Upmarket restaurant in a small country village serving a delicious, good quality range of food. We enjoyed Saturday night dinner at this restaurant and I was particularly impressed when the days special was Ox Cheek. It did not disappoint! I enjoyed a melt-in-the-mouth beautifully prepared dish and was toiling to finish it all. Thankfully we'd shared bruschetta to start...the portion was more than enough for two and it was delicious. I'd highly recommend 119 and will most definitely be back.

We had a lovely dinner here. Lovely atmosphere, great food, yummy cocktails, super helpful staff and brilliant prices. What's not to love? We will definitely be back.

5 adults (and a sleepy baby) visited on Saturday afternoon - fabulous service - food amazing and a lovely wee touch giving the wee one some ice cream and strawberries! What a find - will definitely be back

Had lunch here today with my daughter.I travelled from Galashiels and so glad I did highly recommend this gem ,staff so warm and friendly, chef is amazing.
