Really enjoyed a family meal at Safire! Food was fresh and delicious and came out quick and piping hot! Staff were very attentive and friendly and service was great! Would highly recommend the butter chicken with a cheesy garlic naan and a the special mixed grill! Will definitely be coming back!

Their Ramadan buffet is one of few in Manchester with reasonable price and variety of food. Zafrani ras malai is must to try, lots of bbq variety and chicken butter and palao rice were tasty but their Biryani and gravy item like nihari, karahi, paya were not up to the mark in taste. Overall 4⭐️

Went with a group for an Eid dinner. Inadequate management and terrible service I have received today. First when we were having dinner, different staff members repeatedly asked us which group we were with, and despite us having paid in advance and letting them know which group we were with, they did not bother to check, and instead kept asking us about which group we were with. This was very insulting. Secondly it took about 45 mins to get a pitcher of moijto due to multiple instances of miscommunication in between the team in serving us. We were informed that the drinks are not included in the package when they were, and even after we said it’s fine and that we would pay, they still acted as if this discussion had not taken place, repeating the same words and kept treating us as though we were going to run away without paying, even though multiple people in the group said we were fine with paying an additional charge. Furthermore, another group member informed us they had paid before leaving and it was sorted out, however the management disputed this and asked for repayment. Terrible service from a Muslim restaurant especially on Eid day. Do not recommend anyone visiting here or hosting a gathering.

It was too crowded and service was not good.

Last year the food was great, service was also good, it was a walk in. This year, first time we were refused a table because we had to have an advanced booking, then we booked in advance and paid a £12 fee to book the table. Service wasnt great, the staff ignored us at entry. Finally got a table. Food was less than average, desserts were good. . When leaving we were charged the full price, they did not discount the price paid for the table... said we would be refunded. Thats strange because normally the booking fee is diacounted off the price at the end... Overall, food was average or less, desserts good, drinks overpriced. Wouldnt go again.

Visited this halal restaurant in Manchester for iftar buffet in Ramadan. For 20.99 per person - this place offers a huge variety of options. From pakoras to nihari to desserts. Drinks not included (ofc) We prebooked through their website, which super easy. Parking space is quite limited. Iftar included a variety of items, including chana chaat, kebabs, nuggets, samosas, etc. The main courses included biryani, lamb/ chicken karahi, naan, chinese fried rice, saag and the star of the show, lamb shank nihari which tasted amazing. The best thing about the buffet was almost everything tasted very good, unlike other places. The desserts included ice cream, shahi tukrey, gulaab jaman, cakes, and baklavas. It's an excellent option if you wanna try a wide variety of food in just £21. Highly recommended 👌🏻 👍🏻

Safire is a decent place to get an absolute abundance of choice of food, there were great dishes and the atmosphere was a bit crowded but all in all I enjoyed this wonderful place.

Very poor food. Was very very tasteless the nihari tasted like warm water with not even salt. We tried the Ramadan buffet which is SOO overpriced for the range of food and quality of food available. There were only a few starter options and only small karahi and main options. We came last year in Ramadan and the buffet was so delicious. I don’t know if they have changed their chef or their ownership but now the quality has deteriorated so much. The only redeeming qualities were that the gulaab jamun was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially our waitress. I will definitely not be returning- very disappointed with the food.

Service from Neha was very good from as soon as we arrived at the restaurant until we left. She was very polite and actually wanted to talk to us and took an interest in us as customers. Food was good too, sauces and condiments could have been a little more thicker and a bit more flavour. Was not happy the fact I had steak chips with my steak but was literally given the crumbs at the end of the packet which was confirmed by staff this is exactly what happened, was actually disappointed with that but overall food was good. Sizzling platter was really good and enjoyed it.

It was a 80th birthday celebration and turned out to be excellent loved the fillet steak my fav all the food we ordered was cooked well lovely flavours enjoyed it.

The server Savia was the best I have had in any Asian Restaurant. Hence the tip. We drove from London and were hungry. Food was great and place was lovely ..Good mix or east and west cuisine so if you are in Manchester do visit!!!

Great food. Good portion sizes. Priced reasonably. Service was very good. In particular the young lady serving us, Savia. She was attentive and polite and made sure we had everything we needed. Would like to visit again later in the evening when the restaurant is busier to get a good idea of the atmosphere and ambience.

I went to Safire grill for my wife’s birthday. We absolutely loved it, very authentic and proper Pakistani food. For starters we got popperdom and a chutney tray and spring rolls, these were so crispy and had a beautiful veg filling with the right amount of spices, nothing too over powering. We got the mixed grill for our main, which had 4 lamb chops that were cooked very nice and had lots of flavour. 2/3 Fish pakoras which had a very flavourful batter with a nice crisp to it, and not soggy. 2 Seekh kebabs which were soft, juicy, and had beautiful spices to it. 2/3 pieces of Malai boti, these were perfect, so soft and just melted in my mouth. 3/4 chicken wings that were so soft and came straight of the bone. My wife had the biriyani with grilled tikka pieces in, she loved it. This places is a lot better than Akbars/East z East, as they just throw spice into a dish and think it’s real food. We recommended this place to our family friends that went the next day and absolutely loved it. One of our new go to places for a nice curry and mixed grill. Total bill was £43 for popperdom tray, mixed grill, chicken biriyani, chips and 2 drinks. Well worth it for the portion sizes and taste. The atmosphere was relaxed and had nice decour and very friendly staff.

Absolutely stunning place to come for my sister's after Nikah meal. My family loved the food. The fish starter was so soft and crunchy, the chicken had a good kick to it and the curries lamb and chicken were so tender and just melted in my mouth. I ate to my hearts content and the restaurant is so beautiful, and they allowed us to have an upbeat music request. The place is clean and well lit, toilets are clean and the staff are fantastic and efficient. I will be coming her more often when i come to visit the newly weds 😊 thank you for the lovely services.

First time visiting this place. We didn’t like where we were sat so the waiter kindly moved us somewhere else which was nice. The chairs were too hard and uncomfortable (unless you’re sitting on the booth side). The chicken curry and pakoras we got were amazing, super tasty, however chicken tikka was bland, burnt and raw mistakes happen and they did kindly take it off our bill. Service was really good. Overall I’d rate this place a 6.5/10 wasn’t all that but still grateful.

I used to order food from here regularly. however, since they got a new chef, the food has gone downhill. the paneer is ALWAYS burnt,curry full of oil and I found a piece of plastic in my biryani. I will be finding a new Indian restaurant

Don't no where to start...food just amazing, and I'm fussy eater. Sizzling mix grill out of this world. Lamb curry just melts in your mouth. Then the robot brought my desert...yep a robot.

Got takeout. Had to wait a fair while when the food was actually ready and waiting. Food was tasty but cold due to an unnecessarily long wait.

After a bad experience 1 year ago we decided to try Safire again. Our experience was amazing. The quality of the food and portions have got a lot better. The price is really good compared to last year. The attitude of the staff were amazing more so a young lady called Neha. Her service was amazing and on point. Really happy with our experience. We will definitely be coming back. 😊

The food was amazing, we came 1 year ago because the food wasn’t so great, but I can honestly say the food and service was great! All the staff were amazing, particularly, Neha, she very kind, bubbly, friendly, professional and efficient. We bought paneer tikka, cod fish pakora, poppadom and chutney tray, Lahori lamb karahi, peri peri chicken burger and a sizzling platter for 2! Food was hot, tasty and fresh! I would definitely recommend!!

Came here due to a certain salvaiting youtuber saying its the best. However to be honest it wasn't all that. Wasn't dead but not the best. Its a 6 out of 10 for me. Had the mixed grill was OK nothing special mango lassi was OK as well. Nothing to write home about. The skin on fries were good.

Really lovely and friendly staff and manager. Thumbs up all round. Customer service was top notch. Food was up to standards, esp the lamb shank. My kitchen at home, was being done so no access to home cooking. I walked into the saffire take away section. Staff came over to the waiting area to make sure I was fine. It was really busy and a bit of a wait. However the servers were talkative to myself and even gave me a free can of choice for the slight delay. Always recommend my clients to go, as it's only 30 seconds away from my home base salon. My place for South Asian food✌🏾

Chicken starter grill - the chicken was succulent and very tasty. Best pakoras I have had in a long time and they’re always a go to starter for me. The skin on chips (added as an extra) must have been fried in the same fryer as the meats, as WOW! Crisp and flavourful. Sticky toffee dessert was excellent and drowning in toffee sauce, which is a rarity, but the way it should be. Friendly and attentive service. 5/5. Always lovely when a meal is a fabulous experience.

The food was overly priced! And very very small portions. The service was also incredibly slow resulting in cold and flavourless food. The steak was hard and chewy along with remnants of blood inside as I preferred my steak ‘well done’. The lamb karahi was small and bland with no taste of masala. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Very disappointed as it was my birthday.

A little hidden gem just a stones throw away from bustling Curry mile. My go to is mixed grill and lamb shank. I guess that Mixed grill is their staple/signature dish and rightly so. Good customer services coupled with clean environment 👌.

Food was okay but too much fat on steaks and we went for the more expensive meat! Staff members were helpful but we were asked at least 10 times if food was okay by different members of staff so not much communication with staff, plates were also moved before everybody had finished! Portion size wasn't great either.

First time here and it was okay, very standard but expensive. We got poppadoms and a chutney tray to start off with. The sauces on the chutney tray have been diluted with a lot of water so the taste of the sauces aren't the best which ruined it and having checked upon a past review I can say that it is 100% true. Next dish was the lamb chops, they weren't presented very well compared to the social media post on Insta. Very little onions on the sizzler and when it was brought out you couldn't tell we ordered a sizzler as there was no sizzle sound. The chops itself tasted okay but I've had better and definitely doesn't justify the price. The Sand Island mojito I was expecting tropical flavours as you would get in a passion fruit mojito but all you could really taste is mainly orange juice so wasn't very impressed. Steaks were decent but personally would only go for steaks if you went to a Steakhouse. Lamb karahi was actually good, they also made it spicy as requested and the garlic naan was really good. Both piping hot and fresh. I would definitely recommend that. Desserts were really good and I'd say it was probably the highlight of our trip here. Sticky toffee pudding was very soft and gooey and the toffee sauce was perfect, served with ice cream. Brownie was also chocolaty and rich served with ice cream. Minor point I would make is the presentation seemed very basic and it didn't match the picture they displayed on their Instagram. Atmosphere was very quiet for a Friday night. Felt like they were shutting that's how quiet it was. Overall, worth a try but just a standard place and wouldn't comeback again. Menu is quite big so struggle to identify what their speciality is. I can't fault this place at all! I first came for a breakfast brunch they just started and was pleasantly suprised by their quality and value for money. I chose the desi breakfast, my mrs had the full english. I was so impressed with the breakfast, that today I went to have an evening meal. The choice is so vast that you can hace a curry and a pasta too! so good for choice. Everuthing I had was 10/10. But, what blew me away was the mocktails! They need to be advertiaed they're too good to not have! Service was impecible, and the manager remembered me from the breakfast. which was nice personal touch. Well done!
