Had a great table near the window and a lovely guy from Manchester served us.

Very good experience, the waiter Yassin was very pleasant and helpful.

Fab good and service, Yassine served us and was very warm and friendly! Will come back, highly recommend!

Just had a really good pizza at Rudy' Pizza! The staff were awesome, super friendly and helpful. I tried their Margherita, and let me tell you, it was incredible - fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked crust. They have a Capricciosa too, which was good, but a touch on the salty side for me. Overall, while it might not be the absolute best pizza in London, it's definitely worth checking out, especially for that delicious Margherita!

Perfect experience. Went at around 9:30pm on a Saturday. Queue moved quickly, food came quickly, pizza was amazing, even the non-alco cocktails were great. Service was friendly and present without being overly attentive. Everything was easy and love the inclusive Soho vibes.

Chaotic atmosphere. The manager seemed to be lifting up the cooked pizzas with his hands before serving them (maybe to check if the base was cooked?) but then clearing tables and serving customers without washing his hands before returning to handle the food again. He asked if my pizza was okay and I said not really, and he just walked away completely disinterested (which is fine … just don’t pretend to be interested in the first place).

Amazing service. They have curated a great atmosphere and the food was just delicious.

Rudy’s Shoreditch is far better than the Soho branch. Here pizzas are smaller, less topping, atmosphere very chaotic with staff breaking glasses, knocking over customer drinks, shouting, talking over pizzas as they repeatedly lift them off the plate and back on and serving pizzas 15 apart when we ordered at the same time. Shoreditch Rudy’s is 5 star!

This was my first time here at Rudy's and I'll definitely come back! Speedy service and friendly team! We were assisted by Yassine which was really kind and also offered us the dessert. Lovely pizza restaurant ☺️

Came in last night for a surprise for my friends birthday! I wanted to leave a review to simply say how amazing HANNAH (Glasgow) is! We were a loud group and could tell other customers were rolling their eyes. But Hannah never once made us feel like we were an annoyance. She not only made our night special but gave my friends recommendations on the food and you could tell she knew her stuff as everyone’s food was so good (shoutout to chefs too) She deserves the highest praise and really is an asset to your team We wanted to leave her a tip but sadly she finished her shift before we were done. And so I wanted to really sing her praises on here in hopes that makes up for it. All the staff last night were amazing and I’ve never had a bad experience at rudys. My friends came for the first time and they loved it and want to go back. So Thankyou for making our night. HANNAH WE LOVE YOU

Hannah the waitress from Glasgow she’s such a slay. What an absolute queen, made our night.. sad we couldn’t say goodbye ! She deserves a raise whatever her wage is, pizza is gnammy but hannah made it gnammyer

Service was amazing, the staff were lovely and we were even offered crisps whilst we waited for a table (we didn’t have a booking). Absolutely love this pizza restaurant.

Honestly so disappointed. Two pizzas and two dips delivered, nothing else, came to £39.90 and that was with free delivery. When the pizzas arrived, they were freezing cold when though we were a 15 min walk away from the restaurant. Not to mention they weren’t even cut! What genius sends out uncut pizzas for delivery in central London when it’s being sent to a hotel?! The box said to warm them in the oven for 4 mins. That would be nice if I lived in London! I imagine the pizza would have been amazing if it was pre-cut and warm but it was cold and a challenge to eat 🙁 if you can’t get to the restaurant, then don’t bother.

Great place with great pizza! I definitely recommend making a reservation, it was super busy. Once we got a table though the service was remarkably fast!

Great pizza place with excelent attention. We were a party of 10 (including 2 children and a small dog). Food was great and filler, attention was excelent, quick, and very friendly. We were all very happy with the entire experience and would totally recommend. If I would suggest something would be to add to the menu some citric ice creams (lemon and rasberry) to help digestion and a couple more flavours of pizza: shrimp, avocado, stake, jamón iberico. Maybe a Neapolitan would die if they offer this in a Neapolitan pizza place but we don't have to tell anyone and gives more variety to an already very diverse and tasty menu. You can call it the international options. Great place to eat!

Perfect little eatery, first night of our stay it was so busy, at7pm could not get into, but 2nd night went at 4pm and the perfect pizza felt and tasted like Naples :)

Very good experience. Pleasant welcome by the waiters and nice table. The servers are smiling and take care of your meal. The pizzas are as delicious as in the photo and the prices are very affordable. You have to try’!

The welcome was lukewarm but the servers were all lovely & efficient. The pizza was very tasty & thin but a bit too soggy for my taste & the side salad was a half-hearted affair. Overall okay but not outstanding.

We have been here visiting for a week, staying in Covent gardens. The best experience for dinner that we have had (after 6 days). Good value for money, delicious food and great service. Pizzas are very generous in size and tasty. Recommend.

Food was bland - kept adding salt and pepper for flavour. Restaurant more expensive compared to what other restaurants offer. Staff could be more friendly. I’d personally rather go to Franco Manca.

My friend & I had a great time. Service forgot to bring us the starters but I guess it's was just a mistake that anybody can have. The pizza it's delicious and it has a great atmosphere, I would recommend book a table before going.

Good location, nice in the middle of London. You can quickly get a seat even though you haven't reserved one. The staff is nice, takes care of the guest, and the pizzas are served relatively quickly. But compared to other pizzas in London, I would rate this pizza more like four stars. But if you're ever in Central London, you should try this place. The portion is quite large, even with two people one pizza will fill you up.

Excellent pizzeria. Mega friendly staff, friendly atmosphere and super fine Neapolitan pizzas. We have rarely eaten such good pizza. And the prices are fair. Absolute recommendation.

The food was absolutely incredible, it was the lightest and tastiest pizza my and my family has ever had. It was as good as the pizza I had when I lived in Italy for a year. Genuinely amazing! Would 100% recommend if you are jn London. Don't even get me started on the rocket and parmasan salad and the affogato (taste sensations and the best vanilla ice cream). Also, Nelly was an amazing waitress

Found Rudy’s by chance. Vibrant restaurant with very helpful staff, asked about allergies, and took time to bring over an iPad to show ingredients used. 5* for that alone 👏. Great pizza and service. We didn’t feel rushed even though they were very busy. Would definitely come back to this restaurant.

The staff were incredible, fun, happy, and friendly. The atmosphere was great too - almost like what I imagined an 80s pizzeria to be like. However, the pizza was just good, I wasn't blown away. I would go back for sure, but I felt it lacked a bit of flavour. This is just me being picky and part Italian.

The pizzas are very good and large. Remember to book! The waitress Georgia was great. Don't change anything ❤️

When I saw 4.7 stars, I decided to eat pizza here. They have an average, simple, pizza quality that we can easily find almost everywhere. You can come here to eat a pizza, not to eat a best pizza. I don't think it tastes like Neapolitan pizza either in my opinion. Still, if you are near here and you are thinking of eating pizza, you can visit this place. 🫡

Seeing the size of the place and the crowd, I initially worried it wouldn't be an authentic experience. However, they dispelled all my concerns regarding Neapolitan Pizza. The Poretti beer also added to my enjoyment.

A true Neapolitan experience in the heart of London. The oven is gas but the flavor and quality of the pizza cannot be discussed!! The environment is truly special, starting with the mega tent with the image of the Madonna near the bathroom and the free table football tables for disposing of food. Among many boasters of Neapolitan pizza, Ruby's keeps all its promises!! Highly recommended for those who love to travel but don't want to give up all Italian culinary vices!

My favorite pizza in the world!!! I’ve had a decent amount of pizza in my life across Europe (including Italy) and America but this place has my favorite of anywhere I’ve tried! The triple pepperoni special pizza is sooo good. The service is friendly and efficient. I could not recommend this place enough! 20 out of 10!

A great place to eat pizza and hang out. The pizza is good but could use more cheese. Also, the ingredients were not distributed onto the pizza almost at all. This makes the center of the pizza soggy. Their tiramisu is straight out average.

Tasty pizza. I recommend non-spicy salami. Good thick espresso. You can play table football downstairs.

Personally I’m a bit tired of Neapolitan pizza so this review may be biased. I felt like this place was a bit of a let down, food was not particularly great, and the menu was a bit boring. Having said so, prices were OK for the area and staff was very attentive and helpful! If you’re looking for a classic Neapolitan pizza restaurant this is definitely a good choice, although not particularly interesting imo.

Fantastic food. Truly delicious. Great service and location. The pizzas were delicious. Personally I would have added a few olives to the antipasto with salami prosciutto and mozzarella but it was still great. Five stars ✨

It's a very large place so good for groups in Soho. We were asked several times if we wanted to order but we were chatting so we needed more time. I also know that napoletana pizza only takes a few mins so wasn't in a rush. We ordered two pies - margherita and the romagnola. Both were good. I am from NY so can be a tough critic but i would definitely com back

I think this might be the BEST pizza place I have ever been! Turned up with a mate without a booking on a Thursday night and was lucky to get a table! The restaurant is really clean, has a great atmosphere and just looks like a proper traditional pizza place. The service was quick and the staff were great! All very helpful and very quick and happy to help. The food… was absolutely brilliant!! I had the tuna pizza and it was cooked to perfection, the dough was absolutely perfect and the portion size was just right! Filled me up and it was just delicious! A really reasonable price also!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be visiting again!!

Pizza is fantastic as always cannot fault it. However, the service was questionable. Our server was the Scottish girl and it felt like she was trying to rush us to take orders etc. When she did take our order she didn't write it down and then had to come back to try and go over our orders again. When we finished our food, she put the dessert menu down then tried to take it from us even though we hadn't yet decided if we were having dessert.

Delicious pizza. Fast and easy before a show. Walked in for a spot for 2 at 6 with no wait. Had 2 pizzas and we’re done by 630. Would go again, great Neapolitan style pizza. Line was out the door by 630 so arrive early.

We went here based in trip advisor ratings and it was worth it! Food was awesome. Note to Americans: the pepperoni is different than back home, more sweet and not as spicy.

We came here for my son's 20th birthday and had an amazing time. The restaurant was buzzy with a great atmosphere, staff super friendly and the pizza was out of this world!! Portion sizes are very generous!! We both had eyes bigger than our stomachs and ended up taking some of our food home. Highly recomend Rudy's! Make sure you book well in advance though, it gets very busy! We can't wait to come back!

Very loud. I don’t like this “optional service fee”, there is not a minimum wage in the UK? The pizza was ok. The staff was nice and efficient.

Booked at table for early Saturday evening. Arrived early and were seated straight away. Food was fantastic as was the service. Would highly recommend. Will definitely return!
