Antoinettes Cafe in Limavady

Can't beat Shirley's after a cold stand at park run, everything I've tried has been fresh and delicious 😋 The staff are very welcoming and keep everything spotless. Best scones and potato and leek soup.

Went to Antoniettes in Limavady for Breakfast. Shirley and Noel opened up for us as we went at 7am. The food was Delicious and the service Excellent. The girls served us a hearty breakfast which set us up for the day. Well done to all at Antoinettes!

Fantastic cafe. Everything exceptional, great coffee, food and fantastic people working there. If you’re in town and don’t visit, you’re making a mistake.

Visited this small café situated off the Main Street of limavady , such a busy place and good vibe we were greeted by the owner who was full of laughs and very helpful explained the two specials, and soup of the day ! We started with two of the owners home made scones which were beautiful , then we had the quiche and warm chicken and bacon salad which was beautiful and so fresh , the girls were very helpful and pleasant also we had such a lovely afternoon don’t pass it by if your ever visiting it’s such a lovely place for breakfast , lunch or even just a coffee with friends , thank you for your service :)

We sat down and the owner of the cafe literally threw the menus on the table and barked the 1 special that was on today. She did not make eye contact at all. Whereas, the young girl that took our order was absolutely lovely, maybe the owner should take a leaf out of her book. My meal was fine, the salad was very fresh, but my partners bacon was very chewy and not of good quality at all. When we were sitting there a couple of German tourists came in, I was totally embarrassed by the way the owner was so unhelpful to them and we thought her very rude. It wasn’t even though the place was that busy, there were only 10 customers and that included us. I’m definitely not going to be back to support this local business, until I hear there’s an improvement in the owners attitude.

Stopped off here for a quick, light bite for lunch. An Open Chicken Sandwich, French Toast with Bacon, a tea and coffee. Quick, friendly service ablnd very tasty.

We have eaten in a lot of the coffee shops around the town, this one is slightly tucked away so only discovered it by chance, what an amazing find, beautiful decor, fantastic staff and fabulous food, this is run by a friendly mother daughter team, we will definitely make this our number one go to place in Limavady, vastly superior to the rest

Very expensive, I ordered the large fry and asked for toast instead of potato bread and an extra egg, my meal came in two parts ten minutes apart, and I was charged for two eggs and toast as an extra meal, which I thought was extreme. I queried this at the bill and was told that it’s a set fry (a bit picky I thought). I also had a sausage bap for my seven year old and one slice of toast and two sausages for my one year old. Drinks wise I had a can of Fanta and the kids had a fruice each. My bill was £24.70, really overpriced and not great food, my eggs were hard and the sausages were pretty generic. Won’t be back unfortunately

Had lovely scones and coffee here just after Christmas. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and the scones were amazing .

Called in here recently and ordered the soup of the day. A nice vegetable soup. Served with a lovely piece of wheaten bread. The server asked if everything was okay. I said it was very nice but could I please have another slice of wheaten to accompany the soup. It came and we finished and my wife paid and outside she told me that I had been charged for the extra piece of bread. Which is fair enough. HOWEVER... I was shocked to find that I had been charged £1.85for the small slice of wheaten. Absolutely ridiculous. Ironically we then went up the street to buy a wheaten loaf for £1.60. Bottom line: I won’t be back.

Had lunch with a friend and was slightly disappointed. Ordered a philly steak baguette but the meat appeared to be burger meat not steak. They don't serve sides like chips or garlic fries and no coleslaw. Service was good and staff friendly.

This is a lovely cafe and the food is very appealing and appetising. The scones toasted are my favourite. The fry is perfect and cooked to your liking. Table service and pay as you leave .leave a tip as they well deserve it .

Antoinette’s is definitely a firm favourite for a coffee stop when in Limavady. The staff are so warm and friendly. The coffee is lovely and smooth and the small menu offers a great variety of exceptionally well executed meals, scones, cakes etc.

I stopped here for a mid morning snack and will definitely be back. A very pleasant experience, very nice tea and a beautiful delicious breakfast bap. Highly recommended for breakfast, lunch or tea, enjoy!

Had coffee here a few times recently and it is definitely the best in Limavady. Not the cheapest in town but you have to pay for quality sometimes! Had a chilli chicken wrap and my husband had the steak baguette which were both tasty. The salad garnish was very well presented.Will be back

Stumbled on this little cafe and we were really impressed. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the place is tastefully furnishes. It’s waitress service and there’s a great range on offer plus some specials. Everywhere is really clean and you can tell the staff care and it makes a big difference. Great food and a decent cup of tea too. I loved it

Been to this restaurant a few times and it has never dissapointed. The breakfast is excellent. Would recommend the good value breakfast bap or porridge. Conveniently located to the car park with easy wheelchair access.

Friendly, capable staff, varied specials good menu that is freshly prepared to order. Coffee is keenly priced and amongst the best. This cafe also does the best burger in town and I've eaten in them all.

A popular wee cafe tucked away behind Market Street this is a little gem. The quality of the coffee is excellent - best coffee in the town in my opinion. Super value for a well cooked 5 item Ulster fry and pot of tea (fried egg, bacon, sausage, half tomato and piece of potato bread). Very good (large) fresh scones as well as a good menu of toasties, panini, soup, sandwiches, salads, baked potatoes etc. etc. Well worth a visit when in Limavady.

have been here a couple of times before and it ok. but went into it one day this week, we both ordered irish stew, they had only one left, which my husband took and it didn't even look appeatising, he was unable to eat it, I ordered a ham and cheese toastie which was grand, Hubby had also ordered a slice of wheaten bread, and when I went to pay for it they charged £1.25 for a slice of bread, that to me is a total disgrace, talk about daylight robbery. lets just say we will not be back.

A friendly, bright little place just off the main street. All the classic lunch items locals love, done to a high standard. Service is really good, and staff are knowledgeable about dietary requirements. As regards choice, not the best for coeliacs apart from baked potatoes, but boy are those baked potatoes good! Lovely spot for a coffee, a rest and a catch-up with friends.

Returned to this cafe after a most disappointing visit last year. It really impressed me this time producing an extremely tasty toasted sandwich. I can only say that my last visit was an off day for the staff. Will definitely return for another tasty treat.

Love this coffee shop. Very unique and vintage themed. Prices are reasonable and food is good. Menu is great for lunch! Worth a visit!

When visiting family this is one of our favourite places to eat lunch. It has a quirky look and lots of different food options from all day breakfast to exciting sandwich fillings. All made fresh and staff are accommodating if you want to add or take away something from what is set out in the menu. Plenty of gluten free options which are highlighted in the menu. Beautifully presented hot drinks too and a good selection of traybakes. Always warm and comfortable. Somewhere I always enjoy.

I have eaten lunch and taken morning coffee in this cafe many times before. Today, I dropped in for a tasty bite and was promptly handed a menu. That was the good bit. I then waited, but after 15 minutes decided to simply go home.Not what I expected or what I have been used to. I would have informed a member of staff, if one had come in my direction!

We were in Limavady shopping and asked some local shopkeepers for recommendations for a quick lunch - they all said Antoinettes. It was wonderful and you can even have a glass of wine or a beer! We all had the burger with brie, bacon, salad, chilli sauce and sautee potatoes and the food was scrumptious. The staff were very friendly and helpful and any time we are in Limavady we will definitely visit this little gem for a meal or even just coffee.

A great little coffee shop, the atmosphere is good and the coffee and coconut slices even better!. They have an extensive menu and some lovely sofas on which to relax while having a bite of lunch or just something delicious with a cuppa. Love it here.

The two glazed sides looking over the car park and pedestrain walkway are ideal for people watching while you enjoy morning coffee, breakfast, or freshly prepared lunch accompanied with a good quality glass of wine at very reasonable prices. Family run and always assured of good service, this has become a regular haunt of locals who enjoy the comfortable seating

Arrived in Limavady on Easter Tuesday hoping for a choice of cafe/ coffee shops for lunch. However most were shut. However followed the sign for Antoinette up an alley and weren't sure what to expect. But pleasantly surprised. We ordered a plain ham sandwich, an egg salad sandwich and ham toastie. Wow sandwiches were packed with filling and my husband said it was the best ham sandwich he had had for a long time. Staff friendly and decor very homely. Certainly worth a visit!!

1st time, coffee good. 2 people, 2 scones and 3 drinks = £10.10p.Owner took 10p. If it helps for dealing with potential future customers, do not press them for 10p when you have done ok if you ever want to see that type of customer again. Constructive criticism.

Passing through Limavady recently, I called in for a cup of coffee and a bite to eat. They have a great selection of snacks, but the cheesecake caught my attention, as it's one of my favorites. Service was first class and very friendly, and I'd travel the length of the country for their cheesecake. As I was a bit tied for time, I didn't stay long, but will definitely be back. I got talking to some of the locals, who informed me that it's the best cafe around, so you can't argue with that. Always ask cops and locals for the best place to eat. I wonder do they deliver to Donegal???? Maybe they'll start a chain!!!

My friend and I came across this quaint little coffee shop by sheer luck! So glad we did. Had the best latte for ages in there and the caramel square was to die for!! My friend had tea and a wee surprise!!.... a hot chocolate muffin with cream. The staff are so lovely and I love the interior. It reminds me of the Primrose Cafe in Derry which I love as well.
