The Ben and Jerry's I ordered and payed for was not with the food

Before confirming the order the site stated upto 75 minutes. After payment it became 3 hours. The food was due latest 20.25 and arrived at 21.30. I had left the address by then and my husband sent the driver away with the food. It was far too late and no telephone call or email to let us know there was a problem. Nothing since either and I have not been refunded. Terrible experience.

Avoid this place like the plague. Forgot the chips from my daughter’s meal and then told me they’d send the driver out to redeliver them. Waited an hour and no chips, phoned again to be told that the driver didn’t feel it was worth driving back to deliver them. They then refused to offer a refund so I’ve now paid £10 for a burger! Absolute rip off, terrible customer service and to top it off the food was rubbish and cold. Don’t order from them, save your money and order from OFC!

Food was over an hour and a half late and arrived cold. Called multiple times to ask where the order was, I was told they were on the way when they weren’t twice.Very expensive and average food. £16 for a extra large chicken kebab that looks pretty standard size with a tiny bit of salad. Then they also forgot 3 drinks we ordered. Terrible service won’t order again.

i got told order was on it way and didn’t get delivered for another 20/25 mins for a 5 min drive maybe even less, and then when it came i didn’t get an apology about the wait or anything

going a bit down hill iv ordered a few time a month but unfortunately the food is a bit disappointing chips cold/cheese not melted. and the burgers are a bit rubbery. hoping for better soon ..

Food arrived late, and my chips were cold. Also my buy 1 get 1 free pizza deal didn't discount the price, so I ended up paying full price. wasn't happy.

All 4 pizzas were stone cold and also on the website it states buy one get one free on 10, 12 and 14” pizzas and was over charged. Screen shot of the deal can be seen at the bottom of the pizza list on the menu online.

Chicken overcooked. Was very dry and the coating was near to burned.

the burger and wrap were great, ice cream was... not icecream anymore, seemingly having been unfrozen and refrozen so many times it was more like crystals of ice and curdled milk?

AVOID*AVOID*AVOID How I wish I read the reviews on here first, basically agree with most of the negative comments on here £14.40 for a hand full of chips 5 pieces of chicken loads of lettuce and some sad onion rings (not hard to cook really 10 min in fryer if that) on to my next point the dude seems like he cart be bothered to serve you or cook the food, don't understand why have a takeaway if you don't like to cook food for people, o well will never go here again and will advise all the workers am down here with week in week out to avoid too

Food was luke warm... And not very nice at all

So expensive for mediocre food. For a small pizza you can get a large pizza from ofc even cheaper than what Dillans charge for a small.

We ordered a chicken Shish kebab for £8 and only got 4/5 small chunks of chicken into the kebab. Have pics if needed but that is out of order. £8 for 4 chunks I can go shopping and get a kilo of chicken for that

The delivery person was lovely but the food was disappointing. For how expensive the quality was poor. The pizza crust was foam like and the chips soggy.

It arrived around half hour or so early, which for us was great!

Kebab is ok pizza is rubbish, no service over priced and don't answer the phone, clearly aimed at pissed who don't know

Absolutely awful meal. £18.50 !!! Complete waste of money. Ordered 2x Lamb Shish kebabs and medium portion of chips this evening. Got back to holiday home and counted 5 chunks of meat substitute a lot of lettuce and onion. Stay away if I was you. First time I have ever writes bad review for anyone.

I’m on holiday here. And I bought 2 lamb lush kebabs and got back home to find 5 chunks of substitutes meat and a pile of lettuce and onion all for £16!!!! Complete waste of money. Wish I had checked reviews before purchasing. Buy at your own risk. First ever negative review I have ever had to write about anything.

First time going here amazed to walk in and see that they sell 18inch pizzas treated mother for tea Donna kebab and chips it was lovely only complaint is having to buy coleslaw separate but pizza deals 7 days a week buy 1get 1 half price I will definitely be returning when passing by

I usually order from this place whenever I feel like takeaway but today I felt scammed. I ordered a very simple meal. A wrap, a burger and a kebab for me and my family. The delivery time was fine. But I didn’t get the kebab. Came with the wrap and burger and that’s it. I phoned up and the person on the phone was not very helpful at all. Considering it was completely their fault not mine. I felt like I was getting blamed for it. I asked if they could deliver the kebab. Or refund me the money, and they refused saying I either pay 5 pound cash delivery (again…) or I just accept my loses and don’t receive the food I payed for. (No refund offered) In the end, after trying to argue with the guy on the phone, I payed the extra delivery cost. And they deliver me another wrap. they didn’t even get it right the second time lol…

The food was over 30mins late. Even after it was a couple mins late and we called the shop we were told ot had left and would be 20mins tops. Naturally weren't too happy about that. But it was even longer than that. When it arrived everything was stone cold and needed heating. Which then made everything soggy and the mayonnaise go runny.

On the menu it says that it is double pepperoni/double cheese. I counted 10 pieces of pepperoni on the entire pizza. For “normal” pepperoni, would we have 5 pieces? It is not the first time, but I said maybe it was a mistake, but no, they do not offer what they say they are selling

Arrived a few minutes before collection time and the food was ready to go and was nice and hot. Also had to contact them regarding an allergen. They checked the ingredients on the items in one of the dishes to check. Top Service!

Took roughly 2 hours to go 5 mins down the road, didn’t realise until after I ordered the wait time was 2 hours or I wouldn’t have bothered. Especially after the food turned up. Slightly warm food, chips and onions rings were just mush and for nearly £45 you don’t get much. Would avoid at all costs.

They seem to overinflated their delivery times. Was originally quoted just over an hour. Ordered and quoted 2.5 hours and then delivered even earlier. Made it very difficult to plan our evening.

The doner was a medium at best and cheesy chip were only just warm. Not as good as previous orders. Sorry as I don't like being negative Gucci was looking forward to my cheeky takeaway

When ordering it didn’t say there was over an hour wait, it only told me after I paid. The garlic bread was cold. I ordered cheesecake which was absolutely frozen and I couldn’t even get a knife through it. Took a pic where you can see the ice over it but there doesn’t seem to be an option to add here. Overall very disappointing. I also notice they don’t tell you about the service charge and bag charge so it’s £4 delivery £1 extra charge and £4 for a frozen awful looking dessert. Waste of money!

Useless. Placed an order for 5 people, 4 orders arrived. Called delivery driver but she was “too busy driving home” and said contact the shop. Called the shop, dude never answered. Utter useless. Now one of the lads is on the toilet. Stay away.

Found it very expensive but they was the only company to deliver 7 miles out of town. Delivery took 1 hour although was told it would take 2. And the delivery girl found our caravan which impressed me. I was expecting a call, to go to the entrance of the park. Food was hot and tasty

Prices are ridiculous. There's literally no need to charge what they do. If it was 5* gourmet food then maybe.. but it's actually worse than the other pizza takeaways in town.. so what's the point? I paid £15 for a pizza which in my opinion was small, I was still hungry after I finished it. Not good. I think their most expensive pizza is about £30. Who in their right mind charges/buys a pizza for £30?

Although the food arrived quickly, it was all luke warm, and the chips were all in a bed of oil..not nice at all, we cut our losses and cooked a pizza instead.

The pizzas wasn’t cooked properly so they tasted of dough and flour and they just couldn’t be eaten. Text message saying food was on way sent to us half hour before it actually left the shop as we called the kebab place

Dillans have been getting worse and worse, raising delivery cost and raising prices of everything while food quality getting worse. Stopped ordering from them and switched to OFC.

The pizzas were amazing, so good! Service excellent too- very quick delivery. Definitely will order again. Would have given five stars but the kebab pitta was soggy and the polystyrene container disappointing.

Complete disgrace. Customer service horrible. Food service is a complete joke! 2 chicken burgers for £20 wait for it one of them is not even a meal!! not allowed sauce have to pay £1extra. Like seriously! U should see the portion of food you get. Avoid this place. Complete rip off. When complained about the sauce he tells me its the rules and the boss makes the rules. Like really over sauce call your boss and guess what he's not around! Shock! Only 1 person enjoyed there meal (hawaiian pizza). The bbq pizza was bland. The chicken kebabs were inedible and tasted like the chicken was off.

The chips were awful they tasted like they been reheated from the night before as they were soggy

I was quiet disgusted with the kebab I received literally bit of pitta bread five chunks of chicken and a side of salad that was just in the corner of the box. Very pricy for £7 and it was a medium kebab. It was a good size for a child’s portion kebab not an adults.

Ordered both XL Doner and Chicken kebabs both really tasty and delivered early,

brillant once again and arrived early thanks again.

Chips tasted like there were cooked and then recooked

Fillet burger was cold and barely able to eat it. There was no taste in it. Hot wings were very oily. The fries were not cooked well and very watery. Not recommended

Food was just very bland and lacked any kind of flavour and was chewy, me and my nephew was disappointed and barely ate any as it just wasn't nice. The salad was the best part unfortunately.

We ended up collecting instead as the wait for a delivery was so long. Mum ended up throwing away her chicken because it was just awful.
