Bailey's Bar & Grill in Craven

A nice little place we found to get some dinner. I didn't feel like there was a lot of choice unless you wanted tapas. 4 of us had the burger and chips and 2 of us had tapas. The burger was average to good. Nothing special. Chips were good. The bar area got a bit rowdy at times but the people soon moved on. Staff were polite and helpful. Overall a decent place to grab a bite to eat and socialise.

Its Real shame about the standard of food, we visited very often, and loved the food and the place. It was our go to place as we are local, but not anymore. We were a table of 6 and the place was quiet. Still waited 50 mins for food and then 2 pizza's came out very burnt. Meatballs were very over cooked tesco meatballs. Bravas were cremated and were drenched in sause, and i was still unable to chew them. Everyone on the table was unhappy with the standard of food. I understand the odd dish now and again coming out not great but 6 dishes all being awful. Change the chef please and we will return !

Worst food experience ever. Fire the cook please ! Serving frozen little shrimps and selling it as « Fresh king prawns with garlic » ? Still looking for the garlic..

We have recently moved to a small town in North Yorkshire and went into Bailey's Bar & Grill and we got the most friendly welcome. The food was great, professional staff great atmosphere and as a consequence we are now regular visitors where we enjoy the friendly and attentive staff, where nothing is a trouble to please . The staff go the extra mile to accommodate peoples requests.

Just went for a drink at the bar. It was busy so obviously popular but if you are drinking pints there are better places in Settle

This place is well worth a visit. Service and quality of food are second to none. We thoroughly enjoyed our food here, with proper portions.

First time to Baileys Bar and definitely won't be our last. So friendly and the place has a lovely atmosphere. Dogs are really welcome. Can't wait to return in September.

Called in by chance on a visit to Settle and so glad we did. First of all very dog friendly- big plus. Second - staff super friendly (and love dogs). Third - food is fantastic. Had Tempura King prawns followed by the house burger. 5 star all the way. Would have taken photos but it was so good it didn’t stay on the plate long enough. Wasn’t that busy when we were there at lunch mid-week but could see it’s got potential for a great vibe. Well worth a visit. Great job guys. Will be back next time we pass through.

Our group went for lunch on a rainy Sunday. The service was excellent - very friendly staff who were accommodating and patient with our kids. And the food was exceptional - they clearly have a chef with real flare. And all very good value. Would highly recommend.

We stumbled across this place by accident and we are sure glad we did! The food exceptional! Service tremendous! We're just sorry we're on holiday and don't live closer. As a family we would definitely recommend. We ate with a 4 year old and a loud 18 month old and we were made to feel very welcome, as soon as the food came the children soon became very quiet because the food was so good, hardly any left. Amazing thank you!

5 * are not enough to review this super bar/restaurant. 16 of us were there for a family party, they were amazing. The food was beautiful, compliments to the chef. If you have the Cheese Board please note there is plenty for 2. The service was above and beyond, as for the lady making the cocktails you are an absolute star as were all the waiting staff. A definite must if in Settle.

Disappointed visit this time, drinks not available that are advertised on drinks menu, and explanation of why not was presented by staff who really didn't get the Disappointed customer phrase or didn't really care !!. And was then made to feel unwelcome.

Popped in here for a drink and some lunch today. Staff were friendly. Great food, and the Czech lager was really good. Only slight criticism would be the time the food took to come out, we ordered a salad and loaded fries, so 45 mins is a long time to wait when they weren't that busy. However when the food arrived it was really good.

Never knew these guys were here. Really enjoyed our meal. I'd say the quality is above average. I had a burger and it was certainly a cut above what you will get in most places. I saw other diners having great looking food and big portions too and everyone looked happy. Really good real ales on tap as well. Super friendly and fun service. They were happy to chat and have a laugh. All in all i can really recommend this place and I'll certainly be back.

Had great experience even to the point of having a mocktail for the little ones bar staff made so much effort to keep us and kids happy. It’s a lovely little place and we often go in. A great addition to settle not just for eating but to go and have a few drinks. The staff go the extra mile all the time not just for the adults and kids but for our four legged friend too.

Not a great choice of drinks when some are sold out, people coming in that look so young and not being ID checked and the staff didn't bother while a group constantly used vapes inside why is it acceptable for everyone else to have to inhale the vapour when smoking inside is banned. I'd probably not go in there again even though we're locals.

A perfect addition to Settle since our last visit. The food was lovely, the ambiance was perfect, the staff were all outstanding and we were even allowed to take our well behaved dog with us on a day when the restaurant was packed, Perfect venue, cannot speak highly enough of Bailley’s. Introduced me to Barcardi spiced rum, what a find! A must visit if in Settle.

We had a family meal at Baileys in Settle and took our two dogs for the evening. Even though the place was busy that evening. The food was great, gorgeous presentation and tasted beautiful. The staff were all tentative, pleasant and smiling. The cocktail selection went down so well we went back a few days later just for them. We will definitely be returning next time we are up.

Visited Baily's Bar last night, and we had a lovely evening. We had 3 courses each, with wine and Beer, and thought it was really reasonable on price. Specially with the quality of the food. The food was absolutely delicious, For startes we had the Scotch egg, and the creamy Garlic mushrooms on toast, Mains we had Salmon and the Duck And for Deserts we had melt in the Mouth,my favourite Sticky toffee pudding. We had a lovely warm welcome from all the lovely staff, and even the Chef made time to pop and have a chat. Well worth a visit, to this little gem. Good luck for the future Baily's, we can wait to visit again soon 😋

Where do I start.... ..this is a newly opened business and wow what a gem it is! We were made to feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. Delicious cocktails and good beer on offer. Let me tell you about the food....oh my goodness delicious from start to finish. The chef certainly knows what he's doing. We had starters of Thai Prawn Cocktail which was the best prawn cocktail I've ever had the pleasure of eating and my husband ordered the Scotch Egg which was equally as delicious. Our mains of Pork Belly and Tandoori Salmon were literally out of this world. Clean plates all round! I wholly recommend booking a table... why wouldn't you? Top notch food coupled with great service.happy days! Thank you everyone at Bailey's we've had probably the best meal we've had for a while…
