Best restaurant in the town and the staff are fantastic.

Extensive menu, great food, very friendly staff and excellent service.

Fantastic experience in the bistro I went in with my wife for a date night, the food was outstanding, Laura and Mollie, food service staff and bar staff were great. I really liked the cocktail menu, especially the weekly specials which were a twist on the usual. I have gone a few times since with the kids and have never had a bad meal or service. Get here people.

As always, the food was amazing, the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Prices are very reasonable, never have to wait long for a table. Great place to eat anytime of the day. Totally recommended

Great quality food at solid prices. The food isn’t amazing, but it is good value for money and the service is great. It’s an enjoyable visit every time and would recommend for a more pub-grub style of food.

We had a fabulous lunch,one of the best we had in a long time.All 3 of us could not fault the service or food.and would highly recommend Dalys.We watched the food coming from the kitchen, and every dish looked beautiful and the aromas where devine.Portion size was excellent with a great choice. Will be back.

Family meal. great service . Beautiful food. party of 7 with everyone enjoying their meals . Really busy but it was Christmas. The staff copped really well.

Brought the mains out without the sides , had to wait about 7 extra minutes for them steak was rare not medium rare , came back and said he gave me the wrong steak and chicken then brought it back and said it was actually the right one , asked for peppered sauce and got chirso sauce until they changed it , awful service for the price it cost

Heard lots of positive recommendations about Dalys so being in the neighborhood and hungry decided to go there for lunch and it didn’t disappoint 👍 We had starters first then the fish and chips and a pasta dish , portions were more than ample , the food was delicious and the service excellent, this place is run very professionally with a very friendly atmosphere, enjoyed the experience so much we decided to make it a weekly lunch or dinner venue .

Went here today for lunch, I ordered chilli chicken pitta pocket, they brought me beef, was told it was my fault and no apology made. My friend ordered 50/50 her chicken was pink on the inside, she was told it was a busted vein inside the chicken which burst whilst being cooked. Definitely will never be back in the place.

First time visit and I am impressed! Really good grub, all very well cooked and tasty. Portion sizes are also just right. Only Cesar salad could be a bit better. Sauce was bland and way too much granulated parmesan. But everything else was top notch. Chips are fantastic. Service was very good and friendly. Food came out fast even when restaurant was fully booked. Looking forward to coming back. Defo recommend this place.

We had a 'fabulous," evening and meal at Daly's on our holiday. The atmosphere, staff and fellow patrons were so friendly!!!!! The food was fabulous, live music and unexpected and incredible experience. The young blonde singer was so talented and kind and sweet.Staff couldn't do enough for us and was our fondest memory of Derry by far. Kind of place we would return to over and over again if I lived there.

Have been to this restaurant 3 times in 4 weeks. The staff very friendly, tidy & efficient on all occasions, premises very clean & food sooo soooo good. A total 100% in all aspects. I very highly recommend an experience eating here

Friendly staff my partner uses a wheelchair and staff go out of their way to make sure she is accommodated ok. Great menu food is beautiful and the staff are chatty

Went in on the way back from Wild Ireland and it was absolutely gorgeous. Brilliant food (lots of gluten free choices) and incredibly friendly staff.

This is one of the best restaurants in Derry at the moment. We have been several times and the food is consistently good and great value. I always have the trio of fish tacos which is amazing one with calmari , one with salmon and one with battered fish just delicious and a huge portion . The fish and chips is also good, wine is £16 a bottle. The wings starter is nice but not as generous a portion as another nearby restaurant but very tasty. Service is very friendly and efficient. They don't take bookings so be prepared to wait for a table in the evening at weekends. Good parking behind the restaurant .

Have been here before and food was delicious but went here for dinner Saturday night and it was just ok, food was mediocre, large portions, garlic chips had little to no garlic and were cold, had trio of buns which were slightly hard and tasteless..... Entertainment on was good, but we were seated quite close and not good when out having dinner with someone as cannot hear the other person... crowd was quite lairy and people came sat next to us literally joined our table and whilst we were still eating. And asked when we were leaving as they had friends coming and wanted seats. Would recommend going earlier maybe better.

Consistently excellent food and really friendly and helpful staff, I would highly recommend. As a family we go here quite oftenand st weekends the entertainment is top quality.

Excellent food, service but brilliant the servers kept checking did we have enough food/happy etc. Reasonably priced but seems to be the same menu each year but it's great, don't fix what isn't broken.

Manager on duty was rude and loud when I had a reaction to chilli on food which was not listed on menu. Other staff were very helpful.

Was in Derry visiting family and 3 of us decided to go out for dinner last week. Arrived after 7. 30pm, busy but seated in no time and given menus/specials to choose from. Queried a few dishes and waitress was very knowledgeable on menu. Very generous portion sizes, food full of flavours and nothing was any bother to the staff. Very reasonable prices and would highly recommended if you want delicious food, excellent service and a friendly atmosphere.

We entered at around 7.45pm. It was quite busy and we were asked to wait at the bar for a table. We could clearly see a few empty tables but said nothing. Then we were given a table after 15 minutes waiting time. We ordered our food and drinks. We waited a long time on the food and by this time it was very quiet. The food came out and we waited a while for side dishes, mine came when I had half my meal ate and his later again. I ordered pepper sauce and asked 3 times for it and I still didn't get it by the end of the meal. The staff seemed too busy trying to get cleared up and go as I believed their shifts were nearly over. Would never go in at this time again. Not a good experience at all and service was awful. Sorry Dalys but points lost this time. Not good.

Always on point. 🎯 We had a sharing platter, tacos nachos, duck spring rolls and fries as we didn't fancy mains so shared instead. Loads of choice and very reasonable. The fish taco selection in particular was full of flavour. Good all round and great service!

Was in Saturday and even though the lovely lady at the door told us it would be a long wait for a table, we didn't expect it to be so long, the service from the floor staff was top class and the food was absolutely gorgeous (whenever it arrived lol).

Dinner with the fam in the back bistro area. Had a fantastic night. Ordered the pasta and the mexican platter - superb food and fantastic service. Enjoyed the 2piece band later in the evening. Will be back for that platter for sure.

Has to be the best pub food in Derry. Everything comes piping hot, cooked to perfection and presented well. The staff are attentive without being pushy, glasses and cutlery spotless. Cannot praise it enough. Oh and definitely the best chips and garlic potatoes ever. I recommend the Thai fish curry with side of chips, amazing.

Great Food Great Staff and very reasonable Prices

I was here with my daughter and her husband. We were home visiting my family! Very unhappy with the waiters unfriendly response to my daughter and her husband. Just because they had English accents. My daughter said all the times she's visited Derry she has never felt so unwelcome. I was extremely saddened by this!!!

Not had a bad meal yet love the Mexican burger.... Pints are great and had a bad pint or to in the past and they gave fresh one no questions asked.

A Class place, front bar & back ,food service real good, as was the customer service & staff cudnt do enough for me,very homely & comfortable suroundings & atmostphere that just takes the stresses of daiLy life away its a 10 out of 10 for me folks for deffs😍💯

Went here for a family dinner of 9 and everyone was satisfied. Not only do they have great vegetarian and vegan options their service is top notch!. Best atmosphere and dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Definitely recommend giving the veggie pie a shot! 10/10

Dined in Dalys of Shantallow, food was just wonderful. Plenty of food and well dressed plates. Really busy with loads of locals. Great service too, it was wonderful . Competitively priced menu with a great variety of food to choose from. We'll worth a visit.

We visit 3 or more times per month and the food is always perfect as is the service. We were in the Hiton Templepatrick for Sunday lunch last week and to be fair it was very good but we both agreed not as good as Daly's. Thanks to Caroline and all staff. Excellent at a very reasonable price. Of course we will see youvall soon!

Must complement the staff firstly. Although we had a slight wait as we had no booking.staff were very plesant and friendly. I had the calamari that was highlighted as a special by the waitress, and it was the best I have ever had.they have an extensive menu. Food and service has been hit and miss the last few times we’ve been; long wait times to order food and the quality of food has gone downhill (e.g. lacking seasoning/ flavour). Biggest rip-off is charging customers £4.60 for a pint of Diet Coke?!

Beautiful pub / bisto. Friendly staff on arrival because it was so busy it was a 1 hour 20 min wait for a table. As we weren't in any rush we went to the main bar and had a few drinks very friendly attentive staff. We just had a stater and main couldn't fault it was delicious. Finished our main course and went back to the main bar as music was playing.
