Great shop and very reasonable prices, staff are very friendly and helpful, they love it when you bring in your pets too giving out treats , lots of attention and sometimes a picture for their web page, great parking and lots of lovely little goodies for humans as well as pets as well as a great selection of grooming products upstairs. Well worth a visit when in Ballymoney - they supply frozen liver cake - a great healthy natural treat that dogs love, salmon oil which our dog loves, and Kong easy treat . Call in . You wont be disappointed.

Lovely local shop, that is Pet friendly. Ordered a dog harness which they rang to let me know when it was there. Good shop to browse in with your companion. Very pleasant and friendly staff.

I went in to buy a present for a new baby. Lovely things in there however the smell of animal feed was overpowering. Staff where to busy ordering lunch to acknowledge customers.

Definitely more expensive of a pet shop but the place is gorgeous, has plenty of options for everything, and the staff have always gone above and beyond for me when I need something that they may not have!

This shop tends to be a bit up market but you can really spoil yourself and your pooch here!!!! From food to accessories even jwellery and clothes......has to be seen to be believed

STAFF very helpful and friendly

Amazing shop with a wonderful range of pet products including a fantastic range of clothing. The ladies in here are helpful and informative. Added to this is a coffee shop I have not had the pleasure of visiting but will keep in mind for a return visit. Loving in London this is my return visit to this shop, second time in space of a few months. Even with living there and the range of products for me to come here for dog clothes means it is definitely worth a look. I love local products for my little dog. I also come to get treats for my families pets, weimariners, Guinea pig and a Jack Russell. I really recommend this shop and love the assortment and quality here. I shall be returning for more gifts for the families pets and my own.

Called here yesterday afternoon. Had a pot of tea with large slice of Apple Pie and what looked like maybe honeycomb ice cream. Was absolutely delicious. Some other people were in the cafe who were friendly. This cafe is also pet friendly and my little Dachshund was fussed over a lot by the friendly staff and given treats. The cafe looks very appealing, nicely decorated and very clean. Included in the premises is a pet store with lots of things you can buy for your dog. They also do country clothing with good brands like Joules, Barbour, Hunter etc. If one is in the area this place is definitely worth a visit.

What can i say, I love this shop is heaven, for all doggie and cat lovers. The stuff are amazing and so friendly, the restaurant serves fantastic food and your doggie can come in too. Pets & Country are the best Pet shop in Ireland / Northern Ireland.

Great selection of products for your pets, coffee shop's food and drink is great also, the huge plus with this place is you can take your dog in. This means you can sit and have a cup of tea or coffee and a snack or lunch with your dog. Love this place.

Nice and clean shop. Everything is quite expensive and some of the most expensive items did not have prices which was misleading. Ended up having to awkwardly put stuff back as it was out of my price range.

Lovely cafe very dementia friendly

Glad we went at this cafe. We don't have to left our dog at home... they made him so welcome and offer him a few good treats. Gluten free options, staff was good attitude too. Very cleanly

Uno de mis lugares favoritos para descansar y comer un bocado, mis favoritos son el volante de frambuesa y chocolate caliente sin gluten bocadillos gratis! Poder ir a un café mascotas significa no tener que dejar a nuestro perro Coco en casa, ella llega a venir con nosotros y disfrute de unos las golosinas para perros! El personal es increíble, muy servicial y amable y sabe mucho. Si estás en cualquier lugar cerca de Ballymoney duda llamar!

A fantastic pet friendly cafe with great food,,staff are brilliant and even brought treats for our dogs.

Great coffee and wee spot to stop for a bite to eat. I highly recommend the the bacon and cheese bagels. Also the desserts looked real tasty even have gluten free options.

Really friendly staff, service was a little slow as they were maybe a little understaffed but the waitress was trying here best and still maintained a great attitude under pressure. Will definitely return.

Siempre nos parada en aquí en nuestros viajes a la playa ya que es uno de los muy pocos lugares que dan la bienvenida nuestro perrito. El personal es siempre amable y arruinar nuestro perro con delicias. Tienen un buen menú pero optamos por té y traybacks debido a que es entre las comidas. Todo estaba muy bueno. Volveremos.

Great wee café in Ballymoney with large, free car park right beside it. Great décor, fantastic staff, lovely menu and dog friendly too. Would highly recommend a visit.

This is a gem tucked away in a quite area of ballymoney You can have a coffee ,herbal tea ,and of course a bite to eat plus get the dog a treat as well . totally relaxing for animal lovers and others alike. I do not live in Ballymoney but travel here from Co. Down regularly to visit family...... every time I visit we end up coming here at least once during my stay. They have recently refurbished their cafe so its appeal has increased further. Its quiet, calming, clean and dog friendly. Staff are fab and the choice of food available is nice for a snack out. The shop is also well supplied and very accommodating, and if they do not supply anything that you would prefer to have available they are quick to source a stock for you. They have been able to stock chinchilla food for me, and terrapin food for my family.

Lovely little cafe for a quick coffee I use it regularly when I am in getting pet supplies the staff are really friendly too

best hot chocolate in the town and of course buns. staff are so friendly and then love to have a browse around the shop before i leave

What a great little place , a coffee shop and pet shop under one roof and the coffee shop is extremely welcoming of dogs . Two different waitresses brought our dogs treats while we were having lunch . The staff in coffee shop and pet shop could not be nicer or more helpful
