I purchased a Fama Bolero 3 seater Sofa Bed, Myloft footstool and Oscar Armchair at very competitive prices. The customer service we received from both Zeta and Rob was excellent - from the initial contact with Zeta to discussing ideas including size, colours, fabrics etc right through to delivery. Zeta always responded quickly to phone calls and emails. I would highly recommend the experience of shopping & purchasing from their store, Julia Jones in Colwyn Bay.

Brilliant communication and service. I’ve just received my beautiful recliner chair and I wanted to come on here to recommend this fantastic company to everyone, wherever you are in the UK! Zeta was amazing from my first email to delivery this morning. As I live in Kent I couldn’t see the chair in the flesh so she sent me a video of Rob demonstrating how to use the chair. This is what I call 5* customer service. She arranged the delivery very quickly and informed me at every stage. I will definitely be buying more furniture from Zeta & Rob.

We love our new outdoor dining set! It has literally changed our lives as now we have a space where we can relax and take some time out from our busy lives. It is robust, comfortable and very weatherproof. Plus it looks fantastic! Can't recommend the product or JuliaJones highly enough!

My wife and I wanted modular/unit lounge seating, which is surprisingly rare in the UK. After Googling, we discovered the Spanish company Fama produced what we wanted. Further research indicate Julia Jones Ltd were the leading Fama specialist in the UK so we contacted them. From our first contact Zeta was quick to respond, extremely helpful and had excellent knowledge of the product, after many emails and phone conversations we placed our order. The furniture was delivered within the time frame quoted. Unfortunately, we soon realised we had made the wrong choice of unit, totally of our own making and absolutely no reflection on Zeta and Julia Jones Ltd. We contacted Zeta and she was keen to resolve the issue to our full satisfaction. To cut a long story short both Zeta and Fama went well beyond what we could have reasonably expected of them in resolving the issue. Zeta provided a level of customer service that was exceptional. The issue has now been resolved and we are enjoying our Fama modular seating which is very comfortable, and we have no hesitation in recommending Julia Jones. Many thanks 😊😊

Absolutely incredible customer service by Zeta Jones who personally communicates on all orders. She was always so fast to respond (less than an hour) and even managed to fast-track our beautiful Fama Kangou rocking chair to complete our nursery in time for our baby’s imminent arrival. The quality is exceptional and it is so comfortable to sit in. Thank you also to the factory for speeding it through ahead of August shut-down. We really appreciate it. Couldn’t recommend Julia Jones more highly. Brilliant British company.

Excellent service. Zeta is very good at helping customers choose furniture and lighting, she will happily go through all the options and explain the pros and cons of different tables etc. She helped us choose a fabric for our chairs and gave us various samples to bring home. We have bought bar lights, a dining room light, stools, an extending indoor dining table and chairs from Julia Jones. I hope to return to buy a Fama armchair or two in the near future.

Absolutely delighted with my new Fama Moon recliner chair.I love the nona fabric i chose which makes it a real feature in my lounge.I can't express how great the service has been from the staff at Julia Jones in particular Zeta who I have exchanged numerous e mails asking for matching fabrics, sizes etc etc.I was cautious with my small entrance and Zeta had me send videos and pictures for her to assess and she assured me it would fit. Nothing was too much trouble.Your delivery drivers unboxed and assembled and positioned my chair taking away the packaging.The whole process has been delightful.I thoroughly recommend Julia Jones and hope to use you again soon Sue Northampton

Excellent service once again and competitive pricing. Zeta has always been so helpful providing samples and feedback on the various items in the Fama range and always responds promptly to any enquiries. As a result, I have bought 3 times from Julia Jones online. Highly recommend because of this personalised service. In addition, the courier company they use is top rate too, with brilliant delivery guys who arrived on time, unwrap and are courteous and cheerful . What's not to like about the whole shopping experience! Truly excellent.

Fabulous range on furniture and lighting well worth a visit

Our myfama nest love seat arrived today and we love it! Really cosy, good quality and looks amazing! It was delivered faster than we expected which is great. Zeta who dealt with our order was amazing! She was responded quickly and was really helpful in sending different samples and showing us a mock up of the seat.

We ordered a FAMA sofa and chair from Julia Jones at the end of November and they were delivered, as scheduled, to our home in London at the beginning of February. The products are excellent and work wonderfully in our living space. I would like to thank the team at Julia Jones, notably Zeta and Rob for their excellent customer service from start to finish and for making this review such a pleasure to write. As we are not local, Zeta offered lots of helpful design advice over the phone and sent swatches of fabric to help us choose. On request, we sent Rob a short video clip of the entrance to our home and living room so that he could confirm that the furniture would fit before we placed our order. Such professionalism and attention to detail from the team at Julia Jones really exceeded my expectations of what good customer service looks like.

The range of floor standing, wall mounted and ceiling mounted lights at Julia Jones was amazing. So good to see an extensive display then even more options available on their website. The owner Rob went out of his way to explain the features and benefits of different options and we were so grateful when he gave us a suggestion which would make the room look better at a price lower than we had set as a budget. We would highly recommend this shop for lighting with that “wow” factor.

We ordered two of the Lenny recliner/rotating chairs for our living room. The service was absolutely brilliant, the chairs are absolutely fantastic. Quite literally the best 'virtual' furniture shopping experience you could hope for. Quality and style of the chairs is top notch. Really happy with the entire process and end result. We even had check ins to make sure we were okay with the delivery times and another one checking we were happy with the items after delivery. Thank you to Zeta and the team. That is how it should be done.

After being wowed by the fabulous furniture on offer in this beautiful shop, relax in their small but cosy coffee bar in JJ's. Their Earl Grey tea is gorgeous as is their orange cake!

I recently stumbled upon this furniture shop while looking online to buy a SITS Quattro modular sofa. The service i received via email and over the phone was great. There were no hidden delivery costs, and i was very happy with the sofa when it arrived. If I'm ever in North Wales i will definitely be visiting their shop.
