Well fitted and tastefully set out pub, great service, wide selection of ales

Came here to have a few drink started playing a trivia gane and the staff was playing with us super cheap super cheerful (manager on shift Alex) and Grant boss people highly recomend

Very disappointed. The place was recommended by our Hotel but they had no steaks available and what made it worse was the fact that the lad behind the bar didn't appear sorry or bothered, so we drank up and went to the Steak House next door which did a phenomenal ribeye. Won't be going back to The Dutton.

Absolutely an amazing experience Alex, grant and the manager on shift on the 9th of April were lovely would definitely recommend coming to this pub atmosphere is amazing food outstanding and service the best you could ask for

Staff were really welcoming, fast service and the food was delicious too. Lovely modern, warm and clean premises in a very run down area. Blackpool isn't what it used to be, lots of closed/shutdown/derelict buildings, such a shame.

In all the years I've lived in Blackpool I've never once been into this pub but went in today and it was fantastic! Beautifully decorated, clean and warm with a friendly atmosphere to boot. The food was belting and so tasty! Will be going again!

Not a place that I've been to much, but decided to go for a rare outing for something to eat. Lovely new decor, friendly, light hearted, fast service. The food was delivered, piping hot and tasty, the only problem being that my eyes were bigger than my belly!! A good chat with the short Polish girl who was very polite. Will I be back? Most definitely 🙂

Nice pub, obviously recently refurbished to a good standard. Good choice of food and drink. Staff helpful and friendly.

Had the all-day breakfast and the hunters chips, to say we were disappointed is an understatement, the sausages were hard, and inedible the bacon was burnt black... toast was hard.. the eggs whites were runny not cooked. As for the hunters chips, the fork wouldn't even go into the chicken it was dry and hard again, not edible.... the hunters' chips were replaced, but these were cold, and the bacon was this time undercooked.... we will deffinatly not return

Visited here last weekend with my family. Was a fantastic experience from the moment we got there to the moment we left! Will definitely be visiting again in the summer!

Was staying next door at Viking and wanted to watch the champions league game barman told me it shuts at 10 i can honestly say I've never been in a pub that shuts so early im sure it is a decent boozer but ive not noticed it yet

A welcome sight on a cold day during the closed season. Only wanted a hot drink and got a very warm welcome. Thank you for this oasis in a desert.

Booked Christmas lunch for four people staff friendly but over worked one serving food and one bar staff felt sorry for them . Main problem was the food good portion but presentation wow looked like a child had dished it up the vegetables was so over boiled picked a sprout up with fork kept falling off everything was not fresh all frozen food .The apple pie was cold and the custard was luke warm all done in a microwave paid £55 per person wasn't expecting top food but still we recon we left at least two thirds of dinner very disappointing like i said staff no problem with the chef though needs to learn how to cook vegetables instead of nuking the he'll out of them won't be recommending or going back for food .

Very friendly reception & service, pub was warm on a cold and windy night, food was all excellent and cooked perfectly - portions were generous. Our puppy was welcomed and spoilt too!

Love this place its always cosy whether you want a quick bite or a big meal. Foods always cooked right and prices are good always a good atmosphere as well 🥰

Popped in for a couple of drinks and a sharing platter. Great value and tasty.

Shame walked in tonight and looked a great pub . 2 people arrived at the bar before me and were ordering food, cups of tea ect .....no problem . A second barman walked round the bar to dispose of some empty bottles . He then saw a customer get off his chair and approach the bar . Before he got to the bar he asked what his order was . Not who's next ect . As this is one of my pet hates , my wife and I left . Wetherspoons it was then , ordered off their app.

Called in last Saturday with my pup Martha, had an amazing chicken club sub and my pup had sausages. We were very welcome by the staff and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Will definitely go back when we visit Blackpool again.

Frist time in with puppy staff were very dog friendly which made us at easy will be back again

Staff amazing like the new lad Taylor been there month and a half good addition to the team, the dogs are good company also sat cuddling for a while, every staff are good wish I new there names to mention kitchen staff are amazing

Nice dog friendly pub had Latte and cheesecake both were good but had to wait for the cheesecake to thaw.

We booked the dutton Arms as it was dog friendly and fid meals at reasonable prices, so we booked for 5pm but arrived 4.30 to watch the football! We were given a corner table with the dog and both the lads serving were fantastic thank you so much for going above and beyond! Everything was excellent! We will certainly call again when were back next year 🙌🏻

As a dog friendly venue it was great. But food… So they ran out of a lot of food on the weekend. We arrived monday. Even by tuesday still had a lot of missing items. Got a steak and turned up cold yet chips and onion rings were hot.

No frills public house nice clean and good value for money

Went to the Dutton yesterday 29/10/23 sat down at a table which was filthy food left on table from previous customers but when I asked someone to come and clean it they did IN A FASHION. wife went to the ladies toilets stairs leading to the toilets were DISGUSTING don’t they employ cleaners at the pub if they do they need to do job a bit more throughout the pub in every area

Ideal for live sport and family friendly. Decent enough drink choices, didn’t eat but the food menu looked reasonable with plenty of choice. Only let down is that it’s not the cleanest of places.

Food was ok as was the service. Quite noisy for talking.

Very poor service. Abrupt staff incl manager. Sandwich roll microwaved meaning chewy and hard. Not following menu description.

They served 9 of us, as a walk in. Grant was brilliant, he checked our granddaughters order was suitable as she is allergic to shellfish and peanuts. Food order arrived quickly and all was correct even though we tweaked nearly every meal. We will come again next time we visit Blackpool.

The food was beautiful, I haven't had a pub meal of that calibre in a very long time. The staff were very polite and accommodating. I will definitely be eating here again next time we're in Blackpool. Outstanding!

Staff in here are very unfriendly and not helpful at all supposed to be dog friendly when we ask for a dog bowl as we couldn't find one the girl behind the bar rolled her eyes and pulled a face.. Won't be visiting here in a hurry and certainly not eating here now

Half of the menu unavailable which when I reflect may have been a blessing in disguise as the stench of urine from the worst gents I've ever seen increased ,absolutely disgusting the swarm of flies was fitting. NEVER AGAIN

Came here for breakfast on 01.10.23 service was absolutely appalling. The staff member who needed to pick his face off the floor asked was so rude. Ordered a full English. Came cold, and it was like eating out of chip pan, full of grease. Avoid eating breakfast here.

Great place to come with dogs as staff love them. And great to see dog treats and bowld for dogs Been here several times always had impressive service. Good quality food reasonable prices and good choice of beer and spirits. Very friendly staff Our server Darren was very helpful. Told us whats good to have.

Ordered 4 rare steaks 2 10oz and two 5oz for the kids. One 5oz steak came back well done, raised with staff who accused my daughter of eating half of it - seems he compared it to our 10oz steaks. So after accusing my 13 year old daughter of being a liar and watching her cry, the grown man mumbled a sorry, damage already done. Try to support pubs and treated like that, ruined the rest of our weekend break. Will not be returning!

We were in Blackpool for a gig and walked along the front to have a drink . Came across the Dutton Arms and liked all the brightly coloured tables and the fact it was very sheltered thanks to the clear Perspex. Staff were friendly and the drinks very reasonable. We were so lucky to have such a sunny day late September and spent a lovely couple of hours sitting outside . Looking forward to our next trip and now calling Dutton Arms our ( Blackpool ) local

Large pub with numerous TV and food menu. Only popped in for a drink so can't rate the food. Good place to watch sporting events. It was midweek so not very busy

Walked out. Asked for a kids menu. Got " there's one at the table" There wasn't. Or the surrounding 4 tables. I'd already checked before asking. Bar girl then went and found one that was soggier than a beer mat after 6 pints ....... Table was manky. Walked away.......

What we got was nothing like the menu showed a few meatballs and some 6.48dorito crumbs considering the cost won't make that mistake again

Only place I could find that was dog friendly on the Blackpool Prom !

Firstly, the staff service was excellent. However, from ordering to food being on table was 3 minutes. For Cumberland sausages, mash, peas and gravy that was far too quick. The mash was so hard I couldn't pick it up easily with a fork. The sausages were not Cumberland, the gravy was full of lumps. A family member had paid for my meal and it was so dreadful, I refunded them immediately. I would not recommend this pub's food and its the worse I have experienced in the Stonegate chain. Big tip for the manager : Visit the White Horse in Aberystwyth to see the excellent quality of food served in that Stonegate pub. Then sack your chef!

This pub is a lovely cosy pub unfortunately the staff are not and as above over charged me when challenged they told me there was nothing they could do as they sniggered

Over priced and piss all over the floor in a place that sales food and drink nasty Plus bouncer thinks he some big thing Shoulder barging people out of the way for no reason what so ever

Vist regularly, food n drink, table wasn't cleaned before serving food, need to step up on this hygiene

Really nice I had a double burger with bacon and cheese it was the best burger I've tasted so juicy I bought 2 ×burger meals and 2 pints larger £21.58 well worth very good portions 😁👍

When I went in it was busy. The staff were kept very busy but they served you with a smile. Very friendly staff. They're a credit to the bar.

Stood around for 15 mins for me having to ask are they serving food as no one even come to take orders or put and when i did ask hour and half wait jokes

Wasnt a good experience im afraid. I have been here many of times in the past its gone down hill. Entered the pub and went to the toilets thats before even buying drinks and food. The ladies toilets are a disgrace, my husband said the mens are passable but that saying it politely . In the ladies every toilet had no toilet paper except one. A few toilets were not flushed and the toilet at the end what looked like it was continuing flushing for whatever reason with a pool of water on the floor.There was no cleaner in sight. It really needs a cleaner to maintain a good standard. Secondly we ordered food for myself, husband and 9yr old. The barman said enjoy your meals which i thought was very nice, however the waitress never said a word, looked miserable and just stated what meals they were i would have thought the waitress may have said enjoy or something to that effect but she didnt nor did she do check back which is what im coming onto next. I had a hair in my food, chicken/bacon chips, disgusting! which put me off the whole of my meal the picture shows. I noticed it right from the start so as you can see i wasted a lot of it and barely touched it. I picked the hair out but realised i just couldnt continue eating the rest of it which in hindsight i wish i had made a complaint at the time. Its a shame me writing this but the standards of cleaning in the dutton needs to be looked at and dramatically improved if i was to ever have food in here again which is why ive only given 2stars

Great place busy but good atmosphere food was nice and came out fast too and drinks decent prices

We stopped here for dinner on the off chance as we were walking past and everywhere else was heaving. I dont know why this place wasn't, its a lovely pub. The staff were very friendly and the food was reasonably priced and very tasty. There is a nice seating area outside too. We were so impressed we went back again another night for dinner too.
