Nice kfc, crusem machine always out of order it seems

Avoid if possible. There always seems to be something missing from the order. This time, we received a 10-piece family feast, but it was missing the fries and salt. Additionally, we didn't receive the app discount. Update: Once again, the fries were missing.

Best KFC ever staff are always lovely chicken was very lovely but very small staff were very lovely. It used to have very bad management but manager is Chinese seemed loving it. Drive-through was very busy. Friday nights are also busy that’s why I don’t go on a Friday night I like quiet nights like a Thursday night it was the best ever KFC better than Ballymena always go to KFC lovely drive-through staff I am KFC lover in Antrim call Antrim

I rewrote the restaurant because of how they managed with the delivery rider. On a freezing evening the restaurant was empty and I took a seat while waiting for orders and one of the staff said that I can't be there. Awful

first time am eating KFC from antrim. chicken peace not properly marinated and no crispiness . totally disappointed with chicken . i think they dont really care about the food😂 better go some other kfc shop and learn how to make it😄

Always dead on. Bit hard to hear them through the drive through speaker Other than that spot on. Always get a deal from the app

Very simply, tasty food, helpful staff, prompt service, pleasant floor area (although this was take out this time). Unaccompanied wheelchair users could have difficulty with the door perhaps, but I'm really nit-picking there!

I arrived at 21:58 Doors had long been shut. Staff member I apologise to acknowledged their official closing time is 22:00 but was unwilling to serve me

The food is good and the delivery is quick but almost always they forget the dip we pay extra for on the orders.

Typical kfc. Tasty food and finally have half decent chips. Seems to have got very expensive in the last couple of years. Nice and clean inside and the guy who served me was very helpful and friendly.

Quite a busy store. I had initially joined the drive through queue, but the menu boards were wet and the writing had been damaged so it was very hard to read and person on headset was quite abrupt and hard to understand so I parked up and went inside instead. The restaurant looked clean enough and there was a few people sitting in with their orders. The young fella that served me seemed to be the only one working, with at least 3-4 staff in the kitchen area standing chatting and not doing very much h. My server was great. I can't remember his name but he was quite young and had tattoos on his forearms.

Friendly, fast food. Neat and clean.

THE WORST FAST FOOD PLACE IN THE COUNTRY.... Get home and open the bag to find no drinks with kids meals and no chips with the tower burger meal, this happens to often in this place and I will never be back near the place. It a complete joke of a KFC so AVOID

I love KFC! The chicken is always crispy, juicy, and tender. The fries are hot and salty, and the coleslaw is creamy and refreshing. Asked for trilogy box meal price £10.29. When got to Window they said it was extra for hot drink so would be £10.69. Told the girl they can’t do that as it’s advertised as included so she took iriginal price. Then handed me tea and what she said was milk and sugar. Checked bag only sugar. Asked for milk told wasn’t any big yet they were going to charge extra. Asked why if no milk wasn’t told at order? She huffed went away and got me milk. Yea cup only half full, beans half full all watered down and the burger had a mini fillet bap instead of normal one. Lazy unhelpful staff not be back .

Young girl who took our order was so polite and got everything exactly as we had asked (my son is fussy lol)

As always the food is not good. I've never had more horrible KFC. The corn looked like chickens had pecked at it before. The chips were spilled everywhere. The chicken didn't look good. The paper on the tray was second hand store like. Long wait to get the food. The staff didn't even ask us where we were going to eat. And that's every time... Is not an halal restaurant

Ordered 12 piece boneless banquet. Got home to find only 9 chicken goujons in the meal instead of 12. You're pretty screwed of your staff can't count past 10.

Sadly service is much too slow. More attention seems to be serving those in cars

The best place ever I will hear out of the blue one first day with my BFF cold gory I sat in and had a popcorn chicken and groovy the gravy tested like it have a new flavor to it so lovely even magnomi said she enjoyed it my popcorn chicken and one leg of chicken the best ever then we saw a couple of about eats people which were very good the atmosphere was good and Brandon was very nice to us he even spoke to me when I was gone out and even said thank you the best experience ever at Kentucky Antrim I have been there a couple of times haven't been here for two years because I heard overuse were bad but it was a very enjoyable Kim topgy come back to Kentucky every single time if you want a way back up and OutRun from Ireland Max Buick

Literally never get complete order.. to the point of 3 strips in a 4 piece meal it’s that bad. Dips never in the bag I’ve started checking before leaving. Latest excuse was they didn’t have the one I ordered. That I paid for. Offer me a different one then?

Shocking, long wait and not worth it. Both sets of hot wings missing from box meals - small fries instead of large, and I honestly thing someone had ate the corn on the cob before I did! One Zinger had half its coating missing, one burger completely undressed! Will not be back! Check every bit of your order before you leave. I tried ringing but answer phone only.

Order the warp of the day so many times, the staff said must have the sauce on it this time, never happened in other KFC.

It's the same as all the other KFC's for the most part.

I'm sorry Antrims branch is terrible.. I love KFC but you guys can never get the orders right.. every order I make has something wrong or forgotten.. plus please go back to the old Fry's.. skin on is tasteless.

for the price I paid, I never got my full order every time that I am there. The shop wasn't even busy with many staff there, don't understand how they can mess up an order each time constantly.

What's has happen to this place the chicken it's either to greasy or to dry and the chips they are awful and the staff I think you would have to be stupid to work there

Stood for about 5-7 minutes before I was asked what I wanted. I was the only person in the restaurant. Gave my order and was given my food within 5 minutes. I asked was there 4 meals in the bag. The man who packed the bag said yes there was 2 other meals under the box meals, he said it in a way as if why are you questioning me I just packed it myself. Not feeling confident I checked the bag in the car. You can guess what happens next, I was back in the restaurant asking why there was 2 meals missing. Then they wonder why you ask the question in the first place. At the date of writing this the KFC has a score of 2.8. How it has that high a score is beyond me. Last time I'll be there. Gave it too many chances always the same result. Clueless, inadequate service and needs a whole new team trained.

We bought Zinger stacker meal, Chicken was not cooked properly and we didn't have a great meal .we couldn't eat it fully spending so much money on it.

Food was cold, chips tasted half cooked and the gravy was almost sliceable. Over priced and tasteless even the children complained about it

I got a 10 pc Bargain Bucket last night only to find 10 Drumsticks. It’s all we have the guy said. Its not rocket Science this place has gone down hill lately. Definitely not using Antrim KFC any more. Go to your local butcher going forward lol

The Worst Customer Service Experience! The rating is based on the eat in services and experience not the food. My previous experience was the same; however, in the interest of being fair I decided to leave a gap of a weeks. At the moment I entered it was noticeably that this location give zero interest in engaging with their in store customers. Ignoring your presence for more that 5+mins and even then their approach was lacking. This location would be best suited as a drive through only as they do not care about the eat in customer. I would recommend better training for the staff at this location.

The chicken burger was tough, i would say it was cooked twice in a chefs opinion. Quite disgusting the way they through this as edible.

Just got a 3 piece chicken and chips from antrim KFC never again,took it home and it was obviously a 2nd day warm up managed 2 pieces threw the rest out,its my fault going so early .revolting

Would be quicker roaming the country looking for a loose chicken to take home and cook yourself! Avoid!

I genuinely cannot remember the last time I got food from here and my order was entirely right. Something is ALWAYS missing, varying from an easy mistake like a dip or something to a pretty dire screw-up like leaving a whole box meal out of the order. Never found anything to actually be wrong with the food itself so points for that I guess..

Very long wait,got home order was completely wrong and Luke warm,No supercharger sauce asked twice to make sure we would get it,The lad on the till was more interested in his phone than our order,was texting whilst taking our order probably why it was all wrong,Took the food back to get the right food that we had ordered and they had closed,knocked on the door all I got was shrugs and were shut,food went in the bin outside complete waste of £35.60

Ordered a takeaway 2 zinger box meals and mighty bucket for one and collected them, I was missing a chicken fillet in the mighty bucket and the zinger burger buns were really hard and inedible

Not happy, very little stock including drinks I was buying 4 adult meals and had to ask them for a bottle of (non diet) drink which had to be cleared by a manager! Was then told, like a child, we won't be able to do this ever again!... they didn't give me the gravy ordered, the food was cold - I hold a Blue Light Card and have an app in my phone in which I have a min of £5 to use - it would take alot to make me go back as it's not the first time this has happened and I always give benefit of doubt.. but I think this was my last!

This must b the worst KFC in the country and I dont say that lightly. Last 4 visits have been a disaster so wont b back. From rude poorly trained staff that give u wrong orders then back chat u when u say its not what u ordered, 2 refusing 2 take food back cause u drove off from drive through with wrong order n drove 10 ft to a parking space beside restaurant so wouldnt take my order back that they made wrong, waiting 20 mins on an order with no explanation made as other customers orders that ordered after u come and go with their food, getting chicken literally dripping in grease so much so bottom of the box is nearly falling apart.....my advice, keep driving 2 any other fast food place in the town as anything is better than this KFC.

Food stinking ,I was waiting 17 minutes in drive through before taking order and I have to drive to window to place it as the guy in speaker said be one second and 5 mins later I went to wondow. That only one car was still in from awaiting food that toke ages for them to make and somehow the chips was cold. They take one order, cook, give to car and ask next one what he want is a joke not a fast food. Never ever I got good food there or service.
