10 item breakfast with toast and tea at under £10 bargin . Lovely cafe very friendly staff . The square sausage and bacon were cooked just right . As for the French roast with cheese and bacon with side of raspberry jam . OMG Amazing Whenever i visit bellshill this is my first stop for food. Thank you

The place looks great for it's size and nice theme, clean and tidy too. Just went for a breakfast unfortunately wasemt the greatest as you can have scrambled egg, omullette and boiled egg but not fried as the smell apparently, haven't you got the legal requirement of a extractor fan?. The beans were in a expresso cup so you have to put the beans on the plate yourself for sum reason and the tea handle are to small for my fingers to hold, the potatoe scone was hard, it made me sad tbh as I really enjoy trying breakfasts all over the country to see were best for a breakfast and I also review steak pies all over the place. The price was about £8 for it and the toast counts toward one of your ten items, some place include it some don't heyhoo. It's an OK cafe, wasent the best nor the worst.

This cafe is a little gem in the community. Fabulous food. Quality, quantity, price and staff are fantastic. This family run business must be the best in Bellshill. Well done.

Amazing food, clean space and lovely and friendly service. Definitely recommend and will be back when we go back to Scotland. Such great choice of food for us as you could choose you’re breakfast by items!

Lovely cosy cafe nice homemade cooking asked do you get side salad and coleslaw with the baguette she said yeah, a tiny amount so if you want coleslaw ask for extra

Visited here with my gran as heard great reviews and absolutely love the theme and look of this of this cafe. We were first in the door and staff were very pleasant. We both ordered the breakfast and it was very yummy, good sized portion. Only downside is they dont do fried eggs, only poached or scrambled which was a bit strange but they tasted great anyway. Came back here a few weeks later and had the pulled bbq chicken panini which was absolutely amazing. Great prices in this place too, great for a catch up and breakfast will definitely be back.

An absolute disgrace booked a window table at 10.30 for 1.15 goes in to check at 1pm to see if it was going to be available at that time because it was so busy to be told no it won’t be ready they had plenty of notice it should have been reserved but no and her attitude was stinking. What’s the point of booking if there not going have your table ready

Passed 2 other cafes in our choice for a takeaway breakfast as this one had such good reviews. Imagine my disappointment to be told they don't do fried eggs, only poached or scrambled! Seriously?! Never in my life been to a cafe that can't do a fried egg!! Won't be back.

Went to this lovely Cafe for afternoon tea. 02/10/20. Start off by saying the place was very busy, and the poor girls were understaffed. Had the unfortunate experience of being there at the same time as an obnoxious customer, practically took over the full place with his phone on loud speaker, watching some football related thing. Preceding to Speak loudly over everyone else. We waited a while for our afternoon tea, which was clearly down to understaffing, and understandable. The obnoxious customer, moaned continually re the wait for his breakfast, at one point, heard to say that he would not be paying for something he wasn’t going to eat! (This was before his breakfast even arrived). The breakfast arrived, and said obnoxious customer proceeded to moan about everything, again very loudly, cursing and swearing. May I add, he did not appear to have left much of the said breakfast when the girls came to clear his table and give him the bill, after all his loud moaning and groaning, they took the price of the breakfast off their bill. Perhaps the meaning was for effect, as I said, he was moaning that he wasnt going to pay for something he didnt eat, even before the breakfast arrived! Our afternoon tea arrive, and can I just say, was amazing. Freshly made, tasty sandwiched, loverly cakes and warm scones. All perfect. Will definitely be back here again, and next time, hopefully no loud and overbearing customers to ruin the mood of this lovely wee cafe. Thanks girls for a lovely afternoon tea x

There only saving grace was the coffee and customer service. I will not be back at this establishment I urge other customers to read this review and go in with at least 1+ hour of spare time as the wait time is ridiculous

Saw on meerkat meals didn’t know had to book ahead 😢 but still great value only criticism I asked for chicken & rice soup & got lentil but it was still very nice hubby & son rated club sandwich would defo eat here again

I have passed this restaurant many times but today I was meeting somebody who suggested Cafe Hepburn. I was very impressed. Lovely decor. Lovely staff and good food my cappuccino was just how I like it not too strong, menu is reasonably priced when I paid the bill I thought they had forgot to charge me for one of the coffees but they hadn't. Stuff your big chain coffee shops this place is well worth the money will defo be returning.

My sister and I pop in here often for lunch. The chicken and rice soup is gorgeous. Always get a friendly reception from staff.

We had the soup and toastie deal here which is good value. Both the soups and the toasties were excellent and there is a wide choice of fillings.

Ok Cafe. Had a full breakfast and lot of greasy food on plate. If it was grilled it would be healthier and taste better..

I personally could say I was rather deflated about the Hepburn cafe,I have been loads before for lunch teas and coffees and cake. Never for a breakfast before.so decided A visit is necessary, upon arrival was the same as before.bare in mind this is bellshill not Beverly Hills. Staff are always friendly and the cafe seems to be always open.and it is always clean and never plates and stuff lying around. So I ordered my breakfast was asked what kind of sausage and what kind of toast? Can say I was a bit miffed when my breakfast was served to me 3 minutes after I had ordered it.i hadn’t even been given my coffee yet. Getting tucked in to breakfast(this is when I started to notice little things wrong) Sausage and bacon have been both precooked and then held in bain Marie or hot plates Same with the scrambled egg reason I know this is the amount of water coming away from them.(look at picture) These little things are a big bare of mine I would wait 10-12 mins to get a fresh cooked breakfast. There is nothing worse when your bacon is swimming in a pool of eggy water. For breakfast i can say I will not be back unless it does change. I’m a fan of breakfast and I know food. Thank you. P.s would like to add I did eat the rest apart from the egg as the water was making me feel rather ill.

Continuous fantastic service in this wonderful little local. Coffee fantastic and cake selection is vast - always introducing new items. Hot food is always fresh too but I've only stuck to my favourite tikka baguette! Staff are amazing and valued in the community

The ladies opened the cafe up in the evening for an author visit. It worked out at £3.50 per head. That was for coffee (tea or soft drink) and cake, and Ofc the venue for two hours. We filled the place and yet it wasn’t cramped. The coffee was excellent. There was a terrific selection of home made cakes. ( allergies and intolerances catered for). Service was clean efficient and friendly. After serving, the ladies disappeared into the back and gave us time to hold our meeting.

Surprisingly fantastic understanding of coeliac disease and gluten-free dining. Excellent homemade soup paninis and toasties and a variety of cakes all of which are gluten free. The food is also gorgeous for you normals out there.

I contacted Cafe Hepburn via Facebook messenger to find out if they could provide a voucher for afternoon tea for two, as a Christmas present for my mother in law who lives in Belshill. They couldn’t have been more helpful, inc offering to send Xmas Card with voucher directly to recipient, even writing message in card from us. Went out of their way to arrange BACS payment etc as I live far away. Very impressed and very much appreciated .

Small cafe. Can be a bit too cosey when more than a few customers. Staff pleasant. Coffee fine. Ordered an unheated scone. It came pre cut and had been on a griddle. My first experience of a chewy scone!!!! Not great. Prices seem reasonable.

Popped in yesterday for first time for a coffee and snack and was pleasantly surprised with the range of coffees and snacks available along with meals too will be back very soon.

A stroll down bellshill high street and then to cafe Hepburn for coffee and breakfast. Nice coffee served here and good menu. Nicely decorated with a “Hepburn theme “ Staff attentive, atmosphere relaxing to sit and chill over a coffee.

Cracking wee family run cafe in the middle of Bellshill. First visit and suitably impressed. I’ll admit to being a coffee snob and in this area I was not disappointed. Best cappuccino out with Glasgow. Carrot cake....amazing. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Place was busy but got served really quickly. Nice decor and ambience. Will definitely be back.

THEY ARE CHEAPER THAN BIG NAMES COFFEE SHOPS. THE CAFE HEPBURN IS A BUSY LITTLE COFFEE SHOP.

The cafe does just have a really relaxing and calming atmosphere, and the lady who served me seemed very friendly as she brought my drink to my table, and said I can just pay at the end. The WiFi is decent and the addition of having a radio playing makes the cafe just delightful to sit in and chill.

An early shopping trip meant we needed to stop for breakfast, we were in Bellshill and saw a very interesting cafe, so decided to check it out, the rustic decor was very comfortable to sit in with tables and chairs for customers eating plates of food, but also couches to relax and have a coffee and a cake from a very interesting selection of sweet treats. We both ordered poached egg on toast, they were made fresh and brought to the table in no time at all,the food was delicious served by very pleasant helpful staff who made us feel very comfortable, the tea was served in individual pots which allowed us to have the tea brewed how we like it and a small piece of tablet finished off the remaining tea. A very good breakfast and I will return to this establishment

Each time we visit this gem of a cafe, we receive a warm welcome. There is now an extra reason to visit other than the delicious lentil soup, great selection of filling for panini or baked potatoes but we can now stay for that dessert... other than the fabulous selection of cakes laid out to tease the eye you can now have ice cream... scrumptious . Great wee jewel in Bellshill and well worth a visit.

Went here for lunch with my friend and thought there was a good varied menu. The service was quite quick the only thing I didn't like was you had to squeeze by the chairs to get to a table. The food was good and also good value for money.l

Very friendly staff, experienced waiting staff with an eye for detail, eg (asking if you like white or brown bread) , also have a loyalty card to reward repeat custom , very friendly atmosphere, nice comfortable seating , very accommodating owners, very reasonably priced, free WiFi which is very fast , very good quality of food and a nice selection of cakes, also offers take away if you are in a rush and very quick service

Visited on Monday 11th June, on offer for lunchtime was the soup and sandwich deal with of soup and sandwich fillings for only £3. 9-5, this was excellent value and was fresh and tasty, we had coffee and cake, yummy. Staff are fantastic, being polite and very helpful and the cafe has a very cosy, friendly atmosphere. Try it out.

I have gone here a few times now for food and for coffee. The location of this cafe was well chosen and the outside is eye catching and old school. The outside is well kept and the inside was warm and staff were very friendly. I felt there could have been a little more choice of hot food on the menu but they offer sandwiches, paninis, toasted and non toasted wraps etc. There is also a wide choice of cakes, coffees, teas and cold drinks. They even offer a peanut butter coffee for anyone feeling adventurous! I noticed that they have small touches like a magazine rack for you to read from whilst you sip your coffee. Cafe Hepburn also offer a sort of loyalty stamp book,You buy so many coffees or teas with them and you get one free! It was really nice to see somewhere a bit more unique and welcoming on our high street. It's almost like a lot of the little quirky cafes you would only usually find in the city (Glasgow) .

My friends took me to cafe Hepburn this afternoon for a early birthday catch up for me I can't praise the service enough and the food was superb We were offered a selection of fillings for the sandwiches which were so fresh The scones and cakes were delicious there was so much that we took some home with us I have can't praise this little quaint cafe enough the prices are ridiculously low for the quality provided I will certainly be heading back ASAP
