Wow what an amazing find whilst out for a walk. The manager and volunteers were friendly. They made me a delicious chai latte with a large slice of homemade apple cake. The shop was full of lovely local foods and village gifts. I purchased a mug and tea towel. Will definitely be back.

A beautiful and quiet spot for a drink! We came at 9am and sat in the sun with our drinks. Friendly and speedy service. Very nice coffees, and a lovely little farmshop to look around too, where we bought some bits to take home. Thank you for a lovely morning!

This shop and café is a little gem in Bledington. My husband and I were staying close by for our anniversary, and the volunteers gave us really helpful tips about places to visit during our weekend. We popped in one evening to get some snacks and mentioned we’d probably come by for breakfast the next morning.. when we came back they’d remembered which croissants we said we like and had done some extra especially! Brilliant service, lovely produce and massive cups of tea!

Spotted the cafe while on a long bike ride around the Cotswolds. So glad I stopped! Delicious food, gorgeous hot chocolate and charming staff. The place was spotless. Definitely worth a detour to if you're in the area.

We found the Bledington Community Shop and Café very usefully situated after we had taken a long and terrifically muddy detour down to Bledington during a circular walk around Adlestrop. We were served an exceptionally delicious hot chocolate, and when it comes to hot chocolate we know what we are talking about as we order hot chocolate everywhere, in places far and wide. We both agreed that the Bledington's hot chocolate was amongst the tastiest we have ever had, so however you made it on 1st November, please don't make the smallest change to the process and ingredients! The staff of the Bledington Café also supplied us with tea, cakes and a small pizza. The café tables are in a tent which houses the Bledington Book Swap. The Bledington Community Shop and Café is a most interesting establishment, which also collects food donations for the North Cotswold Food Bank. Well worth a visit.

This is a great country village shop with local produce and an unexpectedly well curated wine selection. We heard how the village worked to fund and build their community shop and cafe to give villagers and visitors a place to shop and meet. It clearly works, the place has a great vibe, with volunteers serving behind the counter and making fabulous barista coffees and homemade cakes. Popular with walkers on the Oxfordshire Way and cyclists, with good outdoor covered seating.

A community run shop/ café in a village of 400 or so. Custom-built, modern construction very close to main trainline to London (Kingham station). Had a very pleasant sausage roll and flat white coffee. All run by volunteers; started Nov 2019. Well worth a visit. And you can feel good by supporting this rural community. Win-win :)

Visited the lovely Community Shop and Cafe, where the volunteer staff were welcoming and made a great coffee. Excellent variety of food and wine so you can stock up without having to drive to a larger town. If you're nearby call in and experience country hospitality at its best.

Great Coffee, Cake & Shop..... I’ve been following the Shop on Instagram and so as we were passing, I suggested to my Husband that we popped in - glad that we did. Great coffee and homemade cakes. The Millionaires Traybake was divine. The Shop is really well stocked and has a good variety of products. The Shop is staffed by the local community, great initiative.
