Lovely little restaurant serving quality gluten free south American dishes. Service is always friendly and food always looks amazing when brought to the table. The banana cake is fantastic. You can tell the chef and waiting staff have pride in their service.

Amazing find! Best arepas I've had and the chicharrones were also brilliant, great quality Colombian food, and the prices are really reasonable. Highly recommended.

Booked to celebrate birthday with group of 8 Staff was spot on and had table ready, excellent timings to take order and serve food, friendly staff and some speak Spanish which gives 100% latin vibes ( feel like at home as I am LatinAmerican), food delicious, tasty and fresh. Staff was singing happy birthday at the end and gave free Aguardiente shot to celebrate, 100% recommended and I would come back again.

Four of us visited and booked ahead. We came for lunch and when we arrived I got a sense of good vibes. I chose the meat taco which I found was tasty and filling. I had the house cake but found it a little dry. The service was quick and staff friendly.

This little restaurant is out of the way, a hidden gem. It’s not very big, but very nicely laid out. Good view of the kitchen where they cook everything fresh. The food was very tasty, the steak was amazing. The menu isn’t huge, but quality over quantity is certainly the case here. Presentation was great and staff were so pleasant. Would recommend anyone to give it a try!

Gorgeous little place, visited for bottomless brunch recently and had the best time. The tequila sunrises were a dream, the food and the service was incredible! Highly recommend, will definitely be back!

I managed to walk-in on a Saturday night with a half full belly. Yet, the restaurant still managed to impress me with the quality of food they served. My friend and I ordered 6 tapas in total and that's just the right portion. We had a cocktail each and man, they were generous with the liquor :D. The atmosphere I gave 4 stars only because we were place on the second floor. The vibes wasn't as good as the ground floor with an open kitchen. I will book next time.

First time with friends and have to say possibly the friendliest down to earth yet utterly amazing staff ever experienced in Leeds! From the moment walked in the welcome was 10-10 all the way through to the chat on the way out… Food great value, great quality and amazing tastes and flavours … Catered for the gluten free, veggie and carnivore in our party! Eventually, an Asian security shouted us and guided us to the correct way. My friend and I had a wonderful time at Casa, the restaurant is beautifully quaint and the service is particularly exceptional. Now the food... Wow.. Flavoursome, beautifully presented and extremely tasty!!

Having just returned home from this restaurant I feel I need to share the experience. IT WAS FANTASTIC!!! The ambience is relaxed and casual with fantastic staff. The owners make themselves known and genuinely want to get to know you. So to the food....non fussy with a variety of South American National dishes. As a party of 6 we chose a tapas each as a starter and I opted for the Lomo Saltado for my main. The best part for me is that the dish wasn't spicy and the herb and flavours fused well. The plate was adequate and well priced. Everyone sent their plates back empty as we all thoroughly enjoyed our chosen dishes. This is definitely a restaurant to attend and I certainly will be doing in the near future.

Was very much looking forward to trying Casa, lots of great reviews. Firstly we were going to the play house and the staff refused to acknowledge that they have a pre-theatre offer advertised on their website. Whilst it was not our key reason for going, the customer service was poor. Maybe that made the food feel underwhelming, I thought it was tasty enough, but not great, for the cost. As I say maybe it was the staff vibe that gave me that feeling.

A friendly restaurant with a good selection of traditional Spanish dishes the bandeja paise was delicious we will return.

If you are gluten free you will love ❤️ this place. I did all the food is gf and it's tasty. I will be back.

Wow this place is an absolute for anyone who follows a gluten free diet. It was absolute heaven to be able to eat anything on the menu without worry of cross contamination. My none celiac husband loved the food too, which isn’t always the case with gluten free. We both left feeling happy, full and wanted to plan our next visit! The staff are so friendly and food and drinks are provided quickly. Love love love it!!!

So many highlights with this restaurant. Excellent service, incredibly attentive and personable. It was great to have entirely gf food as an incredibly sensitive coeliac. I am also vegetarian and had plenty of choice. Food was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be back.

We stumbled on this place by chance as the restaurant we were aiming for had closed down. We were reading the menu laid on the tables outside when David (learned his name from other reviewers) encouraged us to come in. We are so glad we did. We have eaten tapas extensively in Spain and have been to Argentina several times so our expected standard for this type of food are pretty high. The food, service and good humour matched anything we’ve had elsewhere. David and his wife commit great energy to making the visit special. We will be back. A great place to go pre-theatre, after work or post-Leeds Market (they open at noon on Saturdays).

Wow, what a fabulous meal and relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The food was great. I hadn't told my friends that all of the meals were gluten free until we arrived. Like the owner said they serve great food which just happens to be gluten free, which for a Coeliac was an added bonus. I will definitely be back soon as all of the dishes looked lovely.

Shocked this place doesn’t have all bad reviews. Yet there’s no gluten, but the service feels like everyone’s 15 and on work experience and the food is tasteless across the board and insanely overpriced for how bad it is.

Visited here due to being gluten free, everything on the menu was GF. The owners were lovely and friendly, the food was amazing as were the cocktails!!! Ideally located for visiting the theatre. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

What a beautiful place with authentic food!! The owners are wonderful, homely and welcoming and they have salsa classes too!! They made me a mocktail with fresh ingredients and it was amazing! I really recommend this lovely place to everyone after scrumptious tapas and it’s completely gluten-free!!!! I live in London but would happily come up for casa leeds! X

The most gorgeous food and coeliac friendly, I felt so safe and got to enjoy a prolific and delicious menu. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

The food was incredible, absolutely delicious and all gluten-free so it's an absolute haven for Coeliacs. I'm not Coeliac but a lot of people in my party were and we were all thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere is relaxed, warm and friendly. The owner is very sweet and he did a fantastic job to sort out our bills for a large party. I will be eating here any time I come to Leeds! The one and only downside was that they were out of churros but I'll be back to try them as soon as I can!

We had such a wonderful evening! The man who served us was wonderful, absolutely lovely and hilarious and made the whole thing such a lovely experience. The food was incredible too, and the beautiful plants and decor were a nice touch. Will definitely be coming back.

We cannot recommend Casa highly enough … this is the best meal we have all had in a long time - the green calamares sauce was stunning!!! Everything is cooked extremely well, so fresh, packed full of flavour … the staff were so warm, smiley, funny and kind - the chefs are AMAZING!!! Great vibe/ambiance - wow! Fabulous!!!

First of all, as someone who is gluten intolerant, this restaurant is a breath of fresh air. The whole menu is gluten free and so so tasty! Often as gluten free eaters, we are either very limited in our choices or the food can often have the texture of sand. Not here though! Every dish is so moreish, we ordered almost the full menu! Secondly, what a lovely atmosphere! All the staff here are very friendly and super accommodating, making for a lovely evening of tapas enjoyed in this beautiful little place. We will be back!

Food is good but expensive for the portion size. For example, you only get one taco. I like tacos, henceforth I would have expected more tacos. They also don't leave the water at the table and make you call for more each time.

Some of the most delicious food I've ever had in my entire life, I ordered Peruvian chilli shredded beef with chunky chips and rice, it was so wonderfully spicy and flavourful I was genuinely sad when I'd finished it because I wanted to eat it again, the owner is so obviously very passionate about his craft and it shows, he gave my group an incredible dining experience, his charisma makes it worth coming for him alone, I highly recommend coming here if you ever have a chance as I certainly will be coming back. The fact that everything on the menu is gluten free makes it accessible to those with dietary restrictions too

The best food I have ever eaten, I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area, if you have any allergies they will cater to them no questions asked. Unfortunately would not recommend or revisit. Chose to go here for my 25th birthday dinner as the recent reviews were good, however it was the complete opposite for our visit. There were 4 of us and we spent around £150. The only saving grace for this place were the cocktails, which came out quickly and were nice. Service was not good, there was 5/6 tables and one waiter who would walk away in the middle of a conversation when the kitchen bell rang. We ordered around 13 tapas dishes (recommended 3 dishes per person by the waiter) and they literally came all at once, which is confusing as it is a small kitchen who couldn’t possibly have cooked all the food at once. Not sure if I was wrong to assume they’d come out in intervals as they were cooked. The waiter brought us every single dish in a row, the table was overflowing and we had to combine several dishes onto one plate ourselves to make room. This also meant that a lot of the food got cold as we had to make our way through them all sitting on the table. The food all tasted the exact same in seasoning, bar 2 different sauces/dips. We were extremely disappointed with the food. Not once did the waiter come over to check things were okay, didn’t even ask when we were paying the bill. Desserts were okay but not sure if that was just compared to the rest of the food. (Also no special birthday touch, which is picky and of course isn’t a major issue but don’t ask on the booking website for any special requests if there isn’t going to be any)

Great food, service and atmosphere

We had a fabulous meal on Tuesday. I'm coeliac and really struggle to find places I can enjoy a varied menu. Casa Leeds was perfect because the whole menu is 100% gluten free so I was able to share the tapas plates with friends. My friends wouldn't have even known they were eating gluten free food. The food was delicious, the service fantastic and very friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely. I can't recommend this place enough.

Best Colombian food in Britain!

Really awful experience. The chicken was tough and overcooked, the cheese empanadas were empty, the tapas dishes came out with big gaps between them. Most people I know didn’t know the restaurant was there, now they know it’s there and not to bother.

So...it had been a while. We live some 60 miles from Leeds and very occasionally visit. Previous visits had all been 'pre-pandemic' and we had all (up to 10 in our group) been blown away by the quality and presentation of the dishes, the 'vibe'...

I went out with friends here at Christmas time and the reason I know it was so good is because I’ve recommended it so many times since. The staff were lovely and friendly as well as just the right amount of attentive but not over powering. The food was really interesting and different but tasted beautiful. That’s why I’m recommending again here because it was such a lovely and memorable evening. Well done to the Casa team I will be coming again soon.

Ate here for the first time as the photos of the food reminded me of a Columbian restaurant in Amsterdam and there was mention of gluten free. The whole menu is suitable for people with gluten sensitivity. It doesn't lack taste because it's not made to be gluten free just smart ingredients. Better than the one in Amsterdam too. Don't second guess it - go here.

What a little gem! It was our first time visiting Casa, and certainly won't be the last. The food was fresh and plentiful. The service from the owner David was fantastic. It's so difficult to pick where to eat out when a lot of restaurants don't offer much choice on their gluten free menus. Everything was gluten free and tasted amazing. The athmosphore was good. The owner was very friendly, cocktails were good, there was this waiter with glasses was not nice, he should be more friendly, the wings were simple, also the sauce. The empanadas were good.
