Nando's in North Tyneside

The usual chain experience. First the app would only accept half of our order. After ordering two meals at the cash register only one -incorrect meal - arrived at the table. It was eventually taken back and replaced with the correct order but the chicken on one meal was partly dry and overcooked. On the up side the staff were very pleasant and it was quite tasty but the experience and quality of food served was not worth the price.

Just had a Nando’s on a wet winter afternoon, this will be my last visit. This Nando’s is dirty and dated, ripped chairs and sofas, food scraps on the disgusting floor. Food also was Luke warm when it arrived.

Both of the managers were excellent. One provided excellent support for complex allergies. The other was just delightful, as well as other staff, when it came to engaging with our toddler. All round lovely and fun family experience.

Was busy and had a virtual queuing system you have to use a QR code to queue When your taken to your table have to use another QR code to order your food and drinks. But if you're on a big party and want to have eat out discount you have to order separately meaning can take a long time to order . The menu is very good and my kids love it . bottomless drinks Still available just the staff bring it to you every time you want to refill .

Service was good. Quickly seated Ordered and then food arrived. Food was lovely and all mains and starters were presented well.

What can you say about Nando's? At the end of the day, if you like chicken, and you like chips, and you're looking to get some food before the flicks or with pals, it's ideal. I always go for the boneless chicken thighs with peri salted fries and macho peas and I'm never disappointed!

Seevice very slow the number of products out of stock was hurrendous how does Nando’s run out of chicken???????? Attitude relating to my complaint was disgraceful we will not be returning in a hurry

always go to this nandos when I go to the cinemas . always a lovely feeling to it and the service is good .

Long walk with my dog on a warm day. Passing Nando’s on way back to my car. The dog and I both thirsty but couldn’t go inside with the dog. Friendly waitress came to the door, took my order and then served me and water for the dog at an outside table. So kind. Not eating today but I know where my next meal out will be. Thank you.

After a not so pleasant visit and not satisfied with my chicken, I told the staff member my problem with it I got "oh sorry" then she took the chicken away. Not replaced or anything, me and daughter left. I opted to complain through the main website and they contacted the restaurant. For them to come back with she offered free desserts and that I ate majority of the chicken (I ate 1 of the 4 boneless thighs) and that I refused. Its complete lies by the waitress. If the manager just opted to look at his CCTV rather than assuming I want something for free, he would have seen by the chicken on the plate she had lied.

This was my first visit to Nando's so don't know if this is typical of the brand. I was concerned that this would be fast food and rubbish but i was very pleasantly surprised. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the sauces made the whole thing quite tasty. The nice thing was that the staff were really pleasant, not your typical fast food restaurant staff. All in all, i was very satisfied and i will probably return to this or another Nando's in the future.

As far as I can tell this is a standard Nando's, this was only the second time I'd been to a Nando's, I thought it was okay food, not awful, but not very good either. I didn't feel like it was good value for money. There was nothing mentioned as "Gluten free" on the menu, we just picked options that didn't involve wheat, we didn't want the hassle of opening discussions with the manager. It filled a hole, if you like Nando's you'll probably like this one. Maybe I need to work harder at reading and picking from the menu!

Was good to go with my kids and wife Kids pack to keep both my 1and 7 year olds busy . Good chicken and fun

Called in to order a takeaway on Monday night and the guy who serviced us was just lovely, I think he was called Luke. he was really helpful and chatty and the food was cooked quickly, was piping hot and was delicious. Thanks!

Passing here whilst trying our best at being healthy we decided to call in and get a protein fix, I don't often visit Nando's due to the faint memory of it just being really overpriced for what it is, just what is all that hype about? We ate a nice enough half chicken each with corn on the cob but I couldn't help feeling hungry after it, the chargrilled veg that I paid an extra 'sides' upgrade for was just Ratatouille and at £2.50 each for a glass of water it's nothing to cluck about... I almost laid an egg at the bill too. ...Hah! Foul jokes aside.

In need of a venue to provide lunch for 5 with minimum delay and quality food and service, we were not disappointed!

Arrived at the restaurant after booking days in advance, to find a minimum wait for food was one hour. That was post the queue to order. The cokes all went off and waited a further 20 minutes (chasing 3 staff) for to be fixed. It was a nightmare!!

Ketten zu bewerten ist normalerweise nicht mein Ding, hier mache ich aber eine Ausnahme. Ich war überrascht diese südafrikanische Kette hier zu finden. Da ich häufig bei mehreren Reisen in Südafrika im Nando`s war bin ich auch zielstrebig hier hinein gegangen und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Authentisch wie das Original in 10000km Entfernung. Es läuft glaube ich noch unter Schnellrestaurant hat aber geschmacklich nicht wirklich etwas mit Fastfood gemeinsam. Da selbst die allseits bekannte Burgerkette mit einem geschwungenem gelben Buchstaben für mich unverständlich mit regelmäßig mit 4 Punkten bewertet wird müsste man hier eigentlich 8 Punkte vergeben. Auswahl reicht von Burgern, Salaten, Wraps und Hühnchen etc. Nando`s sticht meiner Meinung nach im positiven Sinn im Vergleich mit anderen Essensmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ganz einfach durch einen ganz eigenen unverkennbaren Geschmack heraus.

First time experiencing a Nando’s takeaway, collecting from the Silverlink restaurant - and the food was terrific, even at home.

Visited here before the cinema - wasn’t too busy. Greeted by lovely attentive staff - opted for the veggie option - delicious! My partner had a chicken burger and said it was lovely. No faults at all - food served quickly, fresh! Will be back.

Ate with a family group of 9 and everything was Ok, the food was fine, but my experience of Nando’s is low value, small amounts of fast food, but not at fast food prices and the formula was the same here. The staff were fine and there was nothing actually wrong, but it’s a bit of an empty experience, city centre ones tend to be more lively

Nando’s was very quick and efficient, there wasn’t enough chicken wings for my order and they put some in fresh, which there was no problem about. The staff were friendly and inviting. Nando’s was clean and quite busy with a wide range of customers.Nando’s is a good place to go to for any occasion, or no occasion at all! The portion sizes were good, as well as the quality of the food.

We ordered a takeaway chicken platter as we were in a rush to get home after a lovely by day.

Not had a bad meal yet.. It's always consistent. Not sure what else I can say as I have never had a bad experience yet...

Visited today, food was lovely. Lovely man called Glen served our table & went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasurable experience. Solved a slight issue we had very professionally, really helpful guy.

Called in here for lunch and thought it was very mediocre! Initially shown to a dirty and sticky table. The food was fine but nothing special, portion sizes were a little small for the price and there was no cutlery! Waited an age for some cutlery and then ate a fairly lukewarm lunch. Refillable drinks are good, but the drinks were really quite flat and staff seemed to think that was the norm? Probably wouldn't return and don't understand the hype!

Table of 14 so was hectic. We had lots of children on the table including 2 autistic children. The staff where brilliant. Helpful and very quick with the service. Thank you!

This has always been great since my first visit. I had the medium chicken, and whilst I found it hot, I'm not the best person when it comes to spice. Anyway, everything was as it should be, no problems at all, and a great place to eat before our film.

Loooove going somewhere I have few more options than a burger or salad. I love that whichever I pick I could have it as a burger/wrap/pitta. And optional sides.

You have to hand it to the company.. They have a great product. The place is always busy and the food is consistent. Friendly staff too

Our host Sally was very friendly and excellent with my toddler son, who seemed to take a shine to her....

Nando's at Silver link has some of the fantastic people on the job.

We ate here just before our cinema visit...We both opted for the chicken pitta with sweetcorn and creamy mash...Done to perfection and never lets us down, great food for great value. The staff are so well drilled and very polite. Always a favourite.

Visited the restaurant and had an issue with my food and the young woman on shift was amazing. So lovely and polite, and sorted the problem straight away. Also offered free desert, but I was stuffed off the lovely food. Because the issue was resolved and the women was so lovely I will defiantly be coming back. I didn't catch the young lady's name, it was on the 18th of July around 1pm, she was short, dark hair and had a white and black striped shirt on. It was only her and another man on shift. Thanks again for the lovely customer service I have received.

Never had a bad meal here. Love the staff, always pleasant and helpful. Chicken is chickeny! Always a good cheap meal that we revert to when we want a meal out!

My husband and I ate here late on a Wednesday night, and were still met with smiling servers despite the relatively empty restaurant. I always get a quarter chicken at Nando's, but this time, after sharing some wonderfully juicy and spicy extra hot wings, I tried something new - the Sunset burger. WHY IS IT SO GOOD? I was honestly shocked at how good it was. It's two boneless chicken thighs with cheddar cheese, red pepper chutney, and spinach on a lovely soft roll. It's juicy and drips a bit when you bite into it, but the flavors are surprisingly amazing given the simple ingredients. I got it with medium spice sauce for extra flavor. I inhaled it, along with the side of chips, and I think I'll order it again next time because it was fab.Also, pro tip - my husband got sides of garlic bread and halloumi, and if you pile the cheese onto the bread and eat them together, you will not regret it.

On the 26/05/2017 I put in a large order (£60) at 12:00 to collect at 12:40, which was for us to eat on our lunch break at work, I arrived 15 minutes late for my order and was expecting it to be ready unfortunately it wasn’t.My colleague went into the restaurant to pick up the order, to be told that the order had not been started due to a member of staff having an accident injuring themselves. My colleague then simply asked how long the order would be as we had to get back to work where she received nothing but attitude from a female member of staff that was cooking. The female said “well it isn’t our fault if the food isn’t ready” (with the upmost respect it is your fault when you’re the one cooking it). After my colleague informed me of this that’s when I went in to speak to a Manager. I advised her of who I was and without stating any of my complaint she aggressively said “the order will be ready when it’s ready, there’s nothing I can do”. I then tried to explain this to the so called Manager that there would be no issue if we were simply contacted and advised of the delay and the attitude from the member of staff. The Manager was very aggressive raising her voice saying “not being funny but if someone is on the floor dying then I’m not bothered about getting food ready ”(slight exaggeration as the injured person was quite clearly not dying). The Manager was talking over me, being aggressive and not willing to listen to me at all. She also said “why didn’t that lass come in and say something herself to my face about the girl giving her an attitude and I would of got her told” which is absolutely disgusting behaviour. In my experience of being a Restaurant Manager, if a complaint was made I did not care who it was made by, my concern was the complaint and the customer.The Manager then came to my car to give me my food and attitude carried on. My car was parked in the displayed bay, displaying a disabled badge due to an illness that I have and may not be obvious. As this isn’t any of this so called Managers business I was then shocked to hear her shout across the car park at me as she was walking back into the restaurant “and I’m reporting you for parking there you C**T”.This was an absolute disgrace and Nandos should be utterly ashamed of themselves for employing such people to deal with the public. Unfortunately I did not get the Managers name or the female member of staff.Not that this could get any worse but when we went to eat our food it was all cold, things where missing, portion sizes wouldn’t of filled a toddler and the chicken needed a chain saw to cut through it, it was that tough. NON of us will ever be ordering from this restaurant again. Disgusting. I’m not sure if the staff have done this on purpose.

Decided to come back here after numerous visits to Boldon going further downhill. Restored my faith totally in Nando's! Although restaurant was extremely busy we were directed to a table quickly after waiting for the area to be cleaned. We ordered and were looked after by a lovely young gentleman and thank the lord Nando's - the Silverlink has earned my reprieve. After swearing I'd never visit a restaurant again I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will definitely be back. well done Silverlink!

My first visit to any Nandos, and I shan't be bothering again. As with other reviewers, we were shown to a messy table- sticky, bits of food on it, and the chairs needed brushing off too- and then just left to work things out for ourselves! The menu...well, I could have spicy chicken, spicy chicken, or spicy chicken. I chose the spicy chicken. And, you get charged separately for having chips or anything else at all with your spicy chicken?!Once we'd got up again and been to queue to order!, the food came quickly enough. The chicken was ok, the spicy sauce just thin and largely pointless in my opinion, and the chips were very lacklustre and a bit stingy. I chose a spicy rice too and if it wasn't one of those Uncle Ben's microwave pouches, it was something very similar, and any taste it may have had was wiped out by the overpowering sauce on the chicken.Prices were tolerable for what we'd had, but overall the place seemed a bit chavvy to me, the staff totally disinterested, and I certainly won't bother going to any Nandos ever again.

Love Nandos, but this venue is a firm favourite. Spacious, clean, staff incredibly attentive and service is quick and easy.

First visit to Nando's. Never been before. Got seated and left to it......no explanation on how to order food.....was it table service or go to counter. After 10mins I decided to go walk about and seen the ordering tills.....didn't see these when walked in as was ushered to our window table (I'm guessing to make the restaurant look fuller) ......which was quite cold......a constant breeze coming from somewhere.....had to eat with my coat on!After brushing the salt off my chair (which I can only assume it's after the staff had "cleaned" the table then sat down to a sticky table....nice! After reading menu we decided to go with the butterfly chicken. Picked up the drinks menu which had little splats of nearly hard (so been on there a while) of tomato sauce on. Didn't feel like the place was clean at all or certainly our table. Food arrived and was presented good. Staff......nothing special. As we were leaving two were standing by the door and not one acknowledged us for coming......"hope you enjoyed your meal" "thanks for coming" "hope to see you again"......NOTHING. Disappointed after spending my hard earned cash. Won't be rushing back.

Have been to Nandos a few times and never had a bad meal. Butterfly chicken is perfectly cooked with a side of rice and fries to round it off.

We have been to many Nando's restaurants before and this one is up there among the best.Staff are very friendly and approachable.Food is very tasty.The restaurant was very clean.Child friendly. Our toddler loved the balloon she received.

However, I think I like the idea of Nandos more than the actual experience. It's tasty, the staff is great, the prices are reasonable but I'm never wowed by it but I've been a few times so there must be something I'm loving.

We go here a lot and since having a baby we have been a few times with pram in tow and staff are very accommodating. This visit , a lovely scottish waitress sorted us with a good seat ,moving tables and chairs for us without too much hassel. Theres a male waiter with dark hair who seems to be there everytime we go who chats away to customers and sees that everyon is happy and we always leave planning out next visit.

I have been many times and never had any complaints about the food or service. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly and I'm a huge Nando's fan and would recommend others to go if they haven't been before. I will definitely be returning.

Visited here with colleagues for a quick lunch break and thoroughly enjoyed just that. We were seated immediately with menus and the ordering system worked perfectly with separate billing for everyone. The food was freshly prepared, delicious and arrived very quickly. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and the staff could not be more helpful. Overall an ideal quick lunch spot which we will use again. Recommended.

Visited here on 3/11/16 with family and it was quite busy we got greeted and seated quiet quickly. Once seated we ordered our food, and within 5-10 mins the food arrived which was fantastic and it came piping hot I couldn't fault it! Nothing much to say. If you have been to one Nando"s they are all the same. Food always good, service never had any problems. It's decent for a quick meal.

Firstly I'll start off by saying the food was good ... but The reason for the terrible review is the waitress. My pet hate in restaurants is when they come over as you've just taken a mouthful of food and then they ask if your food is ok I had some just this and she came up and asked the above. I continued to chew my food and finally when I finished I asked her why she asked when she had made eye contact and then chosen to ask at that point Her reply was, I just thought you'd had a small mouthful . Why oh why would you ask someone anything when you can see they have just eaten something ? It's annoying, rude and not appreciated. Sorry for the bad review Nando's but the waitress purposefully picked the worst time to ask her question for her own amusement !!

Great meal as always, greeted by Jonathan (Jonny) what a nice chap. Very welcoming, polite and excellent customer service skills. He's a credit to the company. Food was perfect, quick friendly service in a well maintained clean environment. Fantastic!

Used this particular Nandos on many occasions, and have only being disappointed once. Ideal if going to the cinema next door.

Very friendly servers. Food came quickly. Help yourself ice machine. If u like chicken there is a lot of choice but if u don't there's not all that much to choose from. Have a good selection of drinks tho and reasonably priced. Quite busy but it's large so hold a lot of people. Not posh

Great food, great staff and hot BBQ chicken in Nandos's peri peri sauce, what's not to like. There is a new menu if you haven't been for a while. And points to collect for free Nando's. Heaven is a chicken wrap from Nandos....

An impromtu visit which did not disappoint. Well done to Princess Leila who made an 85 year old very pleased she agreed to give Nando's a try :)

Must say the staff were absolutely excellent with both my children especially the 4 year old, they kept my 9 month old entertained and were overall fantastic!

I was a nando virgin until last week . Had to see what all the hype was. Maybe it's a age thing but still don't get the Nando hype. On a plus point Fab staff he helped me loose my nandos virginity couldn't have been more helpful. Food was beautiful definitely call again

I went here today with my 2 sons, one of whom has been wanting to try Nandos for a while now. It was very quiet and we were seated straight away and the food came fairly quickly and was ok but then we sat with our dishes on the table for a very long time until I attracted that attention of what I believe was the manager who took them away for us and brought my childrens desserts. What annoyed me though was before I had got his attention, and after waiting quite some time, I had begun looking around for somebody to come and take our dishes and there was a large group of staff stood having a chat on the other side of the restaurant and right behind me was another member of staff properly french kissing her boyfriend, I literally saw their tongues...not pleasant.

Double Chicken Pitta, Macho Peas, Halloumi and Avocado £12.45Ordered for take-away on a lunch time with colleagues. All our food was cold despite being 5 mins away from restaurant, the double chicken pitta only had one chicken breast in and the peas were full of water. Won't be ordering again!

This is our local Nando's and is usually decent for a spot of lunch (except for the time they ran out of chicken!). Our latest visit scored highly.We called in at a busy time, but there was no issue fitting in our table of 5.

Third visit here and it is consistent. Love the quinoa salad with chicken. Absolutely delicious. Really worth a visit

After having a bad experience a few years ago at the Metro Centre Nandos (waited 45 mins to find out our order was lost) this visit certainly made up for it.Promptly seated by a friendly lad who also took our order.The food was lovely - great quality & tasty.Will definitely be returning shortly.

First time in this Nando's it was great! Fantastic service really friendly staff had a great server young dark haired girl who went above & beyond. The food was all great as was the 3 starters we shared. Nice, bright, airy with great decor what more could you want!

This place is bright, airy, clean and tidy. We had never been before so were a bit unsure how or what to order. A very helpful young lady called Becky showed us to a table and explained the menu to us. We were also unsure of the hotness of the different suaces so she brougt over 3 chicken wings covered in different sauces for us to try free of charge. We opted for the Haloumi starter which came with a seperate little bottle of piri pir drizzle and loads of slices of pitta bread which were all lovely. We then opted for a bottle of house white wine and Sargess beer. The wine was nice with free soda water and the botlesd beer was chilled and very refreshing. We then ordered the Meal platter marinated with the hot sauce with a side prtion of coleslaw and Macho Peas. Everything was well cooked and very tasty. Becky was very professional and friendly and is an asset to Nandos. She should be rewarded !!

We love nandos the food and value for money and always enjoy going ...this was the first visit for us to the silver link branch on sunday 31st Jan ...wasn't impressed the door was opened after 1130 as it was freezing outside I feel it would have been courteous to allow us in even to sit and get a warm ...the guy that opened the door didn't seem very happy didn't greet us and didn't open the door to let us through just swung the door back allowing us to grab it...when inside in the seating area a member of staffs coat was thrown on the seat doesn't look great ....wouldn't go back think I'll stick to the metro centre

£12 for a small plain steak roll. Totally overpriced. The chicken dishes were ridiculous too. A cheeky Nandos must be named as they are cheeky buggers charging so much for so little. Last visit here me thinks!!!!!

We used to go to Nandos at the Metrocentre regularly and loved it so we were really looking forward to a family meal out at Nandos at Silverlink as we hadn't visited this one before and it always looks lively and full. We had to wait 10 minutes to get a table which we didn't mind about. The lad organizing seating was very polite and kept us informed of how much longer we would have to wait (excellent service). The place was full mostly with young people but there were a few families in too. We had already decided on what we wanted while we were waiting so I went and placed the orders. 2 x half chickens + 2 sides for my wife and myself, 2 x qtr chickens + 2 sides for my daughters. I'm boring and went for chips and corn on the cob as did the youngest daughter. My wife went for chips and spicy rice and my eldest daughter (a Nandos regular) went for spicy rice and spicy coated chips. When the meals came I have to say that the portion sizes were very disappointing. Remember that it is a while since I went to a Nandos but I recall the half chickens being considerably larger. The youngest daughter's qtr chicken was tiny and we had to make her something to eat when we got home. The chicken was very well cooked and it was really tasty but it was just too small. The spicy rice was a huge hit and I would definitely go for the spicy chips next time as I tried one and it was extremely good. The corn on the cob was quite dry and charred in places as it had been grilled but it was still ok. It cost just over £50 for the four of us so I was quite disappointed to still be hungry. I had to try and fill myself up with free refills of pop. Another gripe was that they didn't do ordinary fresh orange. There was just the one with bits. The youngest daughter doesn't drink pop but she does love fresh orange but it was the first time I have ever seen her leave her orange. She said it had no flavour and that the floaty bits in it were horrible. I drank it so she could get herself some water and I have to agree that it was awful. It was all ice and no taste. Bit of a disappointing visit overall and we won't be going back if we're hungry.

Ideal location as there is the cinema and shops walking distance away. Service quick and staff friendly but felt they wanted you in and out quickly.

tried here to see what all the fuss about Nandos was all about, the staff here do nothing as i had to order everything myself and sort my own drinks out. they begrudgingly eventually brought our food to the table which turned out to be possibly the worst meal i have ever had in a restaurant, overcooked and dry chicken lacking of flavour and unedible.. the staff then had the nerve to hover over me as i sorted the bill ( probably expecting a tip for the privelege of walking ten yards with 2 plates to my table.

Love this place! Ordered online to pick up possible the best thing ever! Quick and easy done it a few times now would be revisiting now!

If u love chicken u will love this place. It's chicken heaven. They do chicken on its own in a burger in a wrap in s pitta of different strengths of sauce. The atmosphere is relaxed. It's self serve for your drinks and condiments but the food I order at the till and the food is bought over for u. Nice for couples chilling outfit for friends catching up.

This is a nice restaurant for casual dining. Tasty food with lots of good side orders for sharing. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of on site parking.

Really food was cold and I don't know why food not taste as Standard. I was here before and my Girlfriend like this branch but really food was not good.In opposite to food, really service was nice and friendly. Really Manager Assistant was efficient to make us feel happy but I recommend take care

Average food made up by the sauces (mmmm). Can't deny that peri peri salt on your chips is just amazing though! I do enjoy going but it's quite expensive for what you get. Staff are ok they don't excel but they don't under perform either. Very average place. Loyalty card is a good option if you're a regular. I miss the old days where they would stamp it for you. Everything's all online now.

Nandos is the only place to eat at the silverlink after shopping or before the cinema. Good service, naughty chicken & good dining area. Cannot pick fault with the establishment and I'm yet to experience a bad Nandos in any of the chains I've visited

I just cant say no too a cheeky nandos really. Its somewhere you can go for a bit of spontaneous spice oi oi. Mate you can go shopping in town like go to jd check out the latest air max and that and say to ya self lets smash and extra cheeky nandos with the lads or lasses. At this point of thinking you taste the spice and it brings ya in.

Visited here while staying in near by hotel so glad we did staff here very so friendly! They made sure our 2 boys were happy and interacted with them!

We quite often go to nandos and the silver link one was nearest last week. I had the new quinoa ( pronounced keen wahh) with chicken, it was huge, loads of leaves, feta cheese, avocado, sweet potato, chickpeas and quinoa with a full chicken breast on top. The rest of the family had wraps and burgers. I was still eating mine after they had finished theirs and I was totally stuffed.

I love nando's and this one is probably the most reliable out of the chain that I've been. Good service and food, although they still can't mash sweet potato...

This was my first visit to Nando's and unfortunately it will be my last. My 14 year old daughter had asked if we could go. I am glad it was only the 2 of us. I had butterfly chicken with regular rice. The chicken I found very expensive at £7.50 and then you had to pay extra for the rice which was a very small potion for £2.30. My daughter went for the butterfly burger and chips which was a whopping £10.35 on top of that we had to regular glasses of coke at £5.00 for 2. My total bill for the 2 of us was £25.15 which I find extremely expensive as you have to get your own drinks, your own cutlery and sauces. You also have to order and pay at the bar. Not sure why it is so expensive as if the meal was fantastic and you actually had good service then yes I would not mind paying, but the chicken I had was dry and the rice was not that spicy either.

First visit here. While the restaurant decor is excellent, and atmosphere is buzzing, you realise Nandos is expensive posh KFC.I love Nandos don't get me wrong, but that's because you can't go wrong with chicken. Well the Silverlink branch can. Bone dry chicken. Not succulent at all. Total disappointment. £12 for a very small chicken breast and chips and rice is actually a disgraces when its not done perfectly.

Atmosphere was really good, speedy and great service, well worth the money, nicest tasting chicken ever

I have been in Nandos and I don't see anything special about it. It is chicken to start with marinated or plain and you add the sauces. If you add the soft drink ending paying over £12 per person for a quick lunch or snack no more distinguished than mcdonalds or this type of places. If they have not close yet, this wasn't really busy, they must do something good but honestly not a first choice.

So, everywhere I go I hear Nandos this n Nandos that. I love the sauces. Bought them for years before most supermarkets had an entire aisle just for hot sauce. So we went in, on a whim. We wished we hadn't. £8 for A piece of chicken. Bone dry. Awful. We added sides at even greater cost. Luke warm and tiny for the money. Add in a couple of soft drinks and we were looking at nearly £30 for what, after we finished, amounted to what was basically, a snack. Still starving and just basically refused to gamble any more money on a pudding that would likely have been a couple of spoonfuls. Scandalous. What is the attraction of these places? I've never been so underwhelmed after a "meal." Never again.

It's just chicken with spices. Can't really say more than that, it's very expensive because it's meant to be "aspirational"for young people.Looks like a chicken cafe to me. To fair to staff though, the food is tasty and they are very accommodating. Fine for a quick meal.

At short notice (2 days) booked for a large group of 16 children which gradually increased to 27! We even turned up with an extra 4 on the night! Not recommended, however, the staff made no fuss and quickly sorted this out.The welcome was lovely from the manager Adam on duty and the other staff were also really pleasant. The menu is standard for any Nando's but extensive, good selection, and it is what it is. Fresh fast food which tasted great. From ordering to service only took 20 mins and ALL meals were spot on except for one which arrived without chips..... Quickly sorted. It was great value for money too.We had a group of children visiting from Scotland so they have had a lovely evening out! Apologies to any romantic couples who were trying to have a quiet night out. At 6 pm we did fill the restaurant with a "buzz"I will definitely be going again, in fact might go back at the weekend with my own family.

Poor service overpriced frozen food. This place is crap .went with daughter for her birthday ,poor service from beginning to end our table given to an other family because they did not realise we were waiting doh! Food arrived over cooked Rock hard bun which had been left to long in microwave ...then had to wait 15 minutes for new meal.avoid you work to hard to give these you're money .

Nandos is one of our go to venues for a quick bite out. It's expensive relative to similar chain restaurants, but it's worth paying a premium given they reward their staff fairly and source ingredients properly. This is the restaurant we use most. it's handy for the cinema and silverlink shops, and only once have we had a problem with our meal, for which the staff were very apologetic and remedied fairly quickly. if you like nandos, you can't go wrong with this one
