Pret a Manger in City of London, Westminster

Worst coffee i’ve ever had in my life. I’ve had a lot of coffee. Tasted watered down as soon as i got it and then just tasted like wet cardboard. Paid £4.45 for this i am not happy AT ALL. Avoid this place at all costs if u want good coffee in the area walk 2 mins to black sheep coffee and get some real coffee. This is a disgrace to the coffee world.

I would prefer to have my coffee in, in a mug, and as such don’t normally shop at Pret. However, as I was meeting my daughter, I ordered a coffee specifically asking for no lid. When it was given to me with a lid, I asked if they could remove and reuse. When I handed it to them they threw it in the bin in front of me. I found this very rude and an unpleasant experience. Your customers care about the environment. Please respect this!

Decided to buy a hot sandwich from here, it was filling but tasteless. Also I purchased a bag of chips and unfortunately they were stale.

The local manager is very rude, no manners on his wording.

Worst service ever received in a pret ever. When asked about no ice for drinks for a week the manager told Its how it’s. Rude.

It is listed that this pret closes at 4pm, so why was it locked up with no one inside when I arrived at 15:50? I feel like business hours are business hours. I would undying it as two minutes before, but a whole 10 minutes. Peer is starting to lose a customer out of me.

Got a better coffee out of a cold can of coffee won't be going here again, this coffee was rushed and made with little care and attention for £3.25 I could have bought a jar and made it better my self for this price

Toilet was clean, vibe is good it is close to little venice which is good. But the contruction service next to the store makes it so bad to sit here and rest due to noise. Service could have been faster.

Good place to grab breakfast or lunch. Decent options of sandwiches, for veggies too. Chai latte is warm, not hot on most occasions. Had to ask them to give it hot.

I work in this square and so eat in Pret most weeks. The food is consistent but the service at the tills all depends on who you get, some of the people serving are unfriendly and some are out and out rude.

I wouldnt bother coming to this Pret if you want to have a hot breakfast before 8.00am. They dont even have the porridge ready. A complete waste of time for me for breakfast.

Staple lunchtime haunt that doesn't disappoint. Sandwiches are nice and taste freshly made (no stale edges). Salads are good too with a nice variety. Easy place to pick up something fast especially if you do not have much time at lunchtime. Good for food on the go though there is also seating if you want to take a proper break. Always busy!

Consistently good wraps and macaroni cheese, but sadly their coffee is not to my taste. Quick service and normally tables free if you have time to eat in.

Average Pret. Nice pasties but poor coffee quality. Drinkable but not for who really love coffee. Praline cookie is amazing!

One of the better Pret's, nice setting in the basin of Paddington Central, the usual laptop junkies using it as an office but large enough to accommodate them!

This is one of the top option that comes to mind for any time meal, grab or eat. Be it Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner this is one of the best options.

Excellent food! Reasonably priced.

Quick service and good ambience - very pret a manger like obviously. This outlet is not as busy due to its location and open only during weekdays. We stayed in one of the apartments so it serves us quite well. Pret's coffee is definitely much better than the ordinary-like Starbucks quality. Plus variety of food available here trumps st Starbucks which is located a few yards away.

Prissy Staff! London is Multicultural and people from all walks of life so do not assume Customers do not understand when speak your Native Tongue.

The cafe is excellent but unfortunately the staff working today 21/8/2018 are uncooperative so I asked for a change of water cup that was unclean but the cleanliness was not good 26 Edgware Rd, London, W2 2EH

If you don't have much time for luch, then a 'Pret-a-Manger' quick stop is always the right choice. Everything is freshly made and you won't regret the visit. Plenty of premises throughout the town.

I saw several of these around London. It is a great spot to pick up a sandwich or salad for a reasonable price. They have coffee as well.

In our 2 weeks in the UK we found Pret as our go to for a grab and go healthy breakfast and lunch. Fresh and healthy food.

It's a Pret... you get what you expect. Well staffed though so limited waiting times.

I don't think the exposed brickwork is authentic...but the food is good (except kale crisps). Cheap coffee.

We don't have this nice little place back in my hometown. So every time I am in London I rush there for frest fruits and nice sandwiches. I really like this place. It's simple yet adorable.

Busy outlet of this global chain mainly serving the local offices. Food and drink is of course exactly the same as every other Pret in the country. Wifi by The Cloud can be a little unstable because nearby shops are using them as well, and it is too slow for anything but simple emails.

I was out on an art day with two young artist friends - visiting galleries and hitting a lecture at Frieze Masters. We had no time for a leisurely lunch somewhere. So we popped into Pret a Manger, grabbed sandwiches, salads, and drinks, and hopped back into our van for a truly moving lunch. I had a great warmed ham, cheese, and mustard on whole grain bread. Yummy and just what I needed. The others said the same of their choices. Pret will be my go-to lunch stop whenever I'm on the run.

Good quick food but sightly overpriced for what you get

Si lo que ofrecen es rico y a la hora de ser atendidos la atención es muy buena y cordial a pesar que venga del cajero mejor. Pret A Manger nos ha sacado del apuro al salir con poco plata y mucho hambre de Harrods o tras recorrer Trafalgar Square. Siempre hay uno cerca. La calidad de la comida es buena aunque no son muy elaboradas (sandwiches, ensaladas, etc). Suele encontrarse gran variedad de bebidas y hasta cerveza de jenjibre. Londres a bajo presupuesto y comiendo rico. También lo recomiendo en Paris aunque solo encontré una sucursal en La Defense.

catena molto diffusa a Londra...buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Si mangiano insalatone, panini tramezzini, toast, panini e tranci di pizza caldi , zuppe calde. Ci sono degli scaffali frigo e riscaldati, dove si scelgono i vari alimenti e poi si va a pagare alla cassa dove vengono servite bevande calde e altra scelta di dolci. L'impronta è di tipo salutistico e "verde" ci sono anche scete vegane e vegetariane.

I often come here with a friend for a coffee and a cake or sandwich. The staff are nice, the coffee is good and it is never too busy to find a seat. It is only 5 mins walk away from the bustle of Paddington station and next to the picturesque canal.

I have never seen so many staff (5!!) behind a counter all facing the wrong way and not serve anyone. To make it worse when (another) member of staff walks behind the counter, ignores me and serves the person who walked up just as they did..... well its just a sign to put down the food, walk out and never go there again. Generally the staff were friendly but that is truly poor

Cela dépend vraiment dans lequel vous allez.: très bien dans Charing Cross Street pour un repas rapide et sain, mais vraiment pas bon et pas si frais dans la gare de St Pancras.

Há diversas unidades do Pret a Manger espalhadas pela cidade e todas possuem ótimas opções de lanches rápidos com sanduíches quentes e frios, diversas bebidas e tipos de cafés. Se você está turistando pela cidade, evite o horário de almoço nas unidade em áreas com muitos escritórios, pois podem estar lotados.

I have eaten at Pret a Manger outlets, notably in Picadilly and South Kensington. The food is of a high standard--lovely, crunchy, fresh salads with yummy dressing! And the hot chocolate is good, too. They serve porridge at breakfast, which is a big plus. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff and a constant buzz inhabits this establishment which is not very different from any of the Pret A Mangers across the city. Decent options for lunch, as always. I'm not a huge fan of the coffee though.

Ótima opção pra quem não quer perder tempo e gastar pouco, não é super barato,pois Londres tem seu próprio nível de preço. Mas gostei muito,pois se encontra um a cada esquina, a proposta é comida orgânica e tem cafés muito bons com váriedades .

Pra quem tem pouco tempo e baixo orçamento, é a melhor opção para comer bem e rápido: sempre tem boas saladas e sanduíches para levar, cookies e sucos.

I didn't visit this Pret a Manger but the one near Spitalfields market.The drinks were quite cheap, fastly made, the staff was super friendly and relaxed und my mango smoothie was extraordinary good. I am going there again
