Wok to Walk in Cardiff

Ordered some food for iftar (to break my fast). I have lived in South East Asia and I can confidently say that this meal was fantastic. The pad thai had that authentic taste and the don buri was great. Everything was spot on. The chicken satay had a rich peanutty sauce yum yum. 10/10

The food here is amazing We came after a local concert and ate at 10pm, food was piping hot and the staff were great. Place was very clean, we had passed earlier in the day and saw how busy it was, and I can tell why!

The food is very yummy and the best thing is that you do choose your own meal ingredients.

Rubbish!!! Waited for more than 20 minutes for our food. People were coming and leaving and we were still there waiting. Never coming back again!!!!

All the staff so nice and gentle. Bathroom so clean and smelling good. And food : AMAZING! came for the first time and love it

Food was delicious, both myself and children took our fill of Teriyaki Noodles with all the veggies. Portions were so big, enough that the lady gave us a “take out bag” and the children finished the rest at home. Ice cream balls were a new one on me, very nice however and refreshing. Good choice of drinks. Very clean and welcoming. My only criticism, a little pricy. Defiantly not something I would use as a source of lunch for instance when at work which is the perception they give.

Quick service in a chilled environment. A good go to for fast food in Roath.

Really good portions for price and great student discount too. Clean and nice areas to sit. I absolutely loved the lady who served us she was so lovely and smiley !!

We've ordered sweet and sour fried noodles and oyster sauce rice noodles. The fried dishes smell nice. The oyster sauce is a bit salty but the sweet and sour sauce is good.

Just real good noodle nom full pop up style grub and almost no wait time Staff are super friendly and made the visit really comfy and the prices are totally reasonable saying that I don't know many places you can get 2 people FULL full on £20 and it be good at the same time Would give more stars if I could keep up the good work

Order left behind counter and had to ask if food was ready. Noodles and tofu is overcooked.

The food was brilliant- good portions, really wide variety of options, great taste. Staff were lovely and the overall atmosphere was very vibrant. Good student deals are also available- definitely worth a visit

No complaints at all. Reasonably priced; nice seating, and amazing food. Made bespoke right in front of you, and the quality is great. We walked in not long after opening and everything was ready to go. Very customisable too.

Popped in for a quick and easy dinner on my way home. I was the only customer in the restaurant, so the service was fast and friendly, no complaints there. However, I ordered a regular size egg noodles with chicken, cashews, pak choi and Saigon sauce. It came to £15! - I felt this was really expensive for what it was. so I probably wouldn't go back. Tasty food though :)

I ordered food here and it made me and my bf ill. I vomited like 6-7times whole day with muscles pain and my bf got a stomachache and diarrhoea which made him stay up all night. We couldn't sleep properly since ate this food. This food will make you food poisoning.

Food gave us diarrhea and caused us to vomit for 3 days. Currently on antibiotics for food poisoning. Don’t eat here or even take away. Food is dirty and will cause harm to urself

I was starving hadn’t eaten all day. My noodles were salty never experienced this before. I was thinking it could be the soya sauce I added. I had already eaten my food half way and I felt a crunch. I spat my food out and saw there was an egg shell when I looked in the box I saw another one. It put me off my food & the price I paid for it was ridiculous. I wouldn’t eat from there again it was horrible

Wok to walk is always our favourite place to eat whatever the occasion. Unfortunately this time our order was ‘not revived’ even though we had a receipt and was constantly asking where our food was? I understand that complaints need to be looked into but we were waiting 1 HOUR AND 30MINS for them to look at CCTV to confirm that we were telling the truth and they had not given us our order. The manager Ali Hussain was not accommodating and was very undermining making us feel like we were lying even though they were the one who made a mistake. He made 1 of out party (21 year old girl( go on her own to witness the CCTV on her own as would not let anyone else with here as she was the one who paid- we felt very intimidated. Extremely disappointing and upsetting. Even after it was proven that the mistake was on their behalf we were still made to feel like it was our fault to brining it to their attention. No refund was given. Won’t be returning and recommend the same for any young girls.

Looking back… the food was coughed over when being picked before frying, was only cooked for about 30 seconds, hands not being cleaned after coughing or gloves changed - unsurprisingly I’ve had 24 hours of upset stomach. Avoid like your life depends on it - this place is dangerous.

Popped in here for bank holiday weekend for food, I've got to say it was absolutely disgusting ,I spent over £30 and I will never have a take away from here again

One of the best halal noodle restraunts which has been running for a few years now. Unfortunately the food prices have risen but this place was always expensive so many customers are visiting other restraunts. The loyalty app has a offers icon, but i am.not sure why no offers are available when we try to use it. Sorry to mention these negative points but i am giving my honest opinion. Overall food is fab!

Best noodles in the world. I usually get egg noodles with hot Asian sauce. Absolutely amazing. Delivery is always on time and price is amazing. Service and quality is great!

Have food from here quite frequently and am never disappointed. Lovely fresh ingredients cooked well. Always so tasty. A bit expensive - would go more often if it was the other side of £10 per head. Tending to cost around £12 per head and that’s with one meat/tofu and 2 other veg selections.

Food always good, as is the service. Really quick as well. Only thing I would change is the cleaner used on the tables, they are always sticky!

It's far too expensive for what it is. Over £10 for a small box of noodles. I get that you have overheads, but that doesn't matter to me. Over £10 for a small ox of noodles is what matters to me and that's extortionate

The staff is warming. They have a great attitude and their food is delicious! We eat here on a weekly basis and is always the same food quality and the best personnel. These guys even though they are tired after a long day, they still smile and make our day great! Reccomend this wok to walk to anyone in the area!

Always a good experience, I've never been disappointed. I personally recommend thr udon noodles with chicken katsu and bali sauce, it's amazing

So not only was my order 2 hours and 15 minutes late purchased on the just eat app from the wellfield cardiff wok to walk. Both my orders were wrong and sloppy. I ordered two egg noodles one with chicken and beef and the other with chicken alone and no mixed vegetables but I wanted the other options which included beansprouts... and both came with just noodles. Very disappointed considering the two calls I made and was told I'd get a call back but nothing. An then to get that for my payment was very very deflating and to be quite honest a joke.
