Nice restaurant and kind service. We were too late, which limited de availability of some dishes.

It was a good experience from start to finish. American atmosphere, food wasn’t so American though. But good nonetheless. Medium priced.

The food itself was pretty good but in terms of options the menu isn't the biggest. The staff were fairly friendly and checked to make sure everything was all good. Fairly overpriced for what you get though.

Bottomless chicken strips for £15 on a Monday… bargain!

Ordered once before and was really happy with everything , especially the desserts so decided to order again only to be left massively disappointed by the quality and also missing items from my order. I was genuinely really looking forward to having those brownies again!! Why you have no direct phone number to the restaurant to raise a complaint? £20 for a box of cold ribs because you send your food out packaged with other people’s so mine gets stuck in traffic. Having to go through Deliveroo because I want my money back!

Was going to write a very detailed experience on this place but after visiting the next one I can see why people talk about how bad and hard it is to find a really good nice place to eat in lincoln without having at least one issue.

Jessica was fantastic! Very polite and accommodating! We had a great time thanks to her lovely service. See you next time

Servers were attentive, drinks were brought around fairly quickly once ordered, we chose to opt for cocktail upgrade & everything was good.

i thought i was walking into a TGIs but instead i was transported to heaven, i grew wings, gifted a halo, and given the ability to soar. to describe this experience as phenomenal would be to call charlie puth ‘bog standard’ - an understatement. i’ve never felt such joy. the bar service was beyond beautiful, i felt looked after in a way only a mother could, i could taste the love in tap water. thank you - i have been forever changed

Had a swell time, bartender with black and white hair is well fit :) she was very nice to me and asked how my day was and if I had a good day at work. Staff were very friendly and welcomed me. Music choice could do with an upgrade if I’m honest

Jacob was an excellent server who made me feel welcome and accommodated for. The cocktails he made were delicious and I cannot wait to coke back again.

Came out with my girlfriend on Valentines Day, our food was quick and delicious and the service was great. Our server was Jessica and she was always there when needed.

First time coming and taking my kids, was incredible food and worth the money, experience was made even better by friendly staff especially Shannon.m at the Lincoln branch who went above and beyond to entertain my kids and do everything she can!

We waited for a table for three, and then got seated at a table where the seats, menus and floor were really dirty. They did clean it after we asked and apologised for the mess, and the girls working there were really lovely. The food was really overpriced for what you get so we decided to go elsewhere instead. The music was so loud, as well as people being loud too so that you can hear each other speak which was quite jarring. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

We visited the restaurant as a family of four for an evening meal mid week. The restaurant is nice and clean and the service was excellent. The food however was very overpriced and disappointing to say the least, Definitely wouldn’t return.

I came to the Lincoln tgis we’re we usually come every couple weeks and we order the same thing on the menu everytime we ordered them today and no manger or wait staff informed us that apparently the menu had been changed but not on the actual menu so when my food come it came with a ingredient I am allergic to and I had not been warned of not changed to the tacos to were I would of knew not to order them the manger tried making excuses for the kitchen but there is no excuse customer should be warned about any changes to food before ordered to save people with allergies only solution they came up with was remove tacos of bill which I don’t think is the equivalent to nearly some one having an allergic reaction lucky I seen strait away what was on my food and knew not to touch it and saved my self a trip to a&e so everyone please be well aware of what your and check it comes as stated on menu before ordering as wait staff and kitchen and the manger do not care to inform you

Didnt actually buy any food. Sat down, looked at the prices and left immediatley! Honestly, there is a Maccy Dees further down the street, you would be better off going there! Its only burgers for gods sake, not haute cuisine.

Food was decent but not fantastic my partners came cold. Service was appalling, we had two separate waitresses and both were extremely rude and not very welcoming. My friend got her order wrong and instead of being polite they had a rather bad attitude about the situation, from the moment we walked in the door the service wasn’t to my standard.

My in-laws came down to visit for an early Christmas so we took them for lunch. It was their first time and they really enjoyed it. Our server Jessica was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and was amazing with our orders. She especially took care of my 8 year old daughter. Order consisted of chicken tenders/fingers, sesame chicken and fries. Everything was cooked well and severed hot. My daughter enjoyed her ice cream at the end as well.

We walked-in on Tuesday evening, 06/12/23 We were immediately welcomed in and seated. The staff were very prompt with service. We ordered wall to wall chicken, the sesame chicken strips and the boneless hot chicken wings were absolutely amazing it came with a great serving of three different sauces. We had brownie obsession for dessert which was equally amazing. Great food, spot on service overall 5/5. Thank you for making our evening a memorable one.

I like the atmosphere there and the service girls were so nice and helpful. Unfortunately the food wasn't that nice. An over fried burger with very sweet sauce, Sesame chicken also disappointing. Not enjoying at all. Better to come there for cocktails only or they need to find another chef! We paid £65 for a 2 + kid's meal. I think for this money you can find a better dinner in Lincoln centre.

We were excited to go here for my child's birthday as we'd heard good things. Very disappointed to start with when they initially had no children's pack which the app had said we'd get. Our table was in the middle and we kept getting knocked into and chairs kicked despite being as close to the table as possible. Then the meal my child had been excited about having we were told they didn't have, 'a cheeseburger'! I can't eat heavily processed food (so none of the vegan) or lots of meat. So the menu was extremely limiting. Our waitress was lovely and could see we were disappointed. She managed to find a Christmas child's pack. After our request she managed to move us. The head chief managed to find a cheeseburger and the Manager said they was another menu I could look at. Using the App meant we got a free dessert (saving us £10)! Our child's meal was FREE and included a piece of Birthday cake. So the night started badly but finished well. I can't say though we'd be in a rush to go back!
