popped in for quick breakfast after doing 24 hr shift in much need of some food before going on to do do 2 more shifts . husband was in tow as dropping me off to next job . the lady who served us was amazing she knew i was on time limit and was quick with our order . also very polite and friendly . food was amazing not sure if they have new chef as not eaten here for a while but wow the food sooo good and presentation was amazing .

Came in here for a quick bite with the husband. Loved the vegetarian burger. Came out nice and fast. Place was lovely and clean and Rebecca was so lovely, attentive and outgoing. Will be back!

Would just like to thank Becky for how amazing she was, this was our third visit recently after not coming for years. We are local but past experiences were not great. Just called here for Sunday Lunch and I can say it was the best we have had in a long time ,easily as good as what you could make at home ,generous serving of Roast Beef Gammon or Turkey

Great spot for evening meal with the family. Stopped by on the way to see family and it was fantastic. Customer service was on point all around. We had gammon and mixed grill the kids had spag boll and mac and cheese. Fantastic. Would highly recommend

This Premier Inn is just perfect, I came to have a really nice relaxing break & that is exactly what I have had whilst being here. There are 3 staff members that I would like to be rewarded if they can be, as they just could not do enough for myself, as I am really quite badly disabled & when I got here I was upgraded from the room that I had originally booked to a downstairs family room. The customer Service is just fabulous here, in fact its amazing in every way. The staff members names are:Tracy, Nat & Alison.

Regularly use Brewers Fayre Pubs, but the first time at this one, and Just had the best meal here, the food was spot on and the staff where amazing, really friendly and super helpful, we’ll defiantly come again the next time we’re in this area 😃

This spot is great for an easy meal and great customer service. Chris has exceptional customer service and always goes above and beyond to provide a warm welcome to customers. This was my first visit to this establishment though I have used the brand before. The location is a little out of the way but adjacent to a Premier Inn (I was not staying there). You would definitely need a car to get there and there is absolutely nothing else close by. The restaurant was fairly quiet and the reception desk was unmanned, though I did receive a warm greeting fairly quickly. I was told I could sit anywhere but not advised that food needed to be ordered at the bar. I waited for service for over 20 minutes before I enquired. The restaurant was a little lacking in atmosphere and did not feel homely. The staff, however, were fairly warm and friendly when they dealt with me. There was a wide selection of food and I opted for a Prawn Cocktail starter and Beef & Ale Pie for my main course. I like the "bottomless soft drink machines" at Brewer's Fayre and that is a key selling point for me. The food was fresh and of good quality however the size of the portions was disappointing and the food was not well presented. Prices were rather high, I felt.

Excellent and friendly service from the hard working staff even though sometimes they are hard pressed and short staffed Been going there regularly for quite some time. Never had a reason to complain with the food at all I always recommend to my friends with confidence

Came on Friday evening with a big group of us on the festive menu, food was lush and came out spot on, all staff was great always rushing around to provide for the customers, Lynda was brill with us and made sure our food was good, keeley on the bar was amazing what a character she is although did act professional while joking around with us, brill customer service skills especially this time of year when it can be very stressful hats off was even on the bar alone but still managed to smile and crack on, lovely experience Thankyou to the team on that night and I’ll be back with family in my next visit as I found out there’s a pay area too !!

We have been a few times before and it has been fine, but today we went and had the festive menu. It was super, the food was really good. Rob the manager and chef was excellent and Becky who delivered to our table was really great, very efficient and very courteous. The festive menu is really good value for money.

Excellent food and service. Festive menu Steak in mushroom and white wine sauce was absolutely devine..would easily cost £25 in nearby top restaurants!! Our daughter has a garlic intolerance and they went above and beyond to serve safe prawn cocktail and Salmon...nothing was too much trouble for Rob...or the excellent service by Becky...looking forward to our next visit..xxx

Been to this premierinn a dozen times but it is now showing its age particularly the restaurant it needs a make over or at least kept tidy tables left full and not cleared and the floor looks as if it hadn't been swept in days. The seats in the bar area were filthy and not cleaned, in the last few days there was food on the floor and hadn't been cleaned in last few days, hotel was clean and tidy but don't think if we stayed here again the restaurant will be our first port of call.

Family meal here at the weekend and during the week, we all enjoyed our lovely meals and the staff were great. Thank you Carl, Chris, Lynda, Bethany,Tash and Ryan and kitchen staff for making it so special for myself and visiting grandchildren. Wthe staff e eat here all the time and the staff are the best and always great food.

Absolutly amazing food and service. I Had the smothered steak upgrade which was spot on and the chocolate brownie for afters. Which was a nice finishing touch. The service from becky was amazing. She was so helpful even when she was on her hands and knees cleaning the floors, she still managed to crack a smile. She was very attentive and a credit to your team

Really slow service. You have to order food at the bar, with only one person taking food orders and doing the drinks! They then forgot our food and it took over an hour to arrive. They then took ages to bring the puddings as well. It was just a lot of waiting.

I went to yeadon way for some food and was greeted by a lovely girl that worked their called Lauren, she helped us find a table and get comfy. Throughout our stay Lauren was very accommodating & did absolutely everything with a continuous smile. Lauren is an absolute credit to the team & I will be returning for the fabulous service.

Visited this restaurant whilst we had a day out in Blackpool . The food was ok ( Not amazing ) was Luke warm and one of our orders got mixed up but the restaurant staff were very good and fixed this problem quickly . Had to give a 3 star review due to the food not being hot.
