Seghill Tandoori in Northumberland

Second time I’ve been here, first time was abysmal but since I live in the village thought I’d give it another go, I got beef madras and my wife got king prawn bhuna, rice was love.y , naan bread was sweaty and cold , chips were ok madras sauce was really nice but hardly any meat in it about 7 small pieces, king prawns were lovely but sauce lacked flavour , don’t think I would go back shame really because I really wanted it to be really nice but was average at best

Best Indians in the area. The food was amazing and quick delivery/pick up time. He also gave us some free popadoms as a thank you for using their business. Deffo recommend going!

We don’t bother going out for Indian food any more. Very friendly staff when ordering. Delivery always on time. Food is superb.

The food is lovely from here and its the best Indians we have found since moving home. Although tonight having ordered the Sunday banquet meal and a portion of spicy chips, in which they seemed to have the whole carton of spice on them was a little disappointing. Hopefully this was a one off

quality horrendous, portions shocking, shop freezing and filthy. naan’s were good but that’s it. stay well clear !!

Having recently moved house my wife and I were on the hunt for a new Indian take away and this place doesn’t disappoint. We’ve had numerous meals now and we’ve enjoyed each of them.

Comida principal era preciosa, no me puedo quejar. . . Sin embargo, no malgastes tu dinero en sus entrantes o lados. Pedimos el picante y devotamente un rancio poppadoms quemados. No era en absoluto agradable y pedimos el pollo pekora como mi marcha y recibir lo que solo podía describir como una cebolla bhajj grasienta con trozos de pollo escuchar o allí. . No es bueno.

En lo que a mí respecta este tiene las reglas para llevar reescrito con respecto a la comida para llevar. Yo estaba conduciendo el pasado y realmente me apetecía llevar me detuve y fui en ella. Decidí probar el pollo Tikka (5 libras).Fantástico, una sensación de gusto, bueno. mindblowinglyUn Pan nan rellenas con pollo tikka, stir frito pimientos y cebollas, y se sirve con ensalada y menta raita. Como un burrito en esteroides.Lo que no al amor.Si más gente descubra esta podría ser la muerte de comida rápida tal como lo conocemos. Era tan buena.

Suerte tendría que tener como sólo habían un lote de folletos a través de la molesta esa semana puerta que incluía un menú desde Seghill Tandoori. Hemos tenido la comida de allí antes, pero fue hace un tiempo y, como en todas las cosas, tenía sólo dejarán el radar, así que decidimos darle una oportunidad.Hablar de una buena decisión.Los jueves hacen un especial que consiste de Poppadoms y encurtidos, un entrante, un plato principal, un arroz, un plato y un lado nann por £11. 95. Teníamos cebolla bahjee, pollo tikka masala, simple, sencilla y nann pilau vegtable bahjee. Todos platos razonablemente estándar. Excepto que no lo estaban. Eran absolutamente deliciosos.Llamé por teléfono a la orden, esperamos 25 minutos, recogí exactamente a la hora, fuimos a casa y escondido. Todo fue perfecto. Caliente, sabroso, buenas porciones. El pequeño en el coche me hizo querer sacar más y bucear. Sin duda el mismo pronto.Tuve una rápida charla con el chico que he recogido mi pedido de que hizo algunas recomendaciones para el futuro de la especialidades de la casa.Ver este espacio.

We've been regular customers for years, never had a bad meal or a mixed up order. We've tried other Indian takeaway restaurants locally and always conclude they don't have a patch on Seghill! Sunday night special is our favourite time to order - with a couple of extras it's always more than enough for 2 plus a left over plate for the following day..quite often order 2 Sunday Specials if we're feeling like utter pigs!! This week we ordererd the Sunday Special (Seghill Special kebab starter, Tikka Chicken Chilli Masala, Chicken pilau rice, Bombay Aloo, Tikka Nan with Garlic and Coriander) plus extras (Chicken Chatt, Onion Bhaji and a portion of chips) £21.10 including delivery cost. Yum.

Have had a few takeaways from here and other than a few forgotten items the food is spot on. As with most Indians the starters are the best part of the meal. Great service, recommended.

Never usually rate anything on JE but im am and have been a customer from seghill tandoori for years as i am a massive curryaholic.. ordered a madras..which is usually spot on.. this one was as much use as a glass eye..i could of done better myself.. waste of money.. but the starter was beautiful.. hopefully just a one off👍

Ordered tikka masala hot, it wasn't just the basic mild curry. All rice dishes, veg and a nut pilau were the same, tasteless. I would order from here again, but only because they are local.

Waited almost 2 hours for delivery! Contacted them after an hour and was told it would be 15 mins! Kept ringing to repeatedly be told it's on its way when it clearly wasn't. I will never order from these again 11pm the pizza arrived! Ordered at 9:15pm..

Gave 4 stars for food quality as meat was a bit chewy and rice was hard Gave 4 stars for delivery time as order was 15mins late As we didn't get the food as a takeaway only awarded 1 star as unable to properly rate something I haven't used

Pedimos una comida para llevar y le pidieron al final de la orden si queríamos popadoms, comida llegó y no popadoms. No contentos. El resto de la comida estaba bien pero le faltaba el hombre keema keema vital!!! Muy decepcionado y no vale la pena...

Good came before expected and was beautifully done ! Got the meal deal on a Sunday x2 and for £25 got great portions and plenty of choice - definitely will order from here again

This place used to do the best tandoori pizzas in the north east. I have just had one and it was just an overcooked margeritta with a couple of bits of chicken added. Sorry guys but I won't be back

Order arrived within the time frame but missing a naan bread, when i called i was told that they forgot it because they were so busy and they would just owe me next time. When i said it was unacceptable they then said they would deliver it the same night but it would take half an hour... which was fine, it never came and they still have my money for it. I have no proof other a phonecall if they were to "owe me one". So unprofessional

I ordered a vindaloo pizza and I got a pepperoni... not sure how you can get them 2 mixed up??.. I wasn't best pleased but as I was very hungry and it was to late to order a different 1 I ate it
