Bric Cafe in Newry and Mourne

Was walking past and saw the two guys n fries was on which I've just learned is only on twice a month... Absolutely supurb best smash burger I've had... The menu is simple as is the pricing... These are burgers cooked to perfection and the bacon jelly was brilliant... If you want frozen s))) go to the other places in this town if you want high quality fast food head here... Will be back.

Twice a month on a Friday evening they do smash burgers, buttermilk chicken burgers and loaded fries. Absolutely fantastic. The Beefy Pig in particular was amazing. Raymond the owner is a gentleman. Looking forward to heading back and trying the bagels.

Great coffee and surprisingly very filling Bagel.

The best Viennese Whirl I have ever tasted and all the home baked items look equally as good. Very friendly staff too which makes it a lovely welcoming place to visit. I will definitely be back.

For firs time I went to the coffee shop and I order a Macchiato and i dont even know what's they make, if you don't know who to make it just say it,but No she have to take my money, just want to say that I well not go back again.

I love Bric and the ladies go out of their way to be happy & helpful. Their bagels are super tasty & I have no complaints about their soya latte. A friend introduced me to Bric and now it’s a regular stop off for me.

Called in at lunchtime today. Cafe was empty, AT LUNCHTIME!!, two people behind the counter, one customer in front of me. One member of staff was serving the customer, the other, talking to him. I stood waiting for five minutes but was not acknowledged, so decided to take my business else where. Got served in Deli lites, which was packed !!!! , within five minutes

Back in for the first time in months for a takeaway - service excellent and food is superb. Will call again.

I love the Bric Cafe normally but I was very annoied this time because they had 25mins left and they would not serve hot food and I only wanted a crepe, I was dreaming of this crepe all day but then my dreams were crushed!😪😥😢😟😤

Love this place, lovely atmosphere, nice tasty food, different.

Lovely little spot for breakfast or lunch. I tried one of the savoury crepes and it was great! Lots of cheese, nicely balanced ingredients, nice texture and colour of the crepe and a very big feed. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back to try some other things :)

This is an awesome little cafe, lovely food, good stuff & always busy. Always enjoy buying a Saturday treat from there. Would recommend them. They only need to open earlier on Saturday. 9:30 am is a bit late for early risers!

I love this place! Great choice of bagels, although I always go for the same thing! Welcoming staff, lovely decor. Gluten free options available, and from time to time they offer slimming world friendly choices.

One of the nicest spots for a light lunch. Bagels are always delicious (I always say I'll try something else but the bagels are too tempting), and the coffee is great. It's a lovely little cafe to sit it, always very busy and the photos on the wall give you something to look at while you're having a bite to eat!

A regular attender. I've found what I like and have it every time I'm there. I've heard the rest is good and tried some. The bacon, turkey and brie on a poppy seed bagel is my favourite. Tasty soups and delicious crepes. Lunchtime deals. A great all rounder with a friendly team. A nice smoking area at the front to watch the world go by. Highly recommended!

I used to love this place and the bagels are still fine but the staff are getting awful rude and cheeky. They don't seem to care and there has been numerous times I've gotten my order wrong because friends have walked in and they don't listen. I'm not impressed anymore and I'm getting rather sick of the treatment by their staff.

Lovey place good food and very helpful regarding allergies

This is one of the best places to visit in Warrenpoint. Their all day grilled breakfast is the best although they offer many different dishes which are equally good. Produce is all fresh and well presented. Well worth a visit, just a pity it is so small.

Great coffee and love the bagels!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Bric Cafe today for a meeting. The welcome from the staff was very pleasant and warm. We opted for bagels which were delicious and had plenty of filling. You could spend hours looking at the many iconic pictures on the walls. There were plenty of other customers enjoying some delicious food. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the seating most comfortable. If you are not that hungry, I highly recommend you visit, if only to have a coffee or cold drink and visit the bathroom!!. It is a sight to behold and the picture do not do it justice. It just tops off a visit to a great eating house.

Bric cafe very nice cafe in Warrenpoint the girls that work here are so nice they try there best to make everyone happy. I'm sure its not easy because it always so busy! The kids love the big red sofa and the bagle's. My only problem is that its not big enough other than this 10/10

I hate these sorts of places. They try so hard to be cool that they forget the basics. Poorly staffed by a bunch of kids that you can't really blame. They clearly haven't been trained properly. It was noisy with music blaring. Service was painfully slow. I agree with other reviewers the coffee is NOT good. Horrible. The bagels are actually tasty - Though how can you mess up a bagel. One visit to this place was enough for me. It would be one of the last places I would recommend in Warrenpoint.

Over extracted bitter coffee. I just give up. How hard is it to make a coffee that tastes sweet and aromatic rather than acidic and watery.

I spent many mornings getting a lovely cup of coffee and a bagel from here. It is a truly splendid meal to wake yourself up! And their selection of soups is always spot on!

Dropped in for a coffee to pass the time and to read my paper. Waited 15 minutes while the three staff chatted and prepared orders. Staff totally ignored me although I was in clear sight on the big red couch. Eventually another client told me it was counter service only.. When I appproached the counter I politely suggested to a staff member that it would be useful to have a sign to that effect. She agreed and said they used to have such a sign but did not know what had happened to it.I have rarely encountered such an unprofessional crew.

Some of the older staff, seem to have a chip on there shoulder. There was attitude when we orderd and food was practically thrown at us with no drinks or cutlery.When I ask cutlery (for all of us) I got a knife and fork but no else did...Drinks arrived half way threw meal.I've been to bric many times before and the lady in question is always rude. although food is great I won't be back to be treated with a attitude. There is staff that are wonderful but some are bringing the cafe down

Bric is a small cafe in Warrenpoint that is super popular with us locals. The coffee is great, made perfectly and to your liking. If you want food then you most definitely want a Bagel. With so many options to chose from there will be one for you! They also do crepes, muffins and scones etc and cooked breakfasts.The atmosphere is warm and relaxed. It's a very classic coffee shop feel and the exposed brick and comfy sofa are cool additions. There is a book swap too, something different to all the other cafés in the area. Have been coming here for years and love it.

We'd cycled from Downpatrick on our way to Newry when we fancied a little treat. The Bric Cafe was on hand. Hot chocolate, a pot of earl grey (producing two large cups of tea) and two Danish pastries the size of our heads for about £6 and all enjoyed sitting outside watching the world go by. Thoroughly recommended.

Dropped in for a coffee with my son. Coffee is good but very little to go with it. I mean if you don't like bagels...or scones....Wish they would offer a sandwich as it was lunch time when we were there. Also was very noisy as one waitress was entertaining a baby by jumping up and down in front of him as he sat screaming in a buggy. Imagine it was her child as this went on for some time....Dreadful. Nicely decorated and decent seating. Clean bathroom.

This is a lovely cafe and service is always very polite and efficient. The home made soups served with wheaten bread are exceptionally good. (Tomato & chilli is my favourite, but they are all excellent). I can honestly say that these are the best soups in Warrenpoint. Prices are very reasonable.Their coffee is also of a very high standard. A huge selection of bagels & crepes is also available. (My husband tells me they are great.). With good wifi connection too, what is there to not like? I strongly recommend Bric Cafe. Sit outside when the weather is fine.

We chose this because our son had seen it recommended on TripAdvisor, and we weren't disappointed! Great big sofas, a wide selection of crepes and bagels, lots of books to peruse, a guitar for anyone to play, and a book we were asked to add comments to (and which had us laughign aloud at the jokes). The cafe doesn't look much from the outside, but goes back a way once inside, with pics and maps on the walls. You can tell the quality of a cafe/restaurant by the loos, and the loo was beautifully spotless and well decorated with flowers. Would definitely go there again!

I go here regularly with friends. Great place for a good coffee. The menu is limited to bagels, pancakes, scones, muffins, etc but that's all you need. It is small but comfy if you get the red leather couch down the back. Raspberry and white chocolate scones are the best I've tasted anywhere.

I read the reviews on Tripadvisor and decided to try Bric cafe. If I hadn't read the good comments, I would probably have given this place a miss as it doesn't look much from outside.It is quite small, only a few tables to eat in, but most people order a Take Away, it is very popular.It specializes in Crepes and Bagels. We had a delicious lunch here last week, the crepes we had, were only made when we ordered, so everything is freshly made. Both savoury and sweet are on offer.I will definitely pay it another visit when I am in the area.

The bric cafe is a perfect option for lunch in Warrenpoint. In comparison to the other cafes in the area it is by far the best. The food is fresh and there is a great selection. Has a great book exchange also!

Food is great. Atmosphere is very welcmoimg. You never know who could come in through the door and play a tune on the guitar that's on standby. I visited on my way through the town and was very impressed by the standard of coffee and the variety of food available. I definitely recommend the Four Star Bagel, on poppy seed bagel - it was very tasty!

This quaint little cafe specialises in bagels which makes it a refreshing change from your average greasy spoon. A quick and simple menu although still offering a variety to satisfy any palette, this is a warm & cosy establishment! Most enjoyable!

I have eaten in here on several occasions. Food and coffee is lovely. It's a quirky little cafe, bohemian like. Completely different to everything else in warrenpoint. I didn't give it 5 stars as on one occasion service was very poor. (waited 20 mins , and had to approach service staff to place order even though it was very quiet). Give it a go.

Bric Cafe reminded me of the kind of lovely little coffee shop you get in New York, with a focus on delicious food and good coffee. The range of food on the menu - a wide variety of different crepes (sweet and savoury) and bagles stood out for me - is good and lots of dishes sounded really tempting.We ordered a crepe with chocolate spread, one with lemon and sugar, and an icecream sundae, and all three were delicious. The lemon one could have done with a smidge more lemon towards the edges, but other than that I have no complaints.The service was swift and friendly, and with the good food and coffee we were happy to spend an hour in out of the rain, having a good old chat!

A nice surprise for me as I was passing through Warrenpoint, at lunchtime midweek. Narrow and intimate shape, coffee was excellent, without fuss, normally cafes have notices about how good their baristas are etc. but the coffee was genuinely good without boasting about it.Bagel was hot and served quickly.I was on my laptop and was asked if I wanted to connect to the newly upgraded internet, I connected and it was noticably fast.In conclusion, service great, coffee great, would recommend this place to anyone.
