id never heard of the cuisine "chip" before, but it was scrumptious and my bestie Dominique had a blast. she had a "full Irish mixed grill" with "a pint of milk". couldn't have asked for more moisture and taste in my food. the presentation was sensational and out of this world. the waiter who served me enlightened me with the fact that his dog had previously passed away. what a connecting moment. as my dog, Bruno, is very much alive and well. But, i did have an upsetting dream where he died once. my boyfriend, luigi, had a little accident in the bathroom (the spicy chicken was to blame) and the staff were extremely helpful in cleaning it up.

Tasty food, generous serving sizes. Environment is nothing special unless you count the people who are kind and helpful. Very pleasant experience. Good for a quick pit stop.

Stopped today while visiting family massive well cooked portions. I had the grill and my wife had the full Irish breakfast both struggled to finish. Great friendly staff a real old school greasy spoon. Though the fry certainly aren't greasy. Fast service. Good food and full bellies can't complain about that. Highly recommended

This little place in Newry is hard to find, and if you told someone about it i doubt theyd know where you're talking about! but i would take every one of my family and friends here if i could. The food in here is absolutely beautiful with hefty portion sizes for such a small price. I fed me and 2 others in here for under a tenner. The staff are always up for a bit of craic and everything is done for you so quickly! Such an odd place to have a restaurant but honestly one of the best. I can't get enough of the place and i can see myself going more and more frequently. especially with such a range of things on the menu to try.

we have been here a number of times and it is probably the best café I have ever been in and I've been in a few. It is a good basic clean café with no real frills but the food and service is second to none. I ordered a full Irish breakfast and I can tell you that the amount of food on the plate was enough for two people. it was fresh, hot and grease free. The service was very quick and very friendly and the prices were more then reasonable. If you want a good reasonably cheap meal then you could do a lot worse then go here.

This traditional cafe with no airs and graces is by far the best spot if you want meal to set u up for a long day or keep you going later in the day I say this because a Full Irish Breakfast costs £5 for which you get a plate of beans, mushrooms, chips, black and white pudding, bacon, egg, sausage, pancake, potato bread and soda farl and a cup of tea I think that covers it This will definitely fill you up, and at £5 great value Menu has a variety of other items if breakfast not your thing Service is excellent even when busy Not much else to say highly recommended

Absolutely fantastic. Not a single thing to possibly complain about. Given that food in restaurants lately seems to be decidedly average, the Flagstaff sets itself apart. It is absolutely amazing. The
