We had a fab time celebrating my daughter’s 18th birthday, service, food & cocktails were fantastic! Thank you so much for a lovely time, would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful afternoon at the Florist. 18 females celebrating a friends birthday. The atmosphere was wonderful, food was excellent as was the service - a big thank you to our very attentive South African waiter(sorry didn't get his name) who went above and beyond to make our experience so enjoyable. Lovely restaurant and atmosphere. I came here with a friend and our toddlers. Our main server was very attentive with the children, providing extra pillows to ensure they were comfy in the high chairs, which was a lovely touch. She also came over to play with them when they were getting impatient and restless. Brilliant service 😊

First time here after hearing great reviews of the place and we weren't disappointed. Lovely atmosphere and the decor was refreshingly different to what you normally find in a Haverfordwest eatery. Very friendly staff, attentive and chatty and even gave us more bread to eat with our starter without charging us for it. Food was well presented, really tasty and value for money. Good variety on the menu and nice to see so many 0% alcohol drinks.

We came here for a Sunday lunch on Mother’s Day. We all had a lovely time! The service was really friendly and attentive and the food was delicious! Generous portions and all cooked to perfection. Can definitely recommend the pork belly bites as a starter, in particular! The free glass of Prosecco for the mothers was a lovely extra touch! The flower themed decor throughout the restaurant is impressive and there was a great atmosphere with a buzz.

The decor and cocktails were absolutely fantastic. But the same can't be said for the food or the service. The pea tagliatelle was the most bland thing I've ever eaten, and the poached eggs were overcooked. We waited 10 minutes to be seated while the waitress chatted with her friends, and our food took over 40 minutes to come. If you want good drinks with friends, it's definitely worth the trip, but avoid the food.

Four friends celebrating a birthday. We had a lovely meal. Olives and chorizo bites were a yummy appetiser. The pork belly was excellently cooked. The piri piri chicken was delicious and the cheesecake and ice cream finished the meal off brilliantly. We enjoyed trying 9 different cocktails and mocktails between us, all looked amazing and tasted even better. The lady who served us was so lovely, friendly and helpful. We will hopefully be able to return soon. 😀

Staff here are lovely and Shelly in particular was really helpful and always made sure we had a drink in front of us! Bottomless brunch food is great and the price for it makes it even more better! Only thing I wish was that cocktails like strawberry daiquiri and such was included in the bottomless brunch but you can still order these cocktails alongside your bottomless brunch!

Went for the bottomless brunch and was brilliant... was served by Shekhar and he was great. Kept the drinks coming, recommended us drinks to try, was very welcoming and just an all round top guy. Amazing Bar, beautifully decorated with comfortable spacey seating areas. Staff were super friendly and management helped us move our table and drinks from downstairs to upstairs (Eddie Rocks). It was January so not super busy but our group wanted just a nice surrounding. Bar staff Shaker was brilliant and even helped out on some alternative music for our group. Overall a brilliant night. Eddies was a young crowd compared to downstairs. Bar served us alcohol (spirits) by the bottle reasonably priced.

I have been here a few times and I have a great time every time. The food, drinks and service is always A1. It’s got a great ambience with beautiful decor. Very Pinterest worthy.

I don't usually do reviews , but on this occasion I am as the food was amazing , service was fantastic , and we had a lovely time . Our booking was after 7pm and it was lovely being sat in one of their very nicely decorated 'bird cages' . Definitely would recommend and you will be seeing me again . Xx

Called in on the off chance that they could fit in 6 adults without a reservation. We were greeted by friendly staff and seated, offered food and drinks menus. Food was nothing special, it concentrated on being to artsy fartsy and forgot to be actual good food, service was average and poor at times, we had 3 courses and had to ask for cutlery every time. I have eaten and had cocktails here on several occasions..the restaurant is superbly decorated and on warm days the retractable roof is opened giving a Mediterranean feel..on each visit, the food and service have been impeccable, cost wise, not overly expensive.

Really couldn't fault this place at all. The food was delicious (highly recommended the calamari and beef souvlaki). The staff were lovely and very patient as we were a pretty large group of noisy people. The restaurant is decorated really nicely and there's a small amount of music playing quietly in the background.

A great dining experience! Fab venue for our small, family wedding reception party, couldn't have picked better! Decent, professionally crafted cocktails, tasting as they should. Specialising in steak meals predominantly, though there are veg alternatives, which I'm told are very tasty. I am not a regular meat eater, hadn't had steak for years but even those among my sons wedding party, who are regular steak diners, gave them a top rating, cooked to perfection. I don't usually enjoy the sweets much in restraunts either but gotta say, the Lemon parfait was superb! The service was excellent by very friendly, accommodating staff. I'd say the price was fair, roughly £37 per head, well worth every penny!

Our server, Laura, was amazing! With every table she interacted with, not just us! She also moved us into a booth when one became available later on in the evening so we could continue enjoying cocktails! The food was great - think it would really suit a tapas style menu too!

Went for dinner on Wednesday 16th August 2023. We had spotted the place in May earlier in the year after having what had become a regular dinner out at another place which had steadily been getting more disappointing. Anyway, FF looked beautiful and we said we would try it out on our next visit. Very glad we did. It was a nice evening weather wise so they had the roof open (!!) and we were seated in one of their lovely bird cage type places all covered in flowers. The staff were super polite and helpful and the food was really nice. What a change to not be charged for a sauce with your steak too - my son and I both had the sirloin with peppercorn sauce. The chips were lovely, and the meat was delish! My wife had the sea bass and the only negative was it was quite small, but she said it was nice. The only other sight negatives for us were that our table was right by the check in desk bit and it could feel a little “on top” when people came and went, and it was a good hour from arriving before we had our food…maybe if we had ordered starters it would have been faster and kept us ticking over until mains…but we were saving ourselves for pudding!!!! Otherwise a lovely evening. This place deserves to do well and is a gem in Haverfordwest. Do go!

Looking for somewhere to eat in Haverfordwest we stumbled upon the Forbidden Florist. As they had a table free with a riverside view we were happy to stay for dinner and cocktails. Can't fault the food or the cocktails but then the music was turned...

Need to sharpen up service and quality. Top whack prices but not top quality. Hopefully once they have been open a while they can get their act together. Waited too long for hard eggs. Food arrived in dribs and drabs. Some of us finished before all food arrived. The place was not even busy so no excuse. Food has the potential to be really good I hope they get it sorted

We have just had a really lovely Sunday lunch at Forbidden Florist and can definitely recommend it. We decided to give it a go based on the reviews and weren’t disappointed. The decor is amazing - so creative and well designed. The food was spot on (and there was lots of it) and the drinks we chose - Prosecco and a rose wine perfectly matched the food. The service was excellent from the moment we walked in. Thank you for the experience. We’ll be back for sure!
