SarpN Group Indian & Nepalese Restaurant in Belfast

Do not order online or via the app from this restaurant. If there is a problem its impossible to get your money back. The restaurant blames the app provider a Danish company called order yoyo who are impossible to contact. I never signed up with this company, have had no dealings with this company yet if I believe the restaurant they have my money. The result is someone has my money and I don't think I will get it back. I liked this restaurant but will not use it again for delivery or sit in.

We went here for dinner on Sunday evening. The restaurant is spacious but cosy, with a nice ambient atmosphere. The service was courteous and friendly, and we were advised we were welcome to bring our own wine and even directed to a nearby off licence. We had a beautiful meal with a sharing platter to start, and mains did not disappoint either. Of course, there were the usual poppadoms and dips too! There is a meal for two on the menu, which was well priced, making it a very affordable meal out. We noticed that it also seemed to have a steady take-away trade.

We got a takeaway last night it was awful Bombay aloo was soup the nann bread was like hard and stale chips were burnt and cold I’ve used this restaurant for 6 years but won’t be using it again as I wouldn’t chance it just dreadful 🤮

Always a go to Indian when staying in Belfast now, always piping hot and delivery always before expected time. Definitely recommend

Been a while since I was here. My friend ordered lamb biriyani,having been told it was halal.Though I not so sure. I ordered Nepalese special lamb tikka curry and a peshwari naan. The lamb was beautiful and soft but not tikka. The curry which was med hot was really mild. Never the less nice. They did not have ice cream or deserts so I settled for milky coffee. Overall a pleasant experience and staff. Portions medium size. But recommended.

Food was excellent service great. Would recommend the flavours are great. Byo is a plus. Look after you as though you were part of their family.

Been ordering from sarpn group for over a year and always thought it good quality however recently the food has been phenomenal. A welcomed treat in lockdown!

My daughter and I used a groupon coupon for lunch in this restaurant yesterday. I hadn’t heard of this place before but I wasn’t disappointed. The food was lovely and the gentleman who served us was very nice. They do a two course lunch with poppodums for £7.95 and coffee is only £1 extra so you wouldn’t even need a groupon.

Interesting food, Nepalese and so very tasty. The meal deals are such good value. The food is hot. The service is excellent and the people are so pleasant. I have tried a good few Indian Restaurants around the UK and this is one of the best. Not sloppy, substantial, a meal for 2 lasted us 2 nights.

Exceptional food. We’ve eaten here several times and I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Belfast for Indian and Nepalese food. Delicious

This is a small, friendly Indian restaurant, attentive staff and fresh spicy food, all you could wish for in a local restaurant.

Love going here, been several times and tonight as usual was excellent. The food is fresh and very tasty. The young waiter was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

I often meant to come here,so at last I did. For a Wednesday night it was very busy. Popadoms came quickly with yummy dips. Then came onion baghee. A good portion. Just lacked a bit more onion but it came with small salad and onion and tomato. I was getting full and the dips were great. Next came lamb rogan josh and pilau rice. The gentleman waiter was very busy,aided by a teenage Nepali youth. The rogan josh lamb was so tender and a big portion of rice and curry. But the curry was ultra mild and spoiled it a bit for me. I ordered a coffee and cream to finish off. For the meal at 12 stg it really was goof and unlike others good portions. I definitely recommend it fully. I will be back. Service was good and friendly.

Starters...little over cooked Poppadoms-yummy. Raita wasnt the best, sorry Nan bread- delicious. Light. Not stodgy. Fresh and delicious. Rice- light and fluffy Unlicensed so dont go if youre looking a beer or glass of wine :( Window had big crack. Drilling work while eating..not very pleasant. Overall good and id give it another go. Service was good.

Small restaurant, so can be quite cosy. Food is nice, have ate in on a few occasions and had takeaway.

Visiting from England and the great reviews and the meerkat meals offer persuaded us to give it a try. We weren’t disappointed. The food was delicious. Well worth a trip! Friendly and accommodating staff, prompt service and lovely quality food. What’s not to like!
