A very friendly cafe staff was lovely didn't rush us even doe they was closing. Will definitely recommend nanas kitchen and we will go back.

I ordered a fry which was lovely,my husband got a beef sizzler which was gone in about 2 minutes and my daughter got burger and chips which she also enjoyed (chips were particularly nice we thought),also friendly service and didn't have long to wait🙂👍

I’d high hopes for this little place, the table and floor were quite dirty when we went in but it was busy. A couple of tatty menus covered in marker were set in front of us without a word and zero effort made to wipe our table so we just got a bad feel about cleanliness and left. We didn’t try the food obviously so I’ve given it three stars instead of one to give them the benefit of the doubt on that.

So me and the wife and friends with us called in after visiting Mount Panther Farm. I had checked reviews on this place the night before on Google and they were good.we walked into a quirky little cafe and took a table to sit 6 people. Nothing was any trouble for these guys, the staff were excellent. We all ordered our meals and drinks..and they came all perfectly presented..this is no greasy spoon cafe..everyone commented on how good the food was, I myself had the curry and rice and it was hot..the 2 kids had lasagne and I could tell it wasn't any of that frozen rubbish other cafes sell...and the wife had chicken goujons that looked more like fillets than goujons, they were massive and she said how nice they were..and the other 2 had a fry and a panini..if your looking food in Castlewellan give this place a try..fir 6 of us it came to £60 which we thought was reasonable..well done Nana's Kitchen..10 out of 10...

The best staff, genuinely lovely and caring people will always go out of their way to help you! Great place to take young children, the best place to sit in and eat, everything cooked to perfection, even when really busy food comes out quick and to a very high standard! Great prices too, we visit most Sundays and on the kids birthdays! Always so warm and welcome I would recommend to anyone!

I don't leave many reviews but simply had to this time! The food here was exceptional. I had the most gorgeous quiche ever, freshly made, light, moist and full of flavour. My Father had the breakfast bap, also exceptional. Staff are most friendly and the cafe is spotless. Thank you for the complimentary homemade shortbread biscuits, a nice touch. I'll be back!!

When I’m home I love to go here with my mum and sister for lunch . The food is really tremendous value , excellent quality and such friendly local staff . You really couldn’t get better . My favourite is their Irish fry but to be honest it’s all great Couldn’t recommend it high enough

Overtaken by a sudden urge for food, Nana’s Kitchen distinctive sign leapt into view. Situated towards the lower square and opposite Shilliday’s traditional hardware store the aroma of a welcoming all day breakfast wafted on the breeze. In the event common sense took a grip and we opted for Spicy Tomato soup with homemade wheaten bread. A great choice. Staff were delightfully friendly, the place busy, the food delicious and generous and the prices modest. Many thanks.

Took our family of four to Nanas kitchen on Mayday,during the Castlewellan Fair, and I can definitely say I will return to Castlewellan just for the delight that is Nanas Kitchen🍳🥓 We both had the cooked breakfast 1 large 1 small and the portions were excellent and the price included our teas and coffees. The ladies even gave us some lovely little buns at the end of our meal🧁Everything was cooked to perfection and the standard of customer care was excellent. If in Castlewellan this cafe is a must. 5 ⭐️‘s

Came here for lunch on Sunday. The lasagne and chips were delicious and the panini looked good too! Staff were friendly and the food was great. The menu had a great selection from light bites to filling meals, would definately stop here again!

First time visiting. Great choice on menu, staff so friendly (even on a hot bank hol when I'm sure they'd rather be somewhere else). Loved our refil of coffee and custard creams where a lovely touch. Genuine interest from staff about our plans for the day. Thank you.

We have been going to Nana's Kitchen formerly Bilbo's now for about 4 yrs . Made a call today at 09.30hrs and our group of 15 where accommodated. We arrived at the time booked and our tables where ready . The service was to the expected standard friendly staff and efficient with great Food to boot. Highly recommend this place never disappointed look forward to our next visit . Thanks bkt

We stopped here for brunch, the menu is very varied and we had the fry it was really delicious cooked well and very good and friendly service
