I have visited this cafe on many occasions over the past 2 years and I can honestly say it is one of the nicest places to eat in the South Side. The place is absolutely spotless with super friendly staff and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. They have a great selection of delicious homemade foods on their menu as well as a selection of fresh cakes, ice cream and desserts. It is just at the back of Hampden Park so ideal if you’re at a football match or concert. Be sure to book to avoid disappointment as it is always super busy!

Whilst visiting a family member in Glasgow, I searched for a nearby cafe for breakfast. I found this place on Google and it was rated there as 4.9 out of 5 - sounded great, but I simply don’t agree with that rating. The staff were excellent but the food was ordinary, with high prices and small portions. I ordered the 6 item Scottish breakfast, and received the smallest piece of potato scone, haggis and black pudding with one rasher of bacon, a square sausage slice and a single slice of toast. The egg that I ordered simply never showed up! The cup of tea was the weakest I have ever seen and had hardly been shown the tea bag. It tasted okay but nothing special. The haggis was dry, as was the small slice of black pudding and the square sausage. I ate it, paid, left and went somewhere else because I was still hungry. I feel ripped off to be honest. Not recommended.

The restaurant is hidden in Argyle Street. We liked the food, the drinks and the service. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

We had dinner on a Saturday night here. I had venison followed by cheese. Absolutely delicious food. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I recommend the Shiraz with the venison.
