This place always delivers, great food, great service, we have never had course to complain and would happily recommend to all.

Excellent place for exercise, childrens play & café, have met some wonderful friends here, have gone down 2 dress sizes and feel so much better. Always a very very friendly atmosphere, excercises such as Kettlersize, Zumba, Clubbercise, Pilates and many more. Excellent cost too, you can be a member or pay as you go. New gym equipment coming too.

Excellent classes, I do Kettlerise, Zumba, Clubbercise and HIIT, other classes available too. Also soft play for kiddies and also a café so mums or dads can have refreshments whilst the kiddies play. Classes available at times to suit all. Very warm welcome here and everyone is so very friendly.

So much going on here. Cafe, fitness, Hairdressing, soft play, Beauty and so much more. Why go anywhere else?? So friendly it really is a great place to visit.

Great place to get fit, entertain the children and have a good value meal. Friendly staff and Clare the owner is very approachable, obliging and helpful. An asset to the town.

Lots of great exercise classes for all fitness levels. And for the little ones; there's events and soft play too. Great venue for parties etc. lovely healthy food on offer. Well worth a visit.

Such a lovely family friendly place that does so many things! There's a well balanced menu, play cafe and a variety of sessions during the week. Definitely worth a visit. We had smoothies and they were delicious and great value. Booked my sons party here too!!
