Busy, atmospheric, and a delicious lunch

Surprisingly large venue with parking. Very large selection of drinks available and a good food menu. A little bit on the pricy side given the location, the poutine needs work.

A little out of the way but a wonderful surprise

Oh what a perfect wee find. We stumbled upon this place when we attended a wedding fayre. The food was fabulous, so well presented we had other customers ask what we had, then ordered the same. Roll on the next visit

It was nice but me and my friends missed the tour.

Whether you're grabbing a drink or snagging some food with friends or family, it'sall delicious. Awesome place with a great atmosphere.

Fantastic food. Get the poutine 100%.drink of course was top class. The waiter was friendly and very accommodating to our large party.

We went for BBC radio show great venue, super selection of draught ale,brewed on site.

Whilst the atmosphere of the place was great, on ordering a coffee at the bar was met by absolute distain by the bar person, who said she could do it but "had to go away down stairs to do it". Then a short time later when ordering another hot drink, I was told to order them all at once. disappointing to feel like you're getting in trouble when trying to spend your money. Would have stayed for a few more drinks had it not been for the poor attitude of the one bar staff that served us. Can't speak for the rest of them, but won't be back.

Nice place with good food and nice beer! Nice service! The disadvantage was that it was very hot, which somewhat reduced my appetite. The temperature was slightly better in other places in the restaurant.

Had a spontaneous beer tasting. The staff tried very hard to explain everything despite the language barrier. The poutine was very tasty.. worth it

My friend and I popped in yesterday, the small plate we were served was miniscule, the roast vegetable tart could have done with the addition of some cheese to lend taste and texture. The coffee we were served was cold, not quite the way it should be enjoyed. The saving grace was the warm gingerbread pudding which was delicious. Don't think we'll be back

Great spot for some food and drinks. Tasty small plates to larger dishes. Should be something for everyone!

Good atmosphere and the cheeseburger was nice. A good pint of Tennents as well. Would recommend.

Went here to celebrate a friends 50th and watch the rugby. Staff were friendly and attentive to our large group, food was delicious and the beers were pretty fantastic also. Highly recommend a visit here.

What a place! Stumbled upon it by accident after walk in the Necropolis. Beer was amazing but food was godly. All the compliments to the chef and staff. Loving the industrial interior and open windows to the still. Great background music too- indie bangers. Perfect end to a perfect day.

Only came here for a Celtic Connections gig with Kathryn Tickell. The music was great - the reason it's not one star - but as a venue for this gig it was totally unsuitable. And was it really necessary to have our tickets checked three times?

The food was fantastic. The staff were probably the best thing about the experience, they deserve large pay increase. That atmosphere was thinner than the moons, I think the table service even for just drinks is a terrible idea. A great part of going to a bar is, going to the the bar and chatting to the stranger next to you, who then 10 years later could be your boyfriend or best man at your wedding. Table service even for drinks only tables just adds extra work to already overworked FoH staff. You will never the lazy overpaid and mostly useless higher ups do things like that. If the FoH staff aren't being given an even cut of the profits based upon hours worked then they are being stolen from by their bosses. The higher ups at tenants, drugate and c&c are nothing but thieves, they should be deeply ashamed of themselves. This level of theft deserves a punishment that we have stopped using in UK.

Fantastic food, beer and gig venue!

The beer is great, didn't try the food, acoustically difficult for neurodivergent in the bar area.

Fab music venue, excellent beer selection, food adequate. Worth booking if you want to sit in the main restaurant area downstairs. We were directed to the upstairs bar which has a little less atmosphere, especially if quiet, and a slightly more limited menu. Burgers were tasty enough - just what we fancied although nothing to write home about and a bit stingy on the crispy onions! Decent chips.

Nice food, although the mac cheese could do with more cheese! Caters for all tastes though and has vegan dishes too. Dog friendly. Helpful staff team and comfy place to meet up. Great raspberry stout! Took a few sips before l was converted though!!

食物質素還可接受，但服務態度差到離譜，到了營業時間也不開門，一行8人，下著雨在外等了十分鐘，當中12：02有職員行出來，我們準備入去，但露天位置的女侍應卻把門開上，不讓進入。最後我們打電話到餐廳，確認餐廳是服務的，再自行推門進入，卻發現剛才那女侍應在室外花園圍著食煙，所以無心情及時間接待客人及預備開門。 男侍應服務還好，頂著一臉笑意，因此我們也樂意點單，點了啤酒及食物，足足多於30分鐘，等食物也到齊了，發現啤酒沒有到齊，問女侍應，直接說唔關佢事，亦不顧跟進，我們再次問落單男侍應，才說我們點的啤酒，沒有貨供應，簡直浪費時間，影響心情。 重點是，餐點到齊後，也沒有職員覺得有需要給我們說聲有些啤酒是缺貨的，顧主回覆的傲慢態度，讓我明白為什麼有這樣的女員工。 有樓梯，沒有傷殘設施，不適合行動不便的人。 我們由平地到地面那層是有樓梯級的，如店中是有𨋢的話，我只能夠說 *職員看見3架bb 手推車也沒有安排*其他可行的通度給我們。沒有關愛之心。 要是沒問題，我也沒時間寫這樣長的回應，希望老闆會揀一些適合的員工，莫令一間有特式的餐廳人人棄之。

A lot of things were not available off the menu , but staff were great

Had a great beer experience here with a flight of craft brews. The space is big, plenty of seating. Didn't get to try any of the food, but it looked good. They were closing early, so I was lucky to get in a last call, but would have stayed longer.

So busy, short staffed and they still provided good service.

Visited Drygate for a casual evening. Service was satisfactory, and the food, while okay, didn't stand out. Impressed by the diverse drinks menu. However, despite Google indicating a closing time of 11:00 PM, it felt like they were winding down as early as 9:30 PM.

No food available for the PB4X music festival was poor

AMAZING. I can't not go here when in the city. The food is SO good and brilliant selection of drinks.

Attended Drygate for their Brunch with Santa. It was brilliant, the food was great, they had loads of games crafts and activities for the kids to do and Storytime with Santa and gifts aswell. Would really recommend.

A bit cold inside but it was chilly outside. Food tasty and portions generous. Leaf tea too strong but replaced quickly.

Es un buen sitio al que ir a comer en Glasgow. Fábrica de cerveza a la que asistir y puedes comer con vistas a ella. También hay una tienda bastante económica en la que comprar vasos, cerveza, posters.. que me encantó. La única pega que la hamburguesa estaba un poco seca, le faltaba algo de salsa o aceite. Por lo demás, increíble sitio!

Attended a BBC recording and had a few drinks. Food queue was pretty big so realised we might not get served before the start of the show. Place was well run though and staff were helpful

Live music and great atmosphere

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the taproom. The mussels were amazing. Highly recommended a visit.

Fantastic venue, great food. Drinks quite expensive so just be aware. Totally worth it though!!

A really bad music venue, terrible acoustics, pathetic sound, very limited parking and a bar that doesn't take cash. The staff were decent though. I certainly won't be rushing back.

Lovely venue for a family wedding

Good IPAs (try Disco!), welcoming atmosphere. Poutine was good and crispy.

Modern brewery with a good selection of beers and ales (plus a guest list). Good food and a team who can cater for large crowds. Interestingly they don’t show celtic or rangers games even European games!

Sehe große Bierauswahl mitten in der Brauerei. Auch sehr leckeres Essen für Vegetarier. Wir hatten mehrere Vorspeisen kombiniert, war sehr lecker.

Delicious beer and food! We had a great experience here. Service was a little slow, but we were in no rush so it wasn’t a problem. I would definitely recommend!

It was a real nice experience. The interior of the restaurant is amazing, there's a window where you can actually see inside the brewery! The beer tasting was quite fun. Only the food was a bit too less and expensive for what it was. If you're hungry you might stick to classic fish and chips. Apart from that definitely recommendable.

I enjoyed my evening. Food and beer were good. Really like that it is a dog friendly venue. The only downside was that all the guest beers from Tiny Rebel finished 30 minutes before I arrived ..... that's four taps 🤷🏿

Huge selection of beers et al. Totally relaxed space.

We went on a Saturday afternoon as part of a group of around a dozen folk for a friend's birthday drinks. The place itself was busy enough, but not particularly noisy or packed. The staff are really attentive and friendly with their fantastic table service, and the choice of drinks - on tap, bottled, or in cans - was really great. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Interesting brewery on the outskirts of town . Varied styles with flights.

The beers are awesome, we tried a four flight and they were really great. We also tried mac n cheese, the macaronis were overcooked, but not in a bad way, they were melting in the mouth, with an extra cheese. The poutine was also really good. Thanks for the experience.

Sunday 27Aug @ 1805....Not impressed. You walk in the door and are 'pounced on' by an exceptionally unfriendly member of staff! U walk towards the bar and are immediately told.....it's table service only inside and here's the menu. Compared to other micro brewery's the place is basic and the first impression the staff give is of a totally unfriendly atmosphere.... Suggest.....the beer is good, but available throughout the city so don't bother with the walk....

coole Brauerei mit Restaurant. Lecker Burger und große Bierauswahl. Wenn man in Glasgow ist ,unbedingt besuchen !

Wanted to try this place but Kids not allowed after 9pm (which is when us southern Europeans have dinner!!)

Drygate has never failed me- been coming back for dinner every time I’m in Glasgow since 2018 and the food is always stupendous! The beer is also lovely, especially since I usually share a taster section with my partner and that way we get a nice selection without getting too tipsy. I highly recommend it for a nice dinner or a fun hangout with friends!

Great Beer great food reasonable prices

My favorite place to eat in Glasgow and we spent two weeks in Scotland, it was still one of my favorite places! Fish and chips were some of the best I had my entire stay, fantastic beer, and I cannot recommend this place enough. We went for lunch and had no problem getting in.

Good beers, Nice place next to Glasgow cathedral, and the Tennents brewery, but probably better beers!

Only one word can be said about this place and that is EXCELLENT. Cracking value for money. Service was outstanding. Food was to die for. Will definitely be coming back when we visit Glasgow again. Shame we do not live closer to be able to visit more often. Keep up the good work

We only had entries and they were AMAZING. I wish we had time to eat a main course. We also had beer. The atmosphere inside is beautiful as well. I loooved it, would love to come back

Dropped in last Wednesday for a couple of beers. Drygate had been on my radar for a while but this was the first time I'd been. Absolutely brilliant bar for drinks and the selection was very impressive. The young lad Chris let us try a small taste of a couple to help us navigate some new things I hadn't tried before which was really helpful. The gift shop has some really cool merch and I picked up a pin badge. Whilst I have called out Chris I can honestly say everyone we interacted with was great I just didn't pick up their names. I will be back at some point to try out the food but I've heard good things

We had our wedding reception here on 8.7.23 and it was amazing. The venue space is fantastic and the staff were so attentive. Iain, the events manager, stayed for a large portion of the night, checked in with us and kept us updated on various parts of the evening. The bar staff were brilliant, no one waited too long for a drink (although my 93 year old grandad has requested you get southern comfort 😂). We left our decorations for the staff to sort out for us prior to arriving as we were too busy and they did an amazing job, the space looked brilliant. We had the breakfast roll buffet and everyone said how good they were, there was a big selection and they came out in metal trays and were kept over burners which meant they stayed warm for ages - any other wedding we’ve attended just the rolls pre made on platters - so this was brilliant (our nephew had a 5 stacked roll 😂)! In all, we highly recommend the drygate for any event you might need it for!
