Wonderful meal in a wonderful library. The only constructive feedback I'd give was that the pudding was a bit too heavy for after a filling curry. Ice cream or similar would have gone down better. The mango lassi was amazing!

Not clearly marked on the outside, but very nice inside. Food was just ok. Drinks were very weak. They recommended the bread as an appetizer because dinner would take a long time, but they came at the same time. Others have complained about the service, but it seemed like they hang back and only come when you nod, or wave them down. Bathrooms could’ve been cleaner… when it can to the bill we tried to split it 3 ways, which confused our waiter. He said “how am i going to do that”. Tipping in London was confusing. After we ran the cards through he said, how about something for me… I said, oh sure, but can i just lave a tip on my card. He was annoyed and just stormed off. Kind of a weird situation. To sum it up, good, not great.

Wow! What a special spot in London. This restaurant is hard to describe but in all the best ways. Everything we ordered was delicious and unique. Don’t come here expecting to be able to order all the classic Indian dishes you are accustomed to - but come with an open mind and you will be blown away! Several of the items we tried were recommendations from our server. Even the simpler things like lentils were simply delicious. To top it off, the service and unique atmosphere of the restaurant made it an exceptional experience! We will definitely be back on our next visit to London!

Everything about this restaurant is worth a visit: the place, the food, the service. We went there to celebrate a birthday and they added a nice attention with an extra dessert with candles. We had a great time and were surprised the service charge wasn’t included. We were a bit confused and not reactive enough so failed to ask to add it, but we really should have as everything was perfect!

Beautiful place. Food is excellent and so is service. Took my mum to celebrate her birthday at this establishment and the experience was amazing. The service by our waitress Taniya was truly impeccable. Very attentive to our needs.

Food is excellent, made with great ingredients and really innovative recipes. Service is okay, lots of staff, but drinks service is strangely slow and they don’t listen. The atmosphere is great and facilities, good, spacious, well maintained and clean. Lovely place to go for a special group meal to take it all in. Chicken starter, lamb curry and Indian cake were my choices and I enjoyed them. Well worth a visit, my overall mark stands at 4 given the drink situation frustrated us all and is easily solved.

My company recently co-hosted a private dinner at The Cinnamon Club and it was an excellent experience. Annabelle and Fawas took care of our room and they made us feel comfortable and cared for from the moment we arrived. My only recommendation would be a more visible sign outdoors because it was hard to find.

The service was excellent, with well cooked and interesting Indian styled food. We had the tasting menu with matching wines, which were wonderfully explained and delicious. I will definitely come back, to try the ala carte menu.

Really attentive service and waiters with a great sense of humour. We tried the lunch tasting menu and it was delicious, a great explanation of the use of spices and which part of India the flavour profile originated from. A grade II listed building and an interesting interior. I recommend

Excellent in every way. We had the tasting menu and every course a delight. Special mention for the pigeon, prawn and venison dishes which were truly exceptional. Service was outstanding and Giovanni the sommelier was simply first class. Bravo!

We were on the first day of the launch of the “HOLI” menu. Vivek Singh didn’t disappoint. A burst of color and flavor paid homage to the spring festival. From the chaat starters and the frozen Dahi vada as the palate cleanser sorbet was classic. All of us including one vegetarian every course. What a delightful meal.

Always a treat to eat at Cinnamon Club. Ideal location for business lunch in Westminster too. Food is excellent - consequently a little more expensive than more 'ordinary' Indian restaurants, but set menu is very good value for those on a budget.

Decor is good, food is excellent, made with great ingredients and really innovative recipes. Service is okay, lots of staff, but drinks service is verrrry slowww 🫤 This is a great place to go for a special meal, or good for Business dining, with its upstairs offering a more private Dining Area 😎 Some of the food is fantastic, such as the Jack Fruit Starter or the Lamb Curry. Some food is not so great, such as the King Prawn Curry with Vermicelli (yes, 'Vermicelli', they also serve 'Risotto' which I found strange given it's an Indian..? 🤣) Well worth a visit 👍

Fantastic food, venue and ambience. Drinks were very expensive which means that customers may generally only go for a very special occasion.

Tried the tasting menu, exquisite and highly recommended. Personally I would have loved a real ale to go with it though.

Going back next week. Fabulous restaurant - venue, food and service. Excellent with allergies - no fuss. One waiter was a little less friendly than the others hence 4 stars not 5, but it was great. New fan.

I went because of the intriguing ambiente, but the amazing food (i had the vegan 4 course menue) blew my tastebuds and the staff gave me a warm welcoming feeling.

Nice meal, good wine and friendly service. The food was tasty but the dishes could have been a bit spicier.

We tried the tasting menu with wine flight as an anniversary treat - it was worth it. The service was great, the staff friendly, the food amazing and the wine-pairing spot-on. Yes it was pricey and yes it did get a bit noisy (it has a high ceiling) but definitely going back to try the standard menu in the near future.

Visited a number of times. Excellent service and very good wide ranging menus. Service makes dinners feel special which is in short supply in other restaurants.

We were treated o a delicious dinner in beautiful surroundings. Everything tasted fresh and the presentation was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the dessert platter.

My daughter - in - law had booked a table for six people for lunch for my birthday. We were warmly greeted by Bhimu and Santosh who too our coats and directed us to the cosy, comfortable lounge/bar while we waited for our table. We were then shown to our table and served mainly by Giovanni with support from Shakal and Yoanna. We were treated to a glass of champagne (or virgin cocktail for those not drinking alcohol) and served an amuse bouche of lentil dumpling with curried yoghurt and tamarind chutney sauce while we selected our 3 courses from the set lunch menu. A jazz duo was playing which was lovely - not too loudly so we could still chat. The service was attentive but not fussy, the food was delicious, all the staff were helpful and were able to explain the dishes and guide us in our selection of wines. I especially enjoyed my Keema Methi Gosht – lamb and mince curry with fresh fenugreek, pilau rice and the dessert (Sticky garam masala pudding with vanilla custard). At the end of the meal, as well as little bites (mini madeleines etc) with out coffees/teas, I was treated to an individual mini birthday cake (saffron cake I think) with a candle and the waiting staff sang Happy Birthday to me. A real delight all round.

Nowhere near as good as it used to be. Did the tasting menu which took an age. Quality of ingredients wasn't great and everything tasted of the same thing - masala. Pigeon breast and lamb chops were sinewy and poor - looked good but almost inedible. £95 a head for this is bordering on extortionate and there is a lot of competition out there now - need to revisit the entire offering and stop living on reputation. Been going to this branch of the Cinnamon club since it first opened but that's the last time.

Great environment and tasty food. However, the portions were really quite small, which was disappointing. Also disappointing was the complete lack of low alcohol beer, the menu showed cobra 0% but they did not have it and we were offered Peroni, which was not on the menu. In this day and age such an alcohol focus is not acceptable. The final let down, the mens toilets absolutely reaked, it was more like Twickenham at the end of an Army v Navy game than a high end restaurant, to be honest Wetherspoons are better. Despite the tasty food it was a poor experience and simply not worth it.

This is a lovely venue for a slow, relaxed lunch with friends. The room is beautiful. I enjoyed my meal but not as much as I had anticipated. My husband had reservations about his. I chose chicken then fish and then sorbet. The sorbets were very good. My husband chose venison for the main course and a dark, round desert with custard. He found the pudding heavy and dull. The Chardonnay wine was very good but it is pretty expensive!

Excellent pretheatre menu. Food original and appealing, very tasty, and well presented. Quantities appropriate. Service friendly and efficient and discreet. Overall excellent meal.

It's years since I last had the pleasure of dining at The Cinnamon Club and I'd forgotten how fabulous the food is: Indian fusion combining the best of flavours and textures from the Sub-continent, both bold and subtle, with a lightly treated overlay of vegetable and meat protein from this part of the world: dahl with lamb fillet, venison with a coconut curry and so forth. Perfect amuses bouches. Quite unforgettable. Impeccable, unobtrusive service, great wine list and bloody mary's to die for. Quite pricey but worth every penny.

Booked for a work dinner with a large group of 15 people. Our waitress Annabelle was fantastic, really went above and beyond and was especially attentive to one of our guests with a dietary requirement. Lovely food, great atmosphere and beautiful setting.

Previous visits I’ve really enjoyed the food and service. But the last visit was disappointing. Mostly down to service (food this time round was not great, but that may just have been my vegetarian choice) On service, we seemed to be waiting to catch attention of the waiters/waitresses to order our deserts and then teas. It felt like a bit of a struggle. Instead of simply being busy, it’s good to see if guests are waiting for help/attention. Also crack a smile and look like you are enjoying your work. Stone/serious faces don’t feel very welcoming. Maybe it was just a bad day for them. I will be visiting again and will update my review then.

While the person at the front desk was welcoming, the waiter was haughty and dismissive. When one of our party asked to hold off on ordering the pudding for the brunch, he insisted she make the choice immediately. Then he skipped my wife as she was about to ask a question and went directly to me, as if he did not want to be bothered by her waiting. Looked off into the room instead of us as we ordered. Rude. Of the three meals, the chicken was excellent. The fish was overcooked, while the lamb was so spicy it was almost inedible. We have come many times before but would have to think twice before returning, especially with so many excellent options in the vicinity.

There is no ambience in the restaurant- super bright. Very loud, no music. The service is very poor: understaffed and stressed. The food is tasty but not worth more than half of the price you are asked to pay. It’s definitely overpriced place.

Food was top class as you would expect but the gents toilets were far under par and had an awful smell - something you would expect from a seaside public convenience

Service was little underwhelming, except the manager who was constantly checking and attentive. Bit slow, especially for drinks. Starters and Main course were excellent, superb preparation. Dessert was a bit disappointment, especially Almond and Date one. Shrikhand was very bland. overall, a very good experience

Have always enjoyed this place. What better setting for an elegant dining experience than the old Westminster Library. And the food as usual was top shelf from the chef’s tasting app to the dessert. Highly recommend for those who love modern Indian cuisine.

I have never tasted food like this, my tandoori chicken was melt in the mouth. We have the Saturday Jaz brunch which is excellent value for money. From the moment we walked in the staff were so attentive taking our coats, going through the menu options and remained as attentive throughout the whole time we were there. The restaurant itself is a gorgeous place with a relaxing but high class ambiance. I cannot recommend this place enough, thank you to everyone who looked after us on Saturday. Loved the Jazz music too !!

We went to celebrate my wife's birthday, Outstanding meal

We were underwhelmed when visiting. The cocktails pre-dinner. They had not been shaken over ice. The seating is quite cramped but the ambiance in the restaurant was good. Service was incredibly slow. The starters were OK, trout very good but the mains were just OK. The halibut was well cooked but rather than crusted was just placed on a sauce. Our order was wrong, missing add on items and with a duplicate order of breads and sips. The breads were mainly alike greasy and tasteless. Not upto scratch.

To begin with, I must say, the food was indeed excellent. However, that's where the positives end. We went out for dinner on Valentine's Day, and the evening got off to a rocky start when we had to request water four times. It took 40 minutes for the first course to arrive, but unfortunately, it was meant for another table. After it was swiftly taken away, we had to wait once again. Our total time in the restaurant was 3 hours, with an hour passing between the starter and the main course and another 30 minutes between main and dessert. In addition, my dish I have selected were suddenly no longer available. And thats on a Valentine’s menu? Moreover, the waitstaff seemed overwhelmed and frequently forgot about tables, which resulted in dissatisfaction among many guests. And this for 200 pounds. That is not reasonable! P.S. We did receive a complimentary drink as an apology for the lengthy wait.

Valentine special in main room was well done, service a little too impersonal, other than the main host we saw at the beginning and end. Live music was a nice touch and perfect for the ambiance. Food very good.

We had a fantastic evening at the Cinnamon Club the food was outstanding as usual and the service was amazing. There was also a live jazz band that were very good and a lovely surprise. I would highly recommend the cinnamon club but there’s a chance it could ruin going to your local curry restaurant…there’s no comparison.

Food was amazing and table service was great too, front of house was a bit disorganised however and forgot to seat us when we were waiting at the bar for our table to be readied and only seated us when we checked on them. They didn't offer to take our coats either and we had to ask about this also. Otherwise a lovely visit and a top draw old fashioned.

By far the best curry experience I have ever had..the food and service were superb

My father has been taking us to this restaurant for 15 years, and there is a reason why we will always come back. There is almost always an interesting twist on some element of the dish, today the jackfruit and lotus root kebab and the vegan gulab jamun desserts did it for us. The som (or manager?) was a most considerate and elegant person. Always something interesting on the wine list, always good.

Outstanding doesn’t do the cinnamon club justice. The ambiance is spectacular, the service was excellent, the location is fantastic, and the food was absolutely beyond any expectations. I would prioritize going to the cinnamon club again and again, it was the absolute best experience.

The staff were super, very efficient and friendly. The lighting was too bright, but the ambience otherwise with all the books is very effective. We were post concert time so 9.45pm and they didn't make us rush our meal. The selection of food was delicious. We would have liked to have a large Kingfisher, or Cobra bottle for two of us, instead of endless small bottles. We had already had champagne at the concert so didn't want any wine. The waitress was happy to take a photograph. We were a party of 6 and will definately go back soon. I have been previously for dinner and all my friends love it.

My friend and I had an amazing meal at the Cinnamon Club. The food was perfectly spiced, imaginative and very tasty. The service was attentive but not intrusive. We chose food from the 3 course set menu, which contains a good variety of food options and is great value for money. We will definitely be back for more!
