I’ve been there for dinner with my husband and we loved the service , the food and the atmosphere. I was well served by everyone and especially by the rodízio man Celestino that was very very kind with us . I recommend the place a 💯

Definitely a stuff issue. Only a few guests and you wait ages for food, drinks and sides. Meat came very late but before the sides. The rounds are very slow so people eat all of their sides first. Have been to Fazenda which is fat better.

Love Bem Brasil in general. This particular visit wasn't the greatest. The restaurant was very, very busy and staff rushing all over the place. We had booked for 7 pm, arrived at 6 55, and were left to stand at the door for 20 minutes with a number of other guests before being approced by a member of staff to be seated. While we don't mind waiting, there is nowhere to go other than to stand at the door with people pushing past to leave or enter the restaurant. Once seated, it took a while for our drinks order to be taken and then again for our food order with us seeing a number of other tables that arrived after us being served before us. Me and my parter both didn't receive all of our side orders we'd asked for and it was a struggle to get a member of staffs attention to make them aware we were missing parts of our order. The meat was spot on as usual. Not the best experience

This is a beautifully decorated restaurant, the workers are incredibly polite and the food I so tasty and fresh. It wasn’t just going out to eat it was a whole experience and I want to thank all the staff that made it a special day for me, my mum and my auntie celebrating an early Mother’s Day. The free glasses of Prosecco was the cherry on top. Highly recommend going.

What an absolute fantastic place. Great if you need feeding up with copious amounts of meat and unlimited side. Brilliant from start to finish. A must for the meat eaters definitely.

I took my family for a late lunch and I wasn't impressed with the service at all. I am a regular customer but this time was the worst and it seems not to get better every time. The food was ok but the meat came out slowly like water dripping out of a tap, my sides were not right compared to my order and the cheese balls were cold so where is the fun in that!!! The manager seemed very stressed and all over the place. He took our order for drinks and completely gave us drinks we didn't order. So disappointed ☹️ I won't recommend this particular branch perhaps try the other one in the city centre which offers better service as I have been there several times and don't disappoint!

Can’t beat a bit of Bem Brasil. I treated myself to the evening menu over the happy hour rate. Tremendous value. Went on a Tuesday and the atmosphere was a bit dead, and the weather was also shocking. .

Went in the afternoon before a concert, what a brilliant concept, great staff

Went for lunch as a family. Beautiful food and value for money.

Had to keep asking for starters that were slow and never came, meats were slow to come out once they began serving after an hour of seating left us very disappointed with offerings and frequency of meats. Added gratuity to the bill without asking despite running out of two beers on tap during service, we won't be rushing back.

Good food and service, a little pricey though

Very disappointing wirh the place so we came here for my Birthday Was not busy and we waited for ages for someone to come to us they finally do then we order drinks and sides Which took awhile to come finally a plate comes for me and my gf so there putting mains on plate with no sides or drinks apart from the water OK so now it gets bad waiting for sides and drinks at least 8mins I'm getting very annoyed now Anyhow sides finally come I ordered chips and rice and peppercorn sauce the drink was bottle coke Chips was good the rice was OK and the peppercorn sauce was disgusting I'd say cheesey flavour So then I had to order some majonaise for a dip as peppercorn sauce was fow Anyhow I thought it is what it is now am like ok let's get eating so they he comes with rump steak I said yes mrs saids no He start taking 2 pieces off he says no 1s for you and others for the mrs OK so you don't listen Now I was like ok wow then the gammon comes and the mrs asks what flavour is it Foreigne waiters so don't know what you saying really so he's like ewwww I don't ewww I don't know finally Anyhow am like right are these trying ruin this birthday so we order now a large original coke came basically flavour cola yuck Final straw is he comes with sirloin and cuts near enough half off drops on table into the majonaise then says do you want that piece I reply no i do not thankyou So finally comes with a new piece couldn't see what it was until cut into it and put on my plate let's just say its made my plate covered in blood now I'm like wow this is to much I pull manager and tell them this is beyond a joke I offered to pay for 1 meal but not 2 she said I see its been bad but you should ask how you want your meat Excuse me I should ask people who can't understand what flavour a gammon is how I'd like my steak funny Anyhow they said I don't need to pay for the meal or drinks which am glad I didn't very very very let down ruined birthday

Me and my partner both got terrible food poisoning after visiting for dinner. We both had vomiting and diarrhoea. I fed back to the manager during our visit that all of the meat was very salty she just smiled. We have been to Bem Brazil a few times but will not be going again.

We attended today as a group of 12 for a 50th birthday. The service was extremely slow and we had to ask 3/4x for something before we had it. The sides arrived after the mains, the drinks we had to keep going the bar ourselves to get what we asked. We ordered deserts they came wrong and had to wait another 30 minuted for the right ones. For A bill of £450 pound we expected alot better. Very disappointing tbh. Sad as we love attending her usually but they just didn't have the staff to cater at all.

It’s a great restaurant with a great staff the gives you service whenever you need it, but one Issue is that the food isn’t so good but it’s not bad either.

Unfortunately even one star is being too kind from the experience I had today. I was so looking forward to coming here and there are so many positive reviews on here so it's a shame I've had such a poor experience. We arrived a bit early for our booking but were told we could wait at the bar for a drink whilst they got our table ready - not a problem except there was 0 bar staff. We were then taken to our table which was completely unusable - it wasn't just a bit wobbly where a bit of folded napkin would sort it out, it was so uneven the glasses from one side of the table rolled down the other side ( thankfully nothing was smashed!!) So we asked if we could get another table. The restaurant was practically empty but we were told there was only ONE other table they were willing to move us to and it was dirty so we'd need to wait. In the time we waited we watched other people not only being seated but also being served by the waitress and nobody even came to get a drink order from us let alone move us to a table we could eat from. After more time had passed we decided to leave and advised someone who worked there about the time we'd waited and we wanted to go- they said " yes yes I'll clean the other table soon okay!". I said again that to not worry and we'd just go somewhere else because it wasn't giving us faith we'd even get food at this rate. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation- just a " bye then". We went across the road to Vietshack which was really good so maybe Bem Brasil did us a favour lol

Great little place, service is a bit hit n miss as in the people dealing with sides and drinks. Often long periods without drinks or sides. The meat guys are really good and the manager lady is sound. Just needs to improve on the waiting for beers and sides. Sometimes it's quite a while even when not very busy.

Really disappointed. We were sat for about 30 mins before our waiter was shouted at to serve us by what I presume to be the manager. We were waiting for 40 mins for water to be brought to the table. The first thing the waiter said to me when I asked for one of the veggie options was “you’re in the wrong place.” - I would have been more inclined to accept a badly placed joke with no prior interaction had the guy not spent the first 30 mins completely ignoring us. The food came out slowly, very slowly despite the restaurant being half full. I asked for bbq sauce 4 times to two different people and eventually at the end of the meal a tiny pot came. The rest of the group were eating the meat options and commented that usually at this place you don’t sit so long with empty plates. I’ve been to the deansgate one before and it was much better, but in the nq restaurant we left feeling ignored, ripped off and insulted. Wont be going back.

First time at Bem Brisil for a Christmas outing. Once you get used to the different way of being served its really good. Meat is beautifully cooked and sides are also really tasty. Helpful and friendly staff. Even the 1 vegetarian in our group went away very happy, for a meat resultant that quite a compliment! Look forward to my next visit.

Awful, table booked for 1830 and we didn’t get drinks until 1920, food was slow and average. Sides were cold and multiple dishes were wrong. Bar staff couldn’t make a margarita cocktail and also served coke instead of Coke Zero

Been here a number of times. Now alot of competition doin the same if not very similar. Service was great and can't fault it. Was a little slow at times brining the meats round but when asked did Come no problem at all. Its changed since I last went in terms of hot sides and salads. You now need to order these and can't get ur own. They are still unlimited however on occasions did forget certain ones and the plates take a lot of room up on the table I much preferred the old way. Some parking behide the restaurant however parking is difficult.

Absolute brilliant night with my family,made even better by the staff who were awesome,friendy had good laughs with them ,food was brilliant, ordered drinks straight away and sides all came together and couple minutes later came the meat brilliant night thank you so much,we will come back

I'm not a particularly religious person but I think I have seen the face of God. We stumbled in here expecting pub grub, but we had what can only be described as the meal sent from above. The meat selection was incredible, the sides were spectacular and the service was second to none. I don't really know how else I can describe this restaurant apart from to say that every meal I eat from this day onwards won't measure up to what we ate today. Beautiful. Thank you so much.

On arrival our party was told our table was not ready which was OK they were very busy, then our large party was squashed into a seating area that was not big enough, we uncomfortably made it work. After being seating our lovely waitress explained how to order and took our drinks order, we was seated for 30 minutes before drinks arrived and still had not ordered food, 50 minutes had passed and sides were ordered, when they eventually arrived it was wrong and some still waiting on sides, another long wait before meat arrived, which was also hit and miss as the meat waiter went to one end of the table not the other then moved on to other tables, only 1 meat waiter served the whole table a older gentleman , 5 stars to him. Then the bill arrived, we were all in disbelief at the cost, but then looked and had been charged for 13 extra meals that we did not have, it was a catalogue of errors which ruined my experience. The only saving grace of the evening was the young waitress and the one gentleman meat waiter.

Lots of tasty meats served from skewers at your table. A wide variety of sides, 4 each for the 2 of us was plenty. Use the card on your table to flip between green - more meat please and red - no thanks. We kept ours on green as we didn't want to miss anything. Some skewers came round more than once. I was interested to try the grilled pineapple as I'd seen it on the menu but not seen it come round. I asked a waiter and it was next out. The staff we kept busy and were very friendly and attentive. We ate quite early on a Friday evening so we had plenty of time to digest. This worked out well as it was quiet as we got settled and got busier as we were leaving.

My first visit, but my wife has been before. She mentioned that it was a buffet style and the came over with the meats, but it's changed slightly, and I prefer it. Choose 4 sides per person and let the carivore carnage commence! The food was super fresh as we got there when it opened. The service was on point, even when it started to get busy. Eventually, we had to turn the card on stop as a breather was needed. Everything that came out was delicious, and we enjoyed the experience as a whole. Definitely recommend if you've never experienced anything like this and very reasonably priced.

Really enjoyed our time at Bem Brasil, was told to visit by family. But would’ve appreciated if we were told how the night would work by staff, we came in confused and server came down with meat and wasn’t the friendliest. I had never been before and when taking meat off the skewer he was giving out that I pulled the meat off after him telling me to pull it. Eventually I got the hang of it but would’ve appreciated if we were told at the beginning what to do. Other than that we loved it! Nice touch bringing down a slice of cake to my partner for his birthday and singing happy birthday!

Was my sons birthday today the staff were amazing made our visit really special singing him happy birthday in English and in Portuguese! There was so much delicious food we were spoilt for choice! Thank you to all the staff that made my sons birthday really special 😊👍🏼👏👏

Great meal, even though draft beers were not working

The food was delicious and nutritious, the Seabass was cooked to perfection.

Amazing meat variety. You should try the pineapple with cinnamon. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. P.s: Go with an empty stomach because the meat just keeps coming. Also slow down on your water and carb sides so you can accommodate more meat 🤣

Everything was great but a little pricy for what you get and takes a little while for the meat to come arround which is the main selling point of the resturaunt great when it gets there though especialy picanha and the chease steak.

I seem to remember this place as being alright, but over the years it seems to have gone down hill a bit. Parking is convenient as it's located at the edge of town, but that's about it. Food is average, but given the price and the fact fazenda(5* btw) is only a little bit more, it's hard not to compare. Even on an afternoon when it is mostly empty, the waiting staff are hard to track down. Meaning you have to get up and search for them to ask for additional sides and drinks. Overall this would be ok if the price was lower, but at it's current price point, I have expectations

Have been waiting to come here for years and finally got round to it for a birthday treat and it is honestly now my favourite place to eat. Food is cooked to perfection, amazing meat and sides. Service is impeccable and the experience was overall amazing! Will be coming again.

Wanted to love this more but none of the meats were outstanding, some a little bit too salty. For full price I'd probably go somewhere else for a really good steak. This isn't a steakhouse though and definitely left feeling full.

Best restaurant I've been to in a long time

Had a good old trough here. Generous helpings of various delish. Meats. Would have preferred a central salad bar - like other similar pkaces in the city. Pricey but worth it for me.

We visited here recently and absolutely enjoyed our experience. I wish i took pictures of all the meats to add to this review but I was tooo busy stuffing my face haha. The gentleman that brought the meats over was so lovely and respectful, I didn’t get his name but I wish I did! Lavina was very attentive also, we did arrive near to closing time but she still ensured we were happy with our meals whilst she did other jobs. One thing I will say is, the portions of the sides are small, despite being unlimited I just wish we had a better serving size. I’m unsure if they usually bring the sides over to us, or they just did it because we arrived late but it would be better if we could go up and spoon the sides our ourselves

Superb food here, staff are friendly and look after you really well. Extensive bar too! Specially recommended is the cinnamon roasted pineapple you get as a refresher at the end of the meal, tasty!

First time here after hearing recommendation about the Liverpool restaurant. However left very disappointed and with reassurance from friends that this one was nowhere near as good as Liverpools. The food was lovely, and the meat came out hot and fairly fast at first. However after new customers filled the restaurant they just completely skipped our table for around 45 minutes+. After asking the staff if there was a reason for this they seemed to begrudgingly start to include our table again (we had our green disc clearly displayed at the end of the table the whole time). The sides where hot and really good sizes However, in the hour and a half+ of being there we where only asked twice if we needed any more sides or drinks and in that time our glasses where empty and put to the end of the table to make it visible that we needed more...Not alot of staff around which made it near impossible to flag one down to ask for more drinks. Most of the staff where rude, blunt and not welcoming. After finding a dead fly in my drink and brining it to the waitresses attention there was no apology just a quick,unbothered grab off the table to replace it (I was still charged for the drink). There was little to no atmosphere with the same songs on repeat. The unfriendly staff seemed to become very friendly towards the end of the meal after the bill was given to us (ironically) we removed the service charge of £25 which is so unlike us, but we was just so disappointed in the poor service. Won't be returning to the northern quarter restaurant, but hoping to try the Liverpool one in the future for what will hopefully be a much better experience.

Allow me to recount my recent misadventure at Manchester's Bem Brasil – a restaurant that seems to take pleasure in transforming food into a surreal, garlic-laden circus. The beef and chicken, scorched to a point where they could rival charred offerings for the gods, were the stuff of legend. Yet, the pièce de résistance was the omnipresent garlic, determined to obliterate any hint of taste or subtlety from each dish. And then there were the pao de queijo, a creative reinterpretation as rock-hard projectiles rather than the anticipated fluffy delights. To top it off, the chicken hearts, drier than the Sahara, posed a choking hazard, draped – you guessed it – in yet more garlic. In essence, Bem Brasil offers a culinary spectacle that defies the norms of palatability, ideal for those seeking a masochistic journey through an absurd world of overcooked meat, garlic inundation, and cheese breads that could double as weaponry.

All round amazing experience from the stuff to the food to the different flavours drinks at the end were brilliant as well

This place is amazing , it’s a must visit if you like meat. It just keeps coming and every cut is super tasty and enjoyable. If you don’t want to try the meat that comes round just wait for the next one to come round. The spicy beef is incredible I had quite a few pieces of this as it was so good The staff and I mean all of the staff were really helpful and friendly. The sides are amazing as well. You cannot go wrong here , really enjoyed my dining experience here.

poor service, wont ever come back again! We arrived in the restaurant and it's empty. No waiting staff around when we got in. Only showed up after few minutes then ushered us to a table with high chairs. We asked if we can have a table with standard chairs. This black staff refused to spare a table. Then left us when suddenly a customer came in. The new customer was then ushered to another table with high chair. But, the new customer also asked for a table with a standard chair. Now, we were all standing in the centre of these empty tables waiting if he will give us a table eventhough the restaurant is empty. We were about to leave including the new customer but then he offered us to occupy the table we prefer but he's not happy about it. Because of this incident, i will never, ever come back in this restaurant! I am not recommending this place. And please do not eat in this restaurant.

The service here was absolutely exemplary. The atmosphere and the decor were just what we were looking for and all the staff were brilliant. I had a great Birthday and the best food that I have had in a very long time. I'd reccomend this to anyone who loves a variety of meats and flavours.

I cannot rate this place any higher, the staff are so friendly and helpful, they cannot do enough to make sure you leave with a smile on your face and a full belly. Highly recommend. Will be coming here a lot more!

Always a delicious treat of meat, meat and more meat. Unfortunately they had no chicken hearts this time but the rest of the options made up for it and the unlimited sides makes it great value. Attentive and friendly staff too. Recent refurb is smart and there's more light.

The service was horrible, took them ages to put us on a table (the restaurant was 30% filled), and it took them another 10 minutes to come talk to us after they seated us. Everything took ages. Furthermore, the waiters were very unfriendly.

The food was good and came in good time. The staff was attentive. The atmosphere was good, but the high seats are not my favourite as the don't offer relaxation. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. The place was clean. I will be visiting again.

Went for a celebratory event. There was more than enough food for the table not to mention it was decent tasting and a decent price.

It reminds me of having tapas but I did not think it was value for money

I've wanted to come here for so long and finally came tonight to celebrate our 4th anniversary. The service we received was exceptional. The food was divine - great cocktails, unlimited sides and amazing bbq meats. I was worried I would be stalking all the servers for more meat but thankfully they kept coming over. What impressed me the most was that they gave us complimentary champagne and all the servers congratulated us on our anniversary, even the manager. Amazing experience and can't wait to come back. Excellent staff, tasty food, and great fun!

11 July is a special day for Mongolians it is their Naadam or summer festival, we decided to meet and have a meal. “Our” special day was made extra special by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food and drink with its all you can eat in 2 hour setting. Although the restaurant restaurant wasn’t that busy with it being a weekday. It was still a great atmosphere. The other thing I like to say is they didn’t have loud music on so you could hear yourself think and talk. I can’t praise the staff enough.

Classic rodizo place, good salad selection and plenty of meats including all the usual suspects. The service was great and brought me a whole skewer of chicken hearts when I asked if they were coming out! Great cocktails and very much enjoyed a Long Island ice tea, very good overall
