Nice small portion of fish and chips and a latte for under a tenner... Definitely planning to come back again.

So this time I can't give you extra points cause you had the football on you advertise as having it on and then you play music instead of the commentary! Like this is poor. My tacos were rather dry and crunchy!

Pub was really busy given big local football game and appealing televised sport but service was awful and the bar was woefully understaffed. Ended up with a forced queue system which was worse than Wetherspoons. Someone needs to organise staffing levels so that drinks and food can be managed seamlessly rather than leaving one person trying to serve 20+ people

Horrendous food and bizarrely poor service. First time and last time we will be here. Out for a bite to eat with friends in a place where the two members of staff were in a trance like state. It was like speaking a cardboard cut out. Ordered a burger based on the assumption that it's pretty hard to get these things wrong. I was served what looked like 2 small, overcooked, tough, chewy pieces of wood. I'm convinced they were leftover from the day before. Complained to staff (see trance like comment for response) and asked them to inform the 'chef'. I guess a good chef would have a little pride and maybe want to apologise. But no. Nothing. In fact no one offered any apology. The other meals were below average at best.

Good value lunch,very helpful and friendly server. Shall go back again

Lovely pub, staff were friendly, the pie was amazing and service was great.

This was my first visit, as my daughter had just moved to Corstorphine the same day. We were there at 6:30 on a Friday. The Inn was relatively busy but not too crowded. My daughter reserved a table, so there was no wait. The food and drinks were all ordered via an "app". (and paid the same way). The meal was excellent and the staff were all so friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend the Corstorphine Inn. I'll definitely he back.

Lovely food, service was fantastic, especially the young North American girl. Gents was a bit chilly, but will definitely be back.

Amazing food Staff are first class and management know what they are doing to deliver magic to the surrounding community Dave and Troy are the 2 nicest people you can meet Ive eaten in there a few times now and the food is cooked to perfection I recommend the roast and Eaton mess sundae.

The chef makes a great bowl of soup 😋

Due to a little misunderstanding i got two portions of Rumpsteak with Chips,not a double Steak (16 instead of 8 oz). But because i was hungry i didn't really matter.The Steak was medium rare as i ordered,the chips were good,sides as well.Staff is friendly and service was quick, considering the fact that it was quite busy on a sunday evening.Loads of TVs to watch sport,good range of beers and spirits.Wish i went there earlier (and more often) during my holidays in Edinburgh.But there's always a next time.

Food gone way down hill from previous visits and manager is rude! My mum and I visit this pub when I come up for London. My mum is also a regular with her sister and has in the past enjoyed the food, However in more recent visits the food has gone down in standard. We came today and ordered 5 small plates as part of the menu. Two of the plates, haggis fritters and halloumi fries came out burnt, old oil used and you could tell they were reheated. I approached the manager to discuss and showed him the food and he curtly told me that’s “ just how they are!”. When I disagreed, he snatched both plates from me and muttered that he will get them replaced. You can clearly see the replacements were far more fresh. This was not a great experience at all, both from a food standard but also customer service was appalling. So so disappointing. Sorry Corstorphine Inn , we won’t be back until the food is brought back to it’s original wonderful standard and the manager sorts his abrupt attitude out! Ps. the other staff work their socks off and are a credit!!

I can highly recommend the Corstorphine Inn. We have had a lovely meal, the chicken and the steak pies were delicious and very generous portions. We were well looked after by Dave and Beth. Looking forward to going back again soon.

Attend the local poker league here on a Wednesday. A lovely local pub with great staff.

Three cask ales, I had the Jarl, which was good quality, and there's a 10% discount for CAMRA members. It's a bit off the main road so it's not somewhere you'll stumble across by accident.

Enjoy drinking here occasionally both customers and staff are friendly I have eaten here previously just drinks this time 👍

Was feeling absolutely parched and entered the establishment. We stood around for about 10 minutes awaiting to be greeted. I looked around to find no staff in the floor that I could have grabbed their attention. I left feeling unsatisfied, disappointed and also still extremely parched. Will not be back.

The Corstorphine Inn is a great pub. The food is delicious and the service is great. We visited on a Monday holiday and I had Hunters Chicken which was lovely and a very generous portion. There is a good selection of food and drinks on the menu. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great place for a drink, football and food..

Just a tourist trying to get off the beaten path, I found the perfect spot. Tucked away in a gorgeous neighborhood and full of friendly locals. Ohla was exceptionally sweet :). I highly recommend

Have been here plenty of times and recently been unimpressed. They advertise that they're dog friendly, have also seen dogs all throughout the pub which is awesome to see, however when we went we were told dogs are not allowed at one end of the pub. There's no signage to say no dogs past this point, I have also seen other dogs at the end when we were there previously. The lady who took my order and asked for my table number also didn't tell me dogs werent allowed when I asked for a water bowl for my dog, only advised once our food came out and half way done. Great place, just giving 3 stars for my recent encounter

Went here with family. No vegetables, no fruit kebabs, food is microwaved until chewy but somehow still cold on the inside. The groups of people getting drunk were having a good time, but the pub really shouldn't advertise a kid's menu because this is not a family friendly place.

Came in on Sunday afternoon with my family for lunch, we were swiftly served at the bar for drinks and shown which tables were free. Ordered our food which came within 15 minutes presented well and piping hot! Great service

The food that we had was fine. However, we pre-booked for a Sunday and tried to order roasts only to be told there were no roasts on and no children's macaroni. We should have been notified beforehand.

This pub has so much variety of booze it automatically makes it 5 star I had the neck oil I've had neck oil in several places but this one tops them all!!
