Visited with friends and their little boy. Got amazing, quick service. Tasty food. Gave little boy toys to keep occupied.

I would honestly say this is the best takeaway in Redcar - Kebabs are always great as are the fresh naan breads that come with, the burgers are spot on. Always arrives in time and hot with a friendly driver.I did prefer the salads in the foil tub rather than the plastic though!

Never had any problems with this pizza takeout, always deliver early and food hot, the bread wrap is very nice all hand made.

First time I’ve used this takeaway. Ordered meal deal 4 which consisted of two 12” pizzas, chips doner meat, salad and a pot of sauce for £13, had the meal delivered and it arrived within half hour. Pizzas were delicious, we ordered the meat feast and pollo supreme, doner meat was fresh and still warm, it’s often cold when we have home delivery, the salad was actually salad and not just a pot of lettuce that you often get from some takeaways. Only giving 4 stars because the chips were a bit rubbery and didn’t taste great, but the pizzas more than made up for the chips. Will definitely order from here again.

Was looking forward to this all day to be very disappointed when I got it home. No stone based pizza anymore and the mixed kebab was horrid. The chicken was dry the lamb chewy and the kebab meat just awful. If I’d known it had changed hands I wouldn’t of even bothered with the phone call. Where have the previous owners gone just so I can again give them my custom?????

I have got food from here loads of time an the last couple of times it was a loads of rubbish aN seemed a lot different then heard it had been taken over so tried it one last time but it was horrid and had to put it in the bin DO NOT GO HERE IT IS CRAP NOW !!!!!!!

Never had a bad meal from here go to place for wraps and there mixed grills are amazing my gf loves there parmo and the girl who takes the phone orders and hands u ur orders is the most polite person ever lol

Best parmo in Redcar especially the beef donor one. Chips cooked in paprika used to be in the town centre but now to be found in ennis square Dormanstown.

Never fails to be delicious well cooked food. As a family we have had just about everything on the menu now and think it's the best take away in Redcar. I particularly like the seasoning they put on the chips and the Turkish salads.

Lived here for over 2yrs.Just discovered cafe Istanbul.ordered chicken kebab on Friday night.Told my family about them,were all having one tonight.Beautiful chicken fresh salad and lovely bread they make fresh themselves.great food.

We called in when the place was empty so got served very fast. The restaurant does a good amount of takeaways as we saw the deliveries going out whilst we were eating. Our food was extremely tasty and was better than many other of the local indian restaurants nearby. Good value and excellent flavour. If Cafe Istanbul keeps up the quality we would use for meals and takeaways in the future.

Cafe Instanbul is not your usual takeaway. No sign of pre processed, packaged foods here, everything is cooked from scratch and everything is made with fresh ingredients. In short you are looking at a restaurant that allows you to take away its food to eat at home. A massive menu which will accommodate young and old alike and they will even tweak the menu if its not quite to your taste. Simply put, this is the king of takeaways.

A regular for us, superb takeaway food at great prices. Pizza, pasta, parmesans etc. Highly recommended.

This place may not look the most exciting from the outside, however i can assure you that be it sit in or take out fast food, its outstanding. We always order for delivery or pick up one of the Kebabs - these arnt your bog standard, English take on Kebabs they are the best Kebabs ive had in this country. The pitta breads are baked fresh by them, not a bought in pre manufactured piece of cardboard. The pittas are soft, fresh, still warm and defiantly ordinary. The Chicken Doner may not sound like an exciting eat, but the blend of herbs and other fresh Ingredients makes other kebabs look like ready meals. I know because ive stood and watched the guy cook this in their open kitchen. The staff are friendly and helpful, if asking for a delivery, your given a approx wait time and they are 99% prompt. I can be a bit fussy and ask for variations of the Kebabs .... Chicken Donner and Lamb Shish Kebab. We only ever order the Turkish food from the menu - so i cant comment on Pizzas. This place has never failed to make me feel like i have just eaten something really tasty. It really is a hidden gem and I am staggered that there isn't a vast array of reviews.
