Ordered a takeaway as heard it’s good and thought I’d try somewhere new. I had ordered chicken tikka masala and husband had lamb tikka masala. I know it’s not spicy as don’t like it hence why I order this dish every time, well to say it was bland is an understatement, I can honestly say I couldn’t taste anything, I thought I’d phone them up and say I wasn’t happy( something I wouldn’t normally do) I wasn’t funny with them or argumentative and was not even after a refund but was answered with ‘well it’s probably just not to your taste’ we’ve done over 100 masalas tonight without complaint’ . I guess I must be wrong then! No apology, nothing. Just very dismissive. I will not be giving them a second chance, not that they will care if the attitude in the phone is anything to go by.

We randomly stopped off here on the search for a curry, really glad we did. Food was really good - and the staff made our little one feel special with his own meal which was perfect.

Our favourite Indian restaurant in the area. Comprehensive menu and an excellent separate vegan menu offering excellent choices. Food finest ingredients, carefully spiced and well presented. Staff knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Excellent restaurant

Order chicken balti and it tasted like a pataks jar curry from super market with abit of fresh coriander sprinkled ontop, can’t understand why???

Overall it’s a great Indian restaurant in Telford and my only criticism, and this could be my pallete, all the dishes we tried lack a little depth of flavour. Good enough quality food and quantities just had that little taste sparkle missing

The 'mother-sauce' is prominent in all of the curries we ordered, not a great deal of distinction between them, and my Dhansak was way too hot, spice-wise. But, it was pleasant and generally the food was decent. Quite expensive.

Ordered a takeaway at 5pm and it didn’t arrive until 6:50. We called up at 6:25 and they told us ‘it is on it way, perfect timing just like we said 75 minutes’. On the email it said due to covid delivery may take up to 70 minutes. All items were cold on arrival and it took 110 minutes to arrive.

Well if you are an Indian don't expect the taste of an Indian food ..this is fully customized to satisfy the taste buds of uk ppl and not indians. Other than chilly I couldn't taste any other spices .

Fantastic experience and I say experience… the food, the customer service, the atmosphere. Made to feel welcome and cared for. Myself and Fiancé enjoyed the vegan menu, I look forward to vegan deserts being added. I would love to see some non-alcoholic beer or cider but I understand the demand may not be there.

Last minute booking on a Sunday night. Great variety on the menu and when the food arrived it didn’t disappoint. We were mainly served by Nas who was attentive and courteous. Overall an excellent meal with excellent service, we will definitely be coming back.

Goan curry a delightful experience.

Had high hopes for our meal - especially as there were some decent sounding vegan options for my wife. However, the food wasn’t great. I love a biryani and sad to say the lamb was really dry.

Booked a table for 9 here a few weeks ago for my husbands birthday and the food was amazing as always. The staff were very helpful and friendly and helped us decorate the table for his birthday. They brought out the cake for him and even sang happy birthday which my husband hated of course. They even gave the table complimentary drinks after the meal. As always I cannot fault the food and the staff as usual were great. This is our go to curry house for takeaway and eating in and it never fails would not use anyone else the quality is always the same….amazing!! Highly recommend

Excellent, tasty food, well presented and served by friendly efficient staff. I only just managed to finish the generous portions. The lamb balti was a bit hotter than I expected but I had been asked how I wanted it - one man's medium is another chef's hot! A perennial problem. So glad that the few less good reviews didn't put me off. I would certainly go again.

Food always delivered promptly, and the taste of this food is sooo good. Usually tikka or tandoori chicken biryani is what we order and the flavours and fragrances that come out of these boxes are amazing. Such good value for money.

Food was fine but nothing special. Restaurant really lacked atmosphere and the music they played just bought down the mood. Service lacked personality too. Peppers in Trench literally treat you like their best friends when you dine there but this place just seemed like they wanted their table back so they could go home. Was midweek. Maybe it's better at weekends.

Was very impressed when I walked in, restaurant has a great design and atmosphere and service also top notch. However when I ordered the tikka mixed grill, it was tough and dry. To top it off I’m sure the cobra beer tasted flat, very bad quality. Had two pints and feel like I’ve had eight! According to the owner this is impossible because Cobra is served globally without issues. Unfortunately my experience was quite different. To give some credit, a table check was done but i still had food in my mouth and didn't answer. I'm sure the restaurant would have resolved the issue as the service was very professional and polite. Little piece of advice for the person who replied to this review, don't try and debate genuine customers who have complained by discrediting their review. It will help your business a lot more in the long-term if you accept the criticism and improve the specific meal and the beer. I'd also like to say that the other people eating all said their meals were great. Cheers

Really nice food with excellent service

We booked online. Very friendly when we went in. Shown to our table. Place looks lovely. The owner came and spoke to us and the waiters were all very friendly and answered any questions we had. Food came out nice and quickly and we were asked if we were ready for our mains after we finished our starters which I thought was good as you sometimes aren't ready. The food tasted fantastic. Would definitely recommend coming here. We were even offered a complimentary baileys at the end. Went again this evening. All still very good.

Our family visited Spiceland again on Saturday 8th of Jan 2022. Sag, the Manager, and his staff made us feel very welcome. The restaurant has been maintained to a very high standard and the food was wonderful and easily on par with Michelin Star standards I have ejoyed over the years. The staff offered a very personal food experience giving guidance and advice on the various dishes on offer; nothing was too much trouble. Another very enjoyable evening.
