Top's Restaurant in Conwy

Tops is now closed but a sign on the door says they will be reopening when another suitable site has been found in or around Craig-y- Don. Anybody know if they have found anywhere yet?

Top class and quality fresh sea bass , duck in plumb sauce and crispy beef with plentiful fried rice. Always busy but always good. Lovely servers.

While on holiday in Llandudno, we visited this place to get food to take back to our holiday cottage. We ordered the set meal for 2 which cost around £28, this included : 2 x chicken and sweetcorn soup, 4 x BBQ pork ribs, 1 x sweet and sour chicken, 1 x beef in blackbean sauce, 2 x egg fried rice and prawn crackers. The food was very nice and tasty and there was plenty of it for 2 people. Before we go back home once our holiday ends, we will try to go back again. Staff very friendly and the wait wasn’t too bad.

Great food and service. Very friendly staff. Spotless. Great varied menu choices. We had the mixed starter and then had to take half our mains home in a doggy bag. Very filling.

Went with family for another visit .. got to say without doubt the best service and food ever.. I'm a local and id recommend tops to anyone visiting Llandudno.. I go on crutches and they can't do enough for us every time .. thank u again absolutely stunning food

An absolutely gorgeous meal with very attentive and polite staff, who couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and only wish we were staying longer so that we could go again. Will definitely return when we stay here again

Called in early on Sunday, we usually have a takeaway but decided to eat in this time. Love this restaurant, the decor the atmosphere the hard working team and most of all the great food. I tried one of the chef’s specials king prawn dishes, it was amazing. Great to see the place buzzing and so busy. It’s a credit to everyone who works at the restaurant. We’ll be back soon and always recommend Tops

Meal was ok overall; the dark and airless room was depressing and featureless. I’m very surprised this is one of the top rated Chinese restaurants in Llandudno. Rice was cold, seafood wrap starter (£9) contained no obvious seafood apart from a couple of tiny bits of prawn and a lot of bits of vegetable doused in sauce . One waitress was distinctly off when I mentioned it and she let down the other staff. I rarely complain, but the virtual absence of seafood in an expensive starter was noteworthy. Other staff were friendly and efficient. There are many nicer and more uplifting and interesting places to go where customer feedback is acknowledged and valued. Beware hype!

Ate here on a Saturday evening, had booked a table a couple of days previously, glad we had, as it was pretty busy. Food was really tasty and well presented, great service from the friendly staff and overall a really good experience. Definitely recommend and will return 👌

Very disappointing this time. The Noodles where so greasy and all you could taste was Oil. The Chow main was very bland as was the pork fried rice. The best part was the salt and pepper chips and they were just above average this time...

Went here for a birthday meal after eating there many times before. Girl serving seemed to develop a terrible attitude when I said the table offered wasn't suitable for my disabled husband to get into. The restaurant was empty at the time. No manners at all so I stopped saying please and thank you. So rude, left without ordering and paid five pounds for untouched drinks. Will never visit again.

We’d read the reviews and booked to eat here a Friday evening. The meal was superb, we ordered the mixed starters for 2 and it was fantastic. I then had crispy chicken in Cantonese sauce and my hubby had sizzling steak in Cantonese sauce, both dishes were delicious. I would definitely return in future

Having visited Llandudno for our anniversary we booked into this restaurant at short notice as most places we tried were either closed or fully booked. All I can say is I'm so glad we did. The food was brilliant the service was amazing and the general ambience was fantastic. We were seated and served almost straight away. We just could not fault the place. I would highly recommend this great Chinese restuarant. Five stars all the way.

3 of us had the Royal Set meal on Monday 20th September and it was excellent. Fast service, attentive staff, and great food. The Dim Sum and Crispy Duck were really good and we all enjoyed the 3 main courses with the sizzling steak being our favourite. A short walk from the town centre but well worth it. Busy restaurant definitely worth booking ahead. Highly recommended.

Had a great meal with soup and mixed starters followed by crispy duck and pancakes then lemon chicken and beef mushrooms inblack bean sauce. The food was superb and the staff were perfection with attentive service. No waiting what so ever . The lovely Chinese lady even came out if the restaurant to give me my comb that I had left on the table. Top marks cannot speak any more highly of them. No doubt next time will visit when in Llandudno

Just had a great meal at Tops restaurant. The place is a pleasant stroll out of Llandudno centre and well worth the journey. The waitresses were pleasant and attentive, without being over fussy. The food was excellent, nice sized portions, well presented and very tasty. I particularly enjoyed the shredded beef. Well worth a visit and not overly priced.

I love Chinese food, and it's been a long time since I've visited a restaurant that is this modern and clean. The staff are wonderful and so happy. Very quick to get you drinks or take your order, and more than happy to advise on anything. The prices are pretty standard but the food way above average. The starters were so tasty and fresh, and came out quickly.We were pleased when the waitress asked whether we were ready for our main course, as we needed the 10 minute breather.Absolutely everything that we ordered was so tasty and the portion sizes very generous. The salt and pepper chicken main and chicken satay in the mixed starter were particularly great. I'm gutted this restaurant isn't closer to home or I'd definitely be a regular visitor.

What can I say except WOW! i have celiac disease and if you know, Chinese food is usually full of gluten, soy sauce in everything! BUT wow, this restaurant had the most amazing gluten free menu and the food was absolutely incredible, I cannot fault it at all! I even waited a day to do a review to see if I had a reaction and nothing! If you’re ever in Llandudno, this is the place to go! But definitely book ahead as they’re usually packed, unsurprisingly!! 10/10!
