The tacos were absolutely delicious, my partner had a burrito which was also very tasty. Food is fresh and vibrant with loads of choice! Good value for money and a clean, comfortable setting. Definitely would eat here again!

Line looked quite long at first but we were served within minutes, food was served very quickly and was so nice and tasty. all the staff were very nice. slightly pricey but alright servings - very full and satisfied ! thanks amigo xx :D

Sabrina and Taina were very nice, and extremely helpful to help navigate the menu !!

I would like to personally thank Erica for her wonderful patience and attention to detail when making sure we had the most pleasant experience dining here. She offered many recommendations on the menu with a warm and friendly manor. This entire experience has made this my new favourite place to dine after a day of shopping. Thank you Erica!

Always go here on my lunch break to get a burrito, so good !! Was in the other week and was served by Sophie. She was so helpful offering different options and helping to build my burrito the way I want it. Staff are always friendly and have a welcoming attitude even when it’s busy. Good quality is amazing! Definitely one of the better Mexican food places I’ve been to.

Great day out with kids and family! It was my first time at tortilla and my family loved the delicious burritos, we were served by Sophie who’s conversation made my day it was overall an excellent family dinning experience loved it!

This was my first time visiting Tortilla and I really enjoyed it. The food was fresh and tasted lovely. We were served by Erika and she was very friendly.

I come in loads of times for a quesadilla and I'm never disappointed!! I was in last Thursday and switched it up for a burrito, which was great!! Erica served me, made sure I had everything I needed and was a very kind and sweet ray of sunshine!! Nothing was too much for her!!💙

This was the first time I have ever had a burrito. It was really tasty and very filling. The staff were very helpful. We will definitely go again next time we're in Silverburn.

We had chicken burritos and the chicken was bland, not too much flavour and just like 8 pieces of it a sprinkle of cheese, and a little spoon of salsa ,the burritos in the stores in London taste different with more flavour and with bigger portions.

I adore this place!! The food is so fresh and tasty, such a nice change from usual heavy, pre cooked stuff you get elsewhere.

Have been here couple of weeks ago they had no sour cream so I’ve changed my mind as without sour cream I’m finding the burrito too dry. A girl who served me made an angry face because I’ve changed my mind. Today again no sour cream so I took cheese sauce, but I still was charged the same price like with dour cream plus extra charged for the cheese sauce. And the stuff is never friendly and helpful

Loved it!! Loved it to every last bit. The staff were nice and friendly, and the food was yum. We had ordered naked burrito bowls and loved it overall. Good customisation options and a good enough set of options for vegetarians and vegans too. Set in a huge mall the ambiance and facilities are good too.

Thayza and taina were too good and too nice can tell there very experienced at customer service.

Food is decent, service is not bad.

Clearly understaffed popped in to grab some lunch even though I was the only person in the line was told I'd have to wait as orders had come in sorry but my.lunch break isn't that long so had to leave hungry

I had a great meal with my family there ! Small cozy place for a quick stop whilst you do your shopping at Silverburn mall. Was going to try it today for the first time. Jayden served us or poorly attempted to. As much as I appreciate a place is closing soon (we got there at 8.40pm) she seemed to have no interest in discussing what options were available. We felt she was unnecessarily rude and left. Won't bother coming back, there's plenty of options with better service.

Price increase: quality decrease. Our burritos were slopped together, and rolled with no care. Rice recipe has changed for the worse. We won’t be back.

If ever tempted by that mexican burrito place in Silverburn "Tortilla". Don't be. My slow cooked pork and bean burrito was exceedingly wet and I can tell you exactly at which point of my lower intestine it is in (on demand).

Gabriel served me today in silverburn and honestly surprised he’s not a manager. He went above and beyond in customer service and seems very loyal to the company.

Please explain to me what this is? Was supposed to be a chicken quesadilla, the chicken of you could call it that was a weird brown/red colour and certainly never tasted like chicken. The sour cream dip was like water and tasted nothing of sour cream. Asked for a refund to which the girl at counter said "sorry but we don't give refunds, would you like us to make you another?" shocked at this and then realised that this is why the only take card payments. I've ate Mexican food in various places around the world and this is frankly the worst quesadilla I've ever had. Complete waste of £18!
