On entering you have a bar to the right tables and chairs in the middle with booths on the left. further on in you have a few steps and a lift to the slightly higher level. This level opens out to a wider table and seating area more ideal for families. Beyond this point you have an outdoor seating area. We ordered drinks and food at the bar which were very reasonably priced. Our food arrived very quickly and was a decent portion. The food is not great but good for what you pay for it. When my family and I visited it was quiet but the majority of the tables had not been cleared of glasses and plates from previous customers. We had to move stuff off our table and my husband found a cloth and table spray and cleaned the table himself. One member of staff looked as though he couldn't be bothered and soon disappeared and another member of staff appeared and was trying to clear tables but then disappeared as well. It's an ok place if you're on a budget or want something quick to eat but not a place I would rush back to. It was ok but that's all. If you're just wanting drinks they have a good selection and again good prices.

Amazing food, always live coming here with my family to eat breakfast and dinner every so often. Food is always up to standard and always never fails to impress. The speed as well is usually great and the staff are super friendly!

You know what you're going to get at a Wetherspoons. Decent food, good choice of drinks and all at the right price. Food for three was delivered in less than 20 minutes. Couldn't fault it today. Just been back again. 2 lunches and 2 drinks and still had change out of £18.

Weekly visits to this our local spoons always provide the same meal as per the order given. Faults of a busy establishment certainly do overshadow a hardworking crew!

Wetherspoons #108. A large Wetherspoons branch situated on the edge of town, near Train Station. A good sized beer garden to the rear of the pub. Toilets situated on the first floor. Ordered a All Day Brunch and pint of Leffe Blonde for the princely sum of £6.44 - thanks to reasonably priced 'Top Plates, Low Rates' offer, which really cannot be beaten in this day and age of rising prices. The pint of Leffe arrived a few minutes after ordering, with food arriving a couple of minutes after that. No issues with food quality, temperature or service whatsoever. Recommended if you are about in the area!

Ham Egg and Chips 🤔 HAM is a very thin slice of ham you would find in a cheap sandwich ... shame quite disappointing

There is a first..? They got my order right this time, and it came on a hot plate which kept it hot right to the end.. well done..

Worst place I have ever been in a poor example of a wetherspoons one word describes. a dive. Should follow Brecons wetherspoons as an example Brecon is excellent.

Ordered lasagna, hot in centre, rest was only warm , they only have to microwave it 😠 Also had small breakfast, good value for the price,

I had what was called the 'Ultimate burger' from the menu. Well, let's just say there's nothing ultimate about it. Probably the worst burger I've ever had from a restaurant. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't expecting anything mindblowing, just cheap and cheerful Wetherspoons I know. But the bun was really hard and crunchy. Hardly any softness to it at all. The 2 burger patties themselves just looked pretty pathetic, not to mention that they were overcooked on the edges. The bacon was hard and crunchy. Was it meant to be like that? The way Americans have it, I'm not sure. The only decent thing were the chips I guess because I thought the onion rings were too greasy too. Maybe I've become a bit of a burger snob seeing as we have such good choice of burger in Hereford, but this was way way below standards in my opinion.

This is a decent little Wetherspoons in a good location, not far from the train station.

Grim place with a lack of staff to tidy up tables after food and drink the only plus side the price for one beer and wine come in at £5.00

As usual, the prices are very reasonable, we got two main meals with beverages, for just under £15. Within the heart ❤️ of the city of Hereford, it's definitely recommended by our family, as well as many locals we spoke to on our travels.

I know it a Wetherspoons so I shouldn’t be expecting much. But this was a horrendous dining experience. The amount of unnecessary paraphernalia on the table that has probably passed through many drunk hands over the last year is ridiculous. Tried ordering through the app and half the stuff wasn’t available, and I didnt know this til I went to pay. The picture below is one of the £5.62 meal of “pigs in blankets” I ordered for my kids, which is a disgrace. My wife ordered a chicken gravy dish that was spicy despite it not saying anywhere on the meal. An awful experience. I would recommend the exit

health safety, hygienist required! uncleaned glasses,piled up, an accumulation? .often, mess every where,and its relentless .ive had to walk out twice, without touching anything.dirty menus.place needs an environmental health officer.disabled toilet smells of strong urine, very pungent.no spraying of table's to meet hygienie standards its a covid hotspot! . nor are ther any chemicals, or sanitising of the tables, staff are. not inn house trained., no etiquettes, low standards. nor are they proud enough, to be left in charge!?! management they need to take heed, absolute dirty branch worst ive ever come across in all of, the whole ,of England!?.!! the disabled toilet isn't checked, perhaps.just left with.no moping in service.!!! this branch needs a environment hygienist ! food standards agency..?tables always Covered in left over cutlery,glasses, half eaten , meats or bone's, left out. .no wiping of the tables, thoroughly,(back seats near a garden are ok. still its not fit for public consumption.its also situated very badly.out of town itself.a very poorly situated branch location. please close it down 👇 open anew branch furthest back and into town.centre,starf need retraining.

Had a traditional breakfast. Like all Wetherspoons, you know exactly what you are getting. Very nice and whilst a little off the beaten track, an easy recommend.

Quite run down and servers can be a little rude/abrupt. Food is okay but can be quite poor. But you pay for what you get. Cheap and cheerful. ish

Dirty tables, to start. I had a jacket potato with cheese that was nearly cold.even the cheese didn't melt what little there was of it. The coffee was awful as the machines had run out of milk. I watched one of the staff refill the tank which was not washed out so a line of congealed milk was visible from the previous fill..my husband had fish and chips. The fish was lovely but the chips and peas were cold. Shame you can't get the basics right

Service was brilliant, staff were lovely. We ordered the traditional breakfast and it was really quite cold but the food would've been amazing if if was warm. Would go back.Good prices.

Wonderful service, we come here every other Saturday for Veterans breakfast club, I usually just have toast, alot of the others in the group have full breakfast etc, we really like that coffees, cappuccinos etc and teas are free refills, as we are usually there for around 2 hours, it's nice to not have to pay each time, staff are friendly and helpful.

absolutely awful service, staff asked us to leave for no reason whatsoever and when questioned told us it was policy but would not tell us why we had to leave. Then further harassed us i have been many times in the past months and service has always been awful and the food is never correct

Really poor service, tables were sticky, debris on the floor, staff ignored us when we were waiting to be served. My wife has coeliac disease and the staff refused to give any help about what she could eat, referring her to an App where she would find what menu items she could eat (which was not helpful anyway). Why is it that vegan and vegetarian symbols can be easily identified in menu items, yet allergy information was missing? No disrespect intended against vegans and vegetarians, but they do have a choice over what they eat, whereas coeliac sufferers don't, and furthermore will be made very unwell by eating gluten in food. The place looked poorly run and we'll certainly not use Wetherspoons again.

Quite busy on a Saturday afternoon when I visited. Nicely decorated and a good choice of ales (see photos). Impressive beer garden.

An old place, without table service. Very cheap in terms of menu even if it has a wide choice and offers daily promotions. The quality of the food is terrible. I'm not joking when I say that they do a £7 burger better at Mc Donalds

Staff very good today didn't have to wait long to be served. Tables very slow to be cleared but wasn't a problem for me. Prices compared to other local pubs were very good.

Barmaid gave me short measure on my Leffe pint and when challenged said “the customer is not always right” - rude and wrong, a poor advert for the Wetherspoons brand

Been here quite a few times previously. Typical Wetherspoons, what you see is what you get apart from this time …. My husband got a bad case of Campylobacter (food poisoning). He’s been so unwell almost hospitalised. You may ask how we know he caught it here… only food he ate that weekend was from here, test results done by GP confirmed his illness. As well as the seriousness of him being so Unwell, we both had to take a week unpaid from work… all because of poor hygiene or incorrectly cooked/stored food! Definitely won’t return in a hurry. Dirty plates and glasses left on the tables for a long time attracting flies doesn’t help 😕

The staff were rubbish - didn't know who was next to be served, despite only 2 at the bar... It's not rocket science - but the staff are not the pointiest. No matter where you stand at the bar, the server will always go to the furthest till from you - standard Whetherspoon practice...

I'm a fan of wetherspoons, thos one however is not one I will be frequenting again. And it's more down to personal taste. The food as always was good quality and value for money save for the fact the steak was not very warm. When we got there the table was filthy and we waited ten mins before having to ask it be cleared. It is a smaller venue than the ones we have been I to before but not as well attended. Be careful though. This is obs a drinkers pub not a problem but very rowdy and not what I would consider a family place.

Didn't have food so can't rate it. Lovely big outdoor area out the back, some covered areas too. We will definitely return.

Part 1 Tea...Got the bus from Ledbury to Hereford and was thirsty so this 'spoons was the first place we saw so nipped for a cuppa tea, pleasant lady behind the bar and good value hot drinks Part 2....Mr Dull, we sat down and realised the dullest man in Hereford was speaking in a monotone into a phone, we moved away but his voice carried, go outside if you're making a call please Part 3.....Bit early heading back to the bus, so nipped in for a decent pint of Brains SA at the good price of 2.46

Walked in picked a table went straight to the bar to order girls talking not even paying attention we were there then two day drinking come to the bar and both get served before us. Not cool so walked out! This has happened countless times they seem to serve people first who drink and not the diners. Won't be back terrible.

Went here for breakfast with our children. Huge Witherspoon's with plenty of character and variety of seating. Breakfast was great and the service was good too.

Breakfast was over done, staff were polite best part of breakfast was the Latte and price wss good.

Unfortunately today was short staffed, 35 minute wait, we had to ask for salt which is a must for chips, also the tables were untidy. Not the usual standard we would expect.

Eat at your own will, it’s cheap for a reason. re-cooked, undercooked and not healthy food at all. Just spent 3 days in hospital and tested positive for a bug due to food poisoning after eating a disgusting meal from here just before. In other cities it can be decent but stay away from Hereford one if you want to keep your health in order.

Your kitchen staff need lessons in how to cook toast and serve baked beans warm. These are basic standards that your kitchen staff dont have.

Just got a beer here ( very cheap) nice enough place when we went , quite late , but can imagine it would be busy earlier in the evening, due to their prices.
