Booked this place again and what a great night it was . Food excellent . Staff are just amazing nothing too much trouble for them they always seem happy and join in the fun.It really is a great place to go

Great night, great atmosphere. Music bingo was brilliant and massive fun. Staff were great and service was very quick even when the place was full to almost capacity. Great selection of drinks on the menu and table service is great.

Went here for my aunties birthday night out we had such a great time I’ve never been before although the others have but all the staff were so hard working & such a fab night seeing everyone getting involved

We came to bistro live for a family members 18th birthday, the food was unreal, Can tell it was all made there and then, brilliant service from all staff, DJ doing his thing and making sure that thr stage was full.

Came with several friends to celebrate my future daughter in laws hen night. From start to finish it was a fabulous evening, the staff were attentive and very efficient. The drinks ordering system for our first drink was very well organised and further drinks were easy to order by means of waving a flag. The food was very good plenty of choice and it was nice that the whole table was served together it was also hot which is a big bonus. I would definitely attend another event here

This was my first time visiting bistro . And what an experience We went for my sister hen due They was very easy to contact and there wasn’t no issues too big for them Such a fun night out Staffing was fantastic. Super friendly and 10/10 for there table service Definitely recommend for a great enjoyable night out .

I’d only ever been here once before and I’m glad I opted to come here for my most recent night out. The staff were helpful, made their presence known and were always on hand to offer their assistance. The food was excellent and really flavourful. There was a pop quiz followed by DJ entertainment for the themed night ‘Smash Hits’ which got everyone dancing on the dance floor and tables! Will definitely be planning for another night!

Absolutely amazing place 1st time coming we will definitely be back. Would definitely recommend to everyone and anyone. All the staff were friendly and polite and even joined in with dancing which I liked such a friendly environment. Food was nice also.

We are a group of friends who live in different parts of the country and we all met each other for the first time some 9 years ago at a mutual friends wedding. We got on so well that we've since had 3 reunions (it would've been more if Aunty Covid hadn't intervened!) and ALL of those reunions have been at Bistro Live Nottingham - because it's perfect! This venue has the unique formula (music, food, drink, dancing) BUT the key aspect is that they deliver all of this to perfection. The hosts are so friendly, so helpful, so good-humoured - they join in, they ensure everyone is involved and having a good time - they work hard, but they are forever smiling and laughing with us all - it's like they are part of our party! The only name that I can recall (too many red wines!) is Rebecca - she looked after us (along with others) all evening. The atmosphere was lovely - there was a hen party and other groups but many of us interacted with each other - it didn't matter our differing ages or purposes - we were all there to have a good time and that is exactly what we had. Refreshing that drinks prices were not a rip-off - they were very good value, as indeed was the whole night. Another name to mention is Lee; I contacted him prior to this visit as my wife now has a dairy intolerance and I wanted to ensure that this could be accommodated. Once again - perfection. On the night they already knew about this (thanks to Lee) and delivered every course to her, by name, to make sure that there were no issues. I don't know if it's come across yet, but we had an absolutely wonderful evening - it couldn't have been any better - and for sure we will return. Thank you Bistro Live Nottingham, you are all amazing.

Had a fantastic night at Bistro live Nottingham. Food was great and the staff are amazing. The staff make the night. Only downside, drinks are quite expensive. But definitely would go again.

A friend won tickets for six people and invited me to go. I hadn't actually been before, so my first thoughts were to go with an open mind. The three-course meal was delivered promptly and delicious. The staff were all uniformed with aprons and wore name badges, which I liked; it was easy to identify them. They were engaging and charismatic, and they looked like they were honestly enjoying themselves. We had a checkered flag to wave in the air if we wanted to order a drink (no waiting at the bar! Bonus). The staff came quickly and efficiently. (Loved this!) The drinks menu had a good selection. It wasn't overly busy, just the right amount of people, I felt. It seemed to cater particularly to hen parties and birthday bashes. The venue was clean and well-maintained with the normal glitz and glam. It had a photobooth and a photo wall; the staff came over to our table and reminded us it was there and offered to take our photo (this was a nice touch), otherwise, we would have forgotten. There was enough room to have a dance next to or on the table; the tables and chairs were sturdy and well-made. Not that I danced on the table, but if I wanted to, it was good to know. I genuinely had a great night. Good company, good food, attentive staff, good music, a little quiz, good vibes. What more could you want from a night out? Pleasantly surprised. I will recommend and will definitely return.

We had a fantastic evening at Bistro Live for the 00’s night! It was great value for money - a 3 course meal with entertainment for £17 a head (drinks not included). The staff were very friendly and explained very clearly how the service worked. We were impressed that we didn’t need to pre-order our meal choices and that our food and drinks were served quickly and all at the same time. The food was delicious (especially the free nachos that were bought to the table on arrival). We had lots of fun taking part in the music quiz before dancing the rest of the night away on the tables. It was a brilliant way to celebrate my friend’s birthday - a fab night thoroughly enjoyed by all!

Visited 2022 and 2023. Both nights were great . Will be coming back in 2024.

Packed to the rafters, clearly a popular venue. How the staff coped I don't know, but they did - with a smile. Very friendly and professional team. Food delicious, good band, what more do you need for a good night out?

First time I've ever been to Bistro Live so I didn't know what to expect. We went for a Christmas work do and tbh I had a really great time. Everything is in there so you don't need to leave and go somewhere else. We had food, played a little quiz and then danced and partied till 1am. There's music playing all through the evening, the staff were all super friendly and approachable. And a added bonus is you can dance on the tables and chairs. I will be recommending this place to my friends and coming back soon.

Good night , for my friends birthday .There was a big group of us .Room feels quite outdated and not as clean as it might be , but on the whole a decent space for a good night out. My drinks order got mixed up with someone else's ( I was at work the next day so couldn't drink heavily) I ordered raspberry and peach gins singles , ended up paying for doubles which was annoying only realised when I looked at my account the next day , so watch out for that! Great for a group of friends ,for a night of fun, dancing and decent food.

Great night out good food and lots of dancing

Although I've been to Bistro a few times it's always been a fun night the staff are lovely and helpful and it's always fun to be able to wave a flag to get table service. The cocktails are ok not the best but not the worst either, the food was nice the empty plate speaks for itself, but what really makes the night good is seeing the staff get up and dance with everyone and seeing them enjoy themselves too. Also a big thank you to a guy called Vic who helped my niece when she cut her foot on glass He was awesome and even came and said goodbye when we left.

Went for our work xmas due. Fair credit to the staff - I honestly could not do their job - but they handled everyone well, were attentive, hands on, friendly and fast. The food was the biggest surprise. I’m coeliac and the food was incredible.

My second time coming last week ( 18th November) and I was really disappointed with the evening I had. My first experience was so good and I loved it that’s why we booked again. But I found my second time not as good, firstly it was absolutely rammed, you had put that many people in there it was ridiculous our table was that squeezed into the corner I felt like we was sat on the people behind us knee it was ridiculous. We was sat right next to the staff only door and the amount of people who keep going in and out meant everyone had to move to let them through as u had squeezed the table so close to the door, people trying to go through the door when we was eating too. Secondly because we was sat in the corner no one seen his waving for a drink and no one came over asking for to take group pic of us all but was going to other tables. The music was rubbish compared to last time and hardly any Xmas music to say it was Christmas classic event. Really disappointed not sure if I would return no.

What a night out we've had, Bistro Live will certainly never be forgotten, the whole evening was centered around everyone having the best time, staff were absolutely amazing and catered for all our needs, food excellent, table top dancing something not to be missed, thank you Bistro Live for such a wonderful evening.🤗

I went to Bistro Live for a 30th birthday celebration. It was meant to be a night of cheese, but I found the music to be a little generic. It was disappointing that some of the best cheesy tracks were played towards closing time, I think they were needed sooner to get the night started. I didn't expect much from the food, but it wasn't enjoyable. The starter, main and dessert were all very rich. The options seemed odd considering people were drinking/dancing afterwards. The time between arrival and the DJ starting his set was very long. I understand that this was to allow time for the food to be served, but it deflated the night waiting around. It was also difficult to talk to your group over dinner because of the long, narrow table set up. Despite the above, dancing on the stage/tables was fabulous. I love that the staff also join in for the cheesy dance routine songs. They definitely help make the party vibe. Bistro Live is a good, easy party spot for a large group, but personally it wouldn't be my first choice.

Great for parties, the food was actually quite nice, which i was surprised at, good portions. The whole dancing on furniture was an interesting aspect. The staff was really really nice and welcoming they really made the place. The sticky floors did make the chairs difficult to move around.

This place offers so much,Music,Bingo,Dj,3 course's of Food,plenty of drinks from cocktails,to beer,air con and it's cold well needed in the summer to relax and enjoy your night,dancing on the table and shots all through the night too also if you want.

Brilliant fun night out. This place is just a good night out. Drinks are good value and the staff always seem happy to help. Food is basic but always fresh and nicely cooked which is great considering the numbers they are cooking for.. Everyone who comes are happy to dance and let their hair down. Keep up the good work

Used to love this place but drinks are so expensive it kind of puts you off especially when they're charging over £15 for a £5 bottle of wine 😳 maybe there needs to be some good offers or something to make it more appealing!

Amazing time had by all. Staff were brilliant. As soon as the flag was in the air, they were taking your drinks order. They also get involved in the dancing. The 3 course meal was very tasty as well. This is a must go venue. Can't wait to go back.

The food was a lot better than when I have been in the past. Its very much a party atmosphere so for a 65th birthday (not mine) it might bot have been the best. The main issue was we were advised that there would be around 50 people due to covid but there was a lot more there.

We all had a brilliant time here for a combined hen do and 30th birthday party. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and shown to our table where the waitress explained the ordering process and checked if we wanted to open a tab or not. Our drinks were served quickly after serving. I was happy with my first two courses - vegetable soup and the two bird roast. The portion sizes were good and they were full of flavour. The desserts let the meal down and none of us enjoyed them. The entertainment was fabulous. I was a bit concerned that it wasn't going to be a good night when I noticed how few customers there were compared to pre-covid times however every single staff member went out of their way to get the party going. They honestly couldn't have done a better job of entertaining us and definitely earned their money.
