Slug and Lettuce in Swansea

Myself and a friend went to the bottomless brunch on Saturday. We had rang 11 times to let the staff know the table we booked would be late. However, no response. When greeted upon arrival I was greeted by the most rude and miserable man ever. He had the worst attitude. All the other staff were pleasant. But you can’t allow a staff member to have such an attitude for no reason. It’s ruined the experience

We attended today and had bottomless brunch. We had a waiter called STEVE . Who was absolutely amazing. What an expensive he provided us. Would definitely re attend on Steve’s service. World class and such a lovely man.

Quiet for type of pub and its location

Jack and Lauren served us with not just speed but with the most perfect service I’ve had in a long time, every drink was made amazing with fruit and straw to top. Had a wonderful time and would recommend to everyone thinking of going.

We were booked in for bottomless brunch at 3pm.. amazing service... couldn't do enough. Rapid with food and didn't need to ask once for ordering drinks. Best service I have had in a long time. Our drinks were endless.. kept on flowing. Highly recommended as brillaint value for money

Such a disappointing experience. We've always wanted to try this place. We're staying in Swansea overnight so thought we'd try it for lunch & maybe come back in the evening for drinks before our show. We arrived to absolutely no one being around. Didn't know if we should just sit down or wait for a member of staff. I eventually went up to the counter where I was greeted by a rather rude/miserable member of staff. Maybe he was having a bad day. Who knows. Another member of staff appeared after our food had been delivered & the 2 were chatting. He appeared to be looking at us but trying to not make it obvious. This happened a few times. My disabled partner felt uncomfortable. We both felt like we weren't the "accepted" type for this restaurant. Food was lovely. It's just sad that the staff aren't very welcoming. Won't be returning but hoping to try the Cardiff one on our next trip away.

Worst pina colada I've tasted more foam than anything and not sure there was any alcohol in it .

Came in for Bottomless Brunch on a busy Saturday. The boys Ben, Jack (general manager I think) and Steve (old) were so very good and attentive. Always filling up our drinks and checking in on our food! Would come back for the services from the lads

Cocktails are amazing staff are lovely

Who doesn't love 2-4-1 cocktails on a Wednesday afternoon? Great stuff! I knocked a star off for service only because my fish finger bap took aaaages to arrive- but it was quite busy - and the staff were all brilliant and it was bloody lovely - so I'm not going to moan about it too much! Love the Slug & Lettuce and the Swansea one is one of the best ones!

Our sever Jack was incredible made our night. Made sure our bottomless brunch was truly bottomless and was very kind. Jack made sure our drinks arrived in a timely manner and was very attentive. Will definitely recommend Jack and the establishment for bottomless brunch.

Absolutely delicious food my first chicken came out hard burned but they did give me another one and the second Malaysian Curry Chicken was absolutely perfect! Would recommend the service, food and venue.

We attended bottomless brunch today in slug and lettuce Swansea. We had Chloe serving us. She was absolutely brilliant. So on the ball and made sure we had drinks at all times. Will definitely coming back

Lovely food, plenty of vegetarian options but some issues issues with service - Now this is understandable on a Saturday night when it's busy, but the cut-price Jonah Hill lookalike manager needs a lesson in customer service and not dismiss customer queries offhand and actually *listen* when a customer asks a question. Thankfully a fantastic member of the bar staff (Mackenzie, I believe?) sorted the issue out..but it shouldn't have taken an hour and multiple chases for 2 cocktails.

Mid price bar that specializes in cocktails although they serve regular beers and food as well. Mainly used by 20's and 30's, although other age groups go in here as well. Great atmosphere and good service. During the weekend they do 2 4 1 cocktails although I've been told that the price of their zero alcohol lager is expensive at 4.25 for a regular size bottle.

Jack, Ellie, Kylie, and Tayla made our night. Brunch was great, will definitely return!

Brilliant Service by Taula ... was constantly asking us if we needed more drinks Very good service! Could not fault it! Chicken burger was basic but nice... Would definitely come again.

We just went in for a drink and a chat on our way home. It was very convenient for us as we were walking past any way. It was very quiet there but the atmosphere was nice, the toilets were clean and the staff seemed to be friendly.

Ben was brilliant, the most attentive waiter. Great value for money brunch, would definitely book again.

Disappointed in our visit yesterday, ordered food at 17.21pm was still waiting at 17.50 , asked a member of staff where our food was only to be accused that we put in the wrong table number as we ordered from the app, the member of staff was v patronising until I showed her on my phone that I did indeed put the right table number in , had to wait another 20 minutes for our food , which wasn't the best on this visit tbh.

Had a fantastic Christmas party at the S & L. ! Amazing buffet and service. Management were so friendly and accommodating and the door staff were very helpful. Music and drinks incredible. Absolutely fab night and thoroughly recommend. The upstairs room was perfect for our group. Decor and atmosphere were very modern and whole area suited a party of our size. Will definitely be back for bar meal before the end of the year! Thank you for making our night extra special. Special thanks to Jim who gave us the night we needed to enjoy our Christmas festivities 🎄

We went as part of a large group yesterday evening and had a great time. The staff were quick serving on the bar and very nice, the food was very nice (again, the serving staff were really good) and the atmosphere in the bar was really friendly and relaxed. It was quite busy but not so that there was a crush. My partner's a non-drinker and enjoyed the mocktail selection. The music was good and quite a lot of people were dancing. I was particularly impressed that you could have people drinking, dancing and eating in one place without any of them interfering with the others. If we're in Swansea again one night we'll definitely go there.
