoor seating. All areas clean & new ashtrays for those who smoke, with lids which help contain smells (I have never smoked, so pleased with new ash trays. But still might not suit some people). Selection of yummy cake 🍰 hard to make a quick choice. Differently go back again when in the area.

6****** definitelly 6****** So we stopped with my group at this place and never heard of it before so we went with the unknown. I mean... are you a petrol head, a kid, todler, a car or bike enthusiast, a parent with children up for a fun weekend... you have to be here. Some places charge ££ for allowing you to see the vehicles that visit this place. What an experience, meet and chat with genuine owners and likeminded enthusiasts. Oh the coffe was good and their cheeskake was great and the coffee guy... kudos to you man. You are awesome, fantastic attitude all around. Highly recommend this place.
