The Cellar Bar in Coleraine

Sólo nos alojamos aquí por una noche, pero nos quedamos muy contentos con nuestra estancia. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y aunque eran básicas, estaban decoradas bien y todo lo que usted necesita. El personal era servicial y amable. No comimos en el hotel, pero el bar/restaurante parecía bastante concurrido. Me volvería a alojar allí si yo estaba en la zona por su buena relación calidad-precio.

Este es, de lejos, el bar más amable de Portrush. El personal van mucho más allá de la norma para que todo el mundo que visitas sentirse genial. Me encantan los cócteles y también la comida. calidad brillante brillante y servicio a precios siempre rápido y profesional. Los resplandescientes seguir haciendo lo que están haciendo y yo veré a todos pronto. Gracias.

Staff were very friendly. Room was very clean. Bed was cosy and comfortable. Good selection for breakfast which was delicious.

The good was good and very plentiful. The price was reasonable. The décor was interesting. I would each there again - and again.

i came here with my family for some quick lunch, i have to say the staff were great an d lunch was lovely. however the reason for my rating is that we came back a few days later to be told "no seats sorry" it wasn't the fact there was no seats, it was the manner in which we were told. Anyway it was the weekend of the airshow and they were probably under pressure so i gave them a by ball.

Called in for lunch menu was basic but my partner ordered chicken burger with chips and I ordered roast pork. Staff were not overly nice too busy leaning over the bar talking to eachother and chewing gum. When the food arrived I got roast beef?! And my partners burger was very greasy when we paid it turned out the side of chips was charged separately (how can a burger on its own be classed as lunch plus at £8.95 you would assume the chips were included and not an additional side order charge on top) also couldn't drink my drink as the glass tasted so strongly of dishwasher fluid felt like a real waste of money for all it was could of got as good if not better from a chip shop at a quarter of the price

great laugh , crazy Dave is the karaoke man and you will be very entertained lol , also a great place to eat and not expensive, you need to get there early so you can get a seat.

Vine aquí el miércoles para la cena que había pedido un filete de medio, que vino a mí muy bien hecho. Tardó una media hora para comer la carne sola. Mi compañero había pedido lasaña y dijo que era muy bonita, aunque el col estaba amarga. Así que cuando el chico vino a preguntar cómo nuestra comida fue mi compañero había dicho que para él la col sabía o fue hecho con una crema agria. El chico respondió a él en decir 'yo sé que no estoy muy interesado en que yo mismo, para ser honesto". Luego dijo que iba a preguntar, el chef hizo con crema agria y nos evitamos durante unos 10 minutos y luego a la izquierda la cuenta y dijo gracias por dejarnos saber sobre la col. No volveremos aquí

Our server Jackie was lovely, great food! open in the day time unlike most other restaurants in this area, can't say a bad thing about it.

El personal amable y atento pero tuve que esperar 50 minutos para nuestra comida y cuando fuimos hacía frío y tuvimos que devolverlo,. Fue devuelto 10 minutos más tarde y había sido recalentadas en el microondas no es bueno para el huevo frito en la cima de la sobresaliente. La comida era razonable, pero sin duda no vale la pena la espera. Cuando pagamos la factura no nos ofrecieron un descuento. Pido al personal lo que era el problema y me dijo que no tenían suficiente personal y tenía grandes dificultades para reclutar en Portrush. Es lamentable pero que podría haber sido dijeron que me espera y entonces podría haber decidido esperar o no. Si va a visitar preguntar cuánto tiempo tomará su comida si tienes prisa como estancia claro

Have ate here various times and stayed over once. Food is great.. there is something on the menu to suit everyone. Will be back

Just spent a lovely weekend at The Port Hotel. The Food is BRILLIANT, all our party thoroughly enjoyed every bite. - Thanks you Port - Service is super, fast and friendly - give it a go, you wont be dissappointed.

Decent clean and friendly hotel on Main Street. The rooms are a little tired but the place is relaxing and comfortable with a homely feeling with a good bar on the premises and you are smack bang in the middle of Portrush

Visited here with my boyfriend after a day in Coleraine. Food and service was great and steak was cooked to perfection.

Had an enjoyable evening. Crazy Davy great DJ and Karaoke host. Had dinner which was good value and decent food

Hemos comido aquí unas cuantas veces cuando hemos visitado Portrush. Cada vez que hemos comido aquí, la comida ha sido genial y por un precio razonable. El servicio siempre es rápido y el personal es amable y servicial. Estoy seguro de que lo haremos la próxima vez que estemos en Portrush!!

Excellent service, friendly lovely staff and the food is great. The fire is usually lit an the atmosphere is chilled and cosy. Would recommend this place above anywhere else in Portrush.

Nos gusta el ambiente cálido y acogedor. La chimenea es muy acogedor. Es un gran pequeño lugar para tomar una copa o algo de comer. Es muy concurrido los sábados pero un poco bastante durante la semana. El personal es muy amable. La comida es buena. Vale la pena una visita

Al estar en el seguimiento, paré en el Port Hotel algo para comer. El personal era muy servicial y, en general, una tranquila zona profesional. La comida que yo pedí era de primera clase y un muy buen oscuro camarero pelo oscuro fue muy amable y educado, asegurarse de que todo estaba bien. Si no has probado el Port Hotel, los insto a que lo pruebes, se sorprenderá del servicio y comida encantadora. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Been here many times lovely staff very friendly food good wouldn't stay anywhere else I no it's not 5* but ur not paying 5* prices but u Defoe get 5 * service wit the staff will b back for at least another 2 weekends before the end of the year bigto all the staff

awww such a lovely friendly pub/restaurant come here every time.....just to pester one guy to make my cocktails cause they are damn fine :-)..great atmosphere for kids when it was getting a bit loud on other parties the bouncer made them leave defo no faults with the port..........

Demasiadas personas fumar tabaco de VAP y los vapores era nauseabundo, he desarrollado un dolor de garganta y se quejaron, incluso cuando salí para los fumadores aire fresco de nicotina en la puerta me dejaron con dolor de cabeza. Lo que podría haber sido una buena noche se arruinó por todos los tipos de fumadores. Estancia es una opción mejor.

The set menu is OK if a little basic. The surroundings aren't overly fussy and the serving staff are nice and pretty quick with everything. OK if you haven't got an alternative.

El Port Hotel es un hotel encantador en el centro de todo. La habitación estaba en el 2° piso y era práctico para no tener que subir un montón de escaleras. El desayuno era precioso. Desayuno inglés completo. La playa está a sólo unos minutos a pie.

I like the layout of the bar and the standard of drinks. Stay away from any food done in breadcrumbs. Very soggy.

We have ate in here a few times and it never fails 2 impress , the food is lovely and a 1/4 of the price great crack on a sat nyt

Nos alojamos en Portrush para par de noches por nuestro aniversario. Encontramos este lugar por accidente mientras buscando un lugar para comer. Ambiente muy agradable en familia. camarera no podía hacer lo suficiente para nosotros, muy hablador y amable. Ambos fuimos para el campo 3. La comida no podía haber sido mejor. nos sopa y pan de ajo para empezar. Para los platos principales mi marido tenía la carne asada y había un montón de cosas. (él no nos pide el cerdo de cosas, pero cuando llegamos se alegraba carne lo hizo él no quería cambiar). Fui por el tagliatelle. excelentes, aunque la mía podría haber hecho con poco menos queso y más de salsa, pero eso es a gusto. Para pudding teníamos appie pastel y crema pastelera y Pavlova. No me puedo quejar la cena y sobre todo por el precio. £13,95 para los 3 campos. Después de la cena la mayoría de la gente se había terminado y la izquierda así que nos cambiamos en frente del fuego. esp adorable ya que había mucho viento y wet fuera. Me podría haber quedado allí toda la noche jaja. Ambiente muy relajante. Ambos nos preguntábamos que no habíamos encontrado este lugar antes. Sin duda volveremos.

Si prefiere tomar una pinta de cerveza tranquila lejos del bullicio y ajetreo de Portrush, este es el lugar para ir. En la calle principal al lado del Play House cine, es un pequeño bar tranquilo, que tiene música en vivo los fines de semana. Prefiero ir aquí durante el día, aunque, cuando puede tener una pinta tranquila y relajarse.

Yo he visitado el Port Hotel un número de veces, para bebidas y comidas.

No me alojé en el hotel, ya que estaba completamente lleno pero no ir allí cada noche para la cena. La comida es fantástica y no podía creer los precios. Tienen un menú que hacen de 5 pm a 8 pm. Pruebe el asado. Había carne asada y fue £12.95 por una cena de 3 platos. También tuve el pescado cena de 3 platos es £13,95 y bacalao, pero es grande. Mi esposa también tiene los tagliatelle. El servicio es increíble y el personal no puede hacer más por ti. El gran problema con este lugar es que hay tanta comida que pueden no ser capaces de terminar. Es muy relajado y tranquilo, pero el servicio es eficiente y muy educado, genial de hecho.

Comimos aquí hoy y nos sirvió dos señoras muy útiles que no pudo hacer más por nosotros. Las comidas eran todos preciosos, hamburguesas de pollo con cuñas, bistec y un bocadillo y raciones eran enormes. El servicio también era genial, tuvimos que esperar unos 15 minutos para nuestra comida que creo que era lo suficientemente razonable esperar! Hemos estado aquí en el pasado y disfrutamos demasiado pero el personal de hoy (una señora con pelo corto y oscuro ocasiona una chica) hicieron que nuestra experiencia y lo mejor. Un crédito para el restaurante!

Went into the bar whilst staying in the hotel. Had a beautiful meal and very good entertainment. Staff were very friendly and will definitely be back!

Durante el lunes de Pascua visita a Portrush tuvimos una comida aquí.

Acabamos de disfrutar otra excelente comida en el puerto. Portrush tiene unas buenas lugares para comer pero con un servicio amable y confortable ambiente y buena comida, el Port Hotel es de lo mejor. mi compañero y yo nos llevaron a una mesa el camarero y tomó nota enseguida que llegamos casi al instante debido a la nueva computadora extravagante pidiendo que tienen. Después de mirar el menú opté por el cóctel de gambas mientras mi compañero tenía alas de buffalo. Ambos eran muy sabroso y nos preparó para el plato principal. Tuve la lasaña con patatas fritas con ajo mientras él tenía los tomar solomillo con patatas fritas y salsa de pimienta. Los dos principales estaban deliciosos. Mi compañero declaró que su carne era "perfecta"! Después de una pequeña persuasión desde nuestro camarero ( bueno, eso es mi excusa) terminamos con Pavlova y chocolate fudge cake. así como una excelente comida, nuestro camarero era muy amable y atento. Nos hizo sentir como VIPs desde que entramos en el comedor hasta que nos fuimos. Sin duda volveré a comer aquí. Gracias por una noche estupenda.

Sólo una rápida revisión de decir que hemos estado caminando pasado este pub durante años, pero nunca nos aventuramos dentro hasta hace poco. Nos dirigimos nuestra normal Haunt, el bar del puerto para atendería pinta, pero estaba atestado. Así que decidimos probar el puerto - fue fantástica, una bienvenida y una mejor pinta ... Ver foto adjunta como prueba!

My family had Sunday lunch here in November 2012.Initial impressions were good, there was a nice open fire and this was welcome on a cold and wet day, we initially had coffee and this was well presented and pleasant. We were the only people in the entire restaurant.Two of us had the Rump steak which was OK but nothing special, however my 13 year old son opted for a sirloin steak and this is where the problems began.My son had just got his steak and I asked him if I could taste it, I immediately had to spit it out as the meat was clearly off and had a pungent smell and taste, it was not that the meat wasn't cooked - it was definitely off. We asked the (very helpful) waitress to look at it and she agreed that it was off, she was quite embarrassed by the situation and offered to replace the steak, some time later a new steak (which was satisfactory) arrived, but by this stage his chips etc were cold and the rest of us had finished our food. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he was off, then I asked to see the chef but he would not come out to see us.The waitress did not charge us for the sirloin steak but I was still very unhappy so she took my business card and promised to get the manager to contact me ASAP. The waitress could not have been more apologetic and we can't fault her at all.Late that evening I was violently ill from food poisoning, this continued throughout the night and I was unable to go to work the next day (I am self employed so this is pretty rare)When I was eventually able to get up I checked my phone as I fully expected to have had a call from the Port Hotels manager - but he had not contacted me.I then called him and he claimed to know nothing about the incident, his attitude was extremely arrogant and pompous and he refused to accept my story, despite the fact that the waitress had agreed with us that the steak was off. He even asked me why neither my son nor the waitress had noticed that the steak was off before I tasted it! We reported the incident to Environmental health, but predictably enough they had their house in order by the time the inspection was done.I have had no reply from the hotel manager and no explanation or apology of any sort, so far as he is concerned this did not happen.No wonder this is the lowest rated Hotel in Portrush - never again will I darken its doors.

At the Air Show in Portrush call into the Port Hotel for Lunch very good value for money the Pinot Grigio was a delight to drink all four of us had a very enjoyable meal. The staff were very attentive and gave us a very warm welcome. Go On Give It A Try

The service was ok, staff was friendly enough. Dislike the bar and the restaurant, appeared to be unclean, the food was also unsatisfying to say the least. Would not recommend it to anyone and certainly will not be back.
