The Jolly Sandwich in Fermanagh

Had breakfast one morning would say average, although looking at the lunch menue that looked really good. Will call again and try.

Beautiful staff and Beautiful Food. Only thing is be aware when staff ask you if you want any sides eg: Colselaw etc you will get charged for this. Also things like Cream with your dessert etc I sssumed it was free (my bad and plus in other places it is free etc) But the Lady at Till will charge you for any sides even extra milk for Tea!!! So just keep that in mind. Otherwise we love it 😀

Great little spot for lunch and coffee in Enniskillen Town Centre. Highly recommend the unusual Chicken Curry and Peach Crumble not something you come across in alot of Cafes in Northern Ireland, but really nich and a choice of side salad. Another thing I highly recommend are the Traybakes. Seriously take a few packs home with you. Very very nice!

Stone cold baked beans, cold fried wheaten bread and weak coffee. I would not recommend for breakfast. Potatoe bread, very strange consistency.

My friend and I visited this cafe for the first time recently. We both enjoyed a lovely lunch. I was pleased to be able to have a GF sandwich and the staff were very knowledgeable about the care needed regarding cross contamination. We would return when we are next in the area.

Fantastic coffee shop and excellent food not to be missed

What a fab place to find... Enjoyed a beautiful Tomato, Butternut Squash And Coconut Soup today and was teased and tempted by all the delicious looking sweet treats. Did buy some handmade mince pies for the festive season. A highly recommended cafe but beware the parking is a nightmare if you have mobility issues and it was extremely busy at midday. But do not let that put you off, make the effort.

Lovely setting, nice atmosphere staff are brilliant

This is our go to for lunch in Enniskillen but today we went for our free hot chocolate after my daughter's transfer test. We actually haven't had a hot chocolate here before but she said it was the best one she has ever tasted. It was a lovely touch and it is so nice of you to give back to the community. It made her day. Thank you. Much appreciated 🥰

A great spot for lunch or a coffee. Great selection of beautiful tray bakes. Place is small but queue moved quickly despite it being lunchtime. Clean toilets. Nice decor. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Lovely food, very friendly and helpful staff, nice place with nice atmosphere. Ordered hot sausage roll with salads, generous portions and very tasty. Was expecting a lunchtime snack but was a full meal. Recommended.

Best chicken wrap I have eaten in a long time. Service was very good and took time and patience to help me pick from the menu. Only wish I had been hungry enough to have a go at the apple tart and cakes, which looked very tasty. Decor and cleanliness of the place all added to an enjoyable lunch.

Came here for brunch during our visit in Enniskillen. The shop itself was super cute and cozy, it was wonderful. Walking in felt like walking into a familiar place. I got a chicken sandwich while my partner got a vegetarian one, and we were both pleased with our food and the service. Highly recommend!

An absolute treat to visit here. Food was so tasty and fresh. So glad we arrived 5 minutes before the crowd because the queue was out the door. Obviously has a reputation in the area and I would define come back. Well worth a visit.

Very slow service small area inside to sit so we sat outside. I think they could do with a bigger coffee machine. I wax put off at the counter because the cakes were not covered and there were flies landing on them. Please put covers on the cakes .

Ordered & collected an afternoon tea for 3 on the same day, so appreciated you doing this for us. I didn't know what to expect as collected just before closing and they weren't opened again until Tuesday.... would we be getting leftovers? Absolutely not! Best afternoon tea to date! Everything was extremely fresh & made to a very high standard, everything tasted so good, could not be faulted. Will defo get again

Nice food.terrible ordering system. Stand and queue up whilest others are behind waiting. I went with my sister and partner both partially sighted. Really difficult to chose under these circumstances. Staff where helpful but sooo busy. Table for two seated 4 of us no where to put teapot. So cramped. Wheelchair plus baby buggies 1 toilet. It was difficult to enjoy lunch as everything was a bit chaotic. I ordered quiche and salad which was nice but we couldn't read the board. Printed or laminated menus might help. At least you could look at it while you queue. It needs modernising. More space separate bakery take away area. I was disappointed as it could be so much better.

Usual fast efficient service and excellent food

A late lunch stop for us so we were there at its busiest time of day. We enjoyed a freshly made sandwich and cake coffee all the food looked delicious. Siting area is limited and be prepared to wait as when busy turnover of tables are slow, but the Food and the Staff are fabulous when you do get to the Counter. Staff are brilliant but the service is too slow, the layout is not helpful in choosing before you get served.

I visited The Jolly Sandwich Bar today with my dad and was super excited that they listed vegan options here on TripAdvisor. Unfortunately I was sorely disappointed. The only vegan options on offer when I visited were roasted vegetables for a 'sandwich' or vegetable broth with un-buttered toast. I ended up having the vegetable broth, which was lovely - but not my top choice at 11am when I was hoping for breakfast. The Jolly Sandwich Bar - please remove the 'Vegan Options' tag if your vegan options are near enough non existent. My Dad had the full breakfast and it too was just okay. The food wasn't very warm and served on a cold plate. Not only that but the breakfast came with FOUR types of bread, brown, wheaten, soda and potato bread. Which seemed like over kill. With such good reviews, safe to say we didn't get the experience we hoped for.

So, I was in Enniskillen on bits of business and I noted this place on my way to do some. It seemed a nice looking spot! I went back, in reasonably quick order, and went in. They were clearly cleaning up and trying to finish and go home. There were seated customers while I was there. I loooked at the menu above the counter and asked if I could have a chicken tikka wrap. Sorry, I was told it's put away. Tried another item getting the same answer. A server beside the one I was conversing with suggested egg salad she had in her hand. I - politely - declined. I asked for soup and my server disappeared into the kitchen, conversed with the chef, who pulled out a jug from the fridge beside him and I got my soup. Served in a take out container. To sit outside. An older server presented me with a proper soup spoon, Hardly worth mentioning but the soup wasn't good,left half a bowl behind me. The whole experience left me annoyed and I would certainly never recommend this place. An appalling place for a welcome on the city's main drag. Of all the places I have ever reviewed this was the worst. Judging by other reviews, I'm not alone.

I would wholeheartedly agree with a recent previous review the way you have to stand in a queue and look at all of the food choices on a board and decide what you would like in a busy cafe with a long line of customers waiting behind you is really not good.This cafe needs to have menus on the tables so customers can feel relaxed and have time to decide what they would like.The choices are good but ordering standing at the counter really lets it down.

Sweet treats in this shop are immense.

I have never really been a fan of this coffee shop but have gone occasionally as, for some reason, my daughter appears to like it. However, I have been consistently let done by the quality of the food. Today's was no exception, with, amongst other things, two salads being ordered. The caesar salad consisted mainly of rocket, tasteless chicken, very little bacon, a little grated cheese, a few sundried tomatoes, a little caesar dressing and some crotons. The meatless salad consisted mainly of rocket, two tiny flakes of grated cheese, a couple of slices of sundried tomatoes, very sparse sauce and some crotons - £7,99 each was extremely poor value - I asked for extra cheese (or some) only for my plate to be whisked away quickly before I was able to ask for anything else on it - I basically paid £7.99 for a plate of rocket and little else. The third member of our party had the right idea - took one look at what was on offer and only ordered dessert. Even then, they couldn't provide exactly what he wanted. Further to this, the place had no ambience, with tiny tables crammed in as close to each other as possible. Came out just as hungry as I went in and very disappointed - over £30 down and for what?

I enjoyed the food however the majority of the staff were unhelpful and rude. First time visiting and we didn't realise you had to stand and look at the menu behind the counter and order. Instead of being told this we were given impatient looks and sighs by the staff waiting for us to order. I have anxiety ordering in this type of situation anyway (especially with the queue forming behind us) but it was made much worse by the staffs unhelpful and rude looks as we tried to hurry up and order. Was made to feel like a nuisance. Definitely wouldn't go near this place again unless it was a sit down and order at your table.

Perfect Sandwiches - They look so good and taste even better. The cakes are for my taste a little bit too sweet and heavy but still so delicious.

A very busy little cafe, queues outside when we arrived. The staff were helpful and friendly. A large selection of beautiful desserts on display. Food was lovely and fast service. Only criticism was no music which would have added to the ambiance. Otherwise a lovely little spot.

As a Coeliac sometimes it is hard to get a Cafe with good gluten free bread and I must say I was really impressed with the fry and bread I got here not to mention the orange and chocolate cake I bought aswell 😍
